@Barry, There are probably a number of reasons why a show which chose to bring up the 1992 Ron Paul Political Report newsletters. One is that it was a timely issue that the public found interesting.

Why does the show now choose to interview Ron Paul now? I would think they examined the claim, found it to be a very small issue (e.g. yesterday’s news) and decided that jobs and the economy are a more current and relevant issue. It isn’t as if they have many congressmen who have ideas on how to resolve the problems with the economy.

Awesome, Dr. Paul mentioned Murray Rothbard!!! A great book making his point for 100% reserve banking is “The Case Against the Fed” It is available for free in PDF format at Mises.org. Another good one to read is “What Has Government Done to Our Money?”also by Rothbard.

There is no man like Ron Paul. Understand that he has had thees insights since the 1970’s and he has worked and lived it since then. Thanks to Internet we have gotten the ONE chanse to save our selvs from Totalitarianism.
