Just take precautions. Attempt to keep your immune system working well and you should be able to avoid most illness. After all our bodies are well able to fight infection when they occur. Vacines against influenza is not necessary. I see it as another way for drug companies to increase their bottom line at the expense of the people. Their goal seems to be to sell drugs for everything. Look at the advertisement in magazines T.V.. Selling directly to the public so that you begin to question the doctor about drugs which are available. To suggest that one innoculate 9 years olds against a sexually transmitted virus took the cake for me. My nine year old had better be still playing with dolls rather than lying down to have sex with anyone unless they are being molested and I would know that because I spend time with her.
