Without a politician like Ron Paul, you mind as well take the chip and become a mark of the beast. Saving the US from the grip of ludicrous monetary manipulations is a lost cause. Now is the time of tribulation. No one can change the natural outcome of ecological or biological processes.

Rand Paul could be the VP. I know he has learned a lot from his father. He is running for senate in Kentucky, but I would not mind him as VP. It might keep Ron safe knowing the next step would be almost exactly the same.

Dr. Ron Paul, at the very least, will be Chief of Staff in the new Administration.

Non scientific poll shows Sarah Palin in Commanding lead for GOP …

(I Know for a FACT that Sarah is making a fake punt for the GOP and has been studying Libertarianism for the last few months…)

Because Sarah is (43) years old, her and Dr. Ron Paul would make a good combination starting in 2010. Dr. Ron will teach her…)))

… Sarah Palin to be the GOP nominee in 2012. As on May 18, 2009 … com/poll/1436718/?view=results&msg=voted It is just me or all the trends signal a Palin … June 12, 2009 from …

    rebuildtheparty.ning.com/xn/detail/2490084:BlogPost:159199

In an interesting poll (not scientific) posted online by Fox News night show host Greta Van Susteren a whooping 46% of respondents chose Sarah Palin to be the GOP nominee in 2012.

As on May 18, 2009 there have been 2, 393 votes. Of those 1,103 are for Sarah. Second, with 23% or 540 votes is former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney.

Note that once seen as a strong contender, Governor Bobby Jindal only scored 89 votes or 4%. I don’t know but it looks like the 2012 GOP primaries will be between Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee, with Sarah Palin taking a significant lead from the beginning of the contests. The polls don’t show possible contenders Jeb Bush, Meg Whittman, Mark Sandford and Mario Diaz-Balart.

Just because Sarah Palin is reading up on the Libertarian way, does not mean that is what she believes in. This means she will be able to talk the talk. Will she be able to walk the walk?

Sara Palin has now had all 14 ethics charges against her dismissed! Sarah is not trustworthy? I don’t think so!!!!!!!!!! Sarah Palin or Mike Huckabee would make a perfect running mate for Ron Paul. Actually, the next Republican ticket may be Palin/Huckabee. That is if Ron doesn’t run.

Chrsitine: I guess that you would rather have a “Secular ruler” (What is that anyway) than a functioning Democracy! You are a trip!

We don’t have a functioning democracy (or a functioning republic). The funny thing is we are supposed to be and designed to be a republic.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands: one Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.”

HMMMM isn’t government education wonderful!!!! We try to force democracy on to other countries, when even our own country was not designed that way and does not run that way. And our country is not ran the democratic way either. Our government is not run by the people for the people. Our government is run by special interest and lobbyists. That is why our taxes are so high. That is why the economic situation is about to get worse. That is why the U.S. dollar is going down the tubes around the world. That is why we are the policemen of the world. etc……

Federal government was not to have so much power and control over each individual state. We were designed to be separate states with a small federal government. This has all been changed. This is what Ron Paul and his followers are trying to get back to. This is the original intent of the founding fathers.

You need to read some of Ron Paul’s books. His next book out this summer will be on ending the Fed. Go to the Lew Rockwell sight. Read into Peter Schiff. From each one of these you will be able to further educate yourself and find great links.

Our country has three executive branches. We are a republic. Each branch has it’s power. The power of the legislative branch is the most important part of a republic. We should be more concerned about who we vote for in the legislative branch and not so much about the executive branch. Over the last 100 years we have made the president the “God” of our country. This is not how a republic is supposed to work. Governing by the few – should be the elected officials of the legislative branch. We need to stop focusing so much on the president and start focusing on getting the legislative branch back to doing it’s job.

Over the last 100 years we have been focusing on the “importance” of the president and lost sight of our elected officials in the legislative branch. Because our focus is on the executive branch, the legislative branch has been getting away with destroying our country. Next election do not choice a party, but really focus on your congressmen/women and senators. They are to have the true power of the people for the people both nationally and locally. Elect the legislative branch very carefully.

When we interfere with other countries we are not creating a democracy. There is one vote for one dictatorship. This is not democracy. In order to have a true democracy people must participate in every aspect of their government.

Our founding fathers found the flaw in this. We are to busy with our lives to be involved with every aspect of every subject. And we can not have one person in charge of everything, even on a temporary basis. That is why in the republic of the U.S. we need to focus on the legislative branch.

Ron Paul as president, I believe would make the legislative branch do the job they were elected to do. This should be the main goal of all presidents in the near future until our government is back on track. Ron Paul as a congressman has stood up in front of the legislative branch and tried to keep them on track of doing the job they were elected to do. He and others, if we can get them elected nationally and locally, will help get this country back on track.

Let’s not focus or speculate on the presidential race right now. Focus on the voting in 2010 elections.

Right now the legislative branch is spending us into oblivion! And Obama is approving all this spending! We definately have an uphill battle here. Chrsitine, you seem to not trust many of our government officials. Thomas Jefferson said that our government could only “function under a moral electorate”. Have we elected that many immoral legislators? I hope not. A lot of stupid ones, yes, but not immoral. Let’s all stay on our elected representatives about H.R.#1207 and educate them about the Federal Reserve and their errant ways. I beliieve that Ron Paul is right in that if we stay on our Reps. enough they will see things our way! If we have a majority of immoral elected leaders as you seem to say then I think we need to start going back to the basics and Pray, Pray, Pray. For if we don’t we’ll end up like the old Roman empire or Isreal 2500 years ago.

Lindsey, I just want to make sure that you understand why we should not be in other countries creating war. We are not there to create a democracy. This seems to be the brainwashing, pro-war attitude of this country. The reason that so many of these countries have failed after we have been there is that a true democracy was never and will never be created. The U.S. finds a single person they want in power. Then there is an (fixed) “election” to create a dictatorship that the U.S. can control. The people revolt and civil war, un-rest, famine, etc… breaks out. We can not force a vote for a single leader and then call this democracy. We need to bring our troops home.

The U.S. put Sadam in charge of Iraq. Wow, that did us a lot of good. The U.S.’s CIA trained Osma bin Laden. Wow, that did us a lot of good. This is just a small sampling of what is wrong when we meddle into other countries business.

Contrary to our actions in the past, I believe that the Iraqis had fair elections and will have many more thanks to us. I don’t think that we should have went there in the first place but I believe that despite all of your rantings about not being able to trust anybody in our government etc. we have done a lot for the people of Iraq. It’s probably time to hand the ball off to them and see if they can run with it now but I think we gave them a chance just like we did in the former Yugoslavia.
When this country does things on a firm moral ground then things will work out. The elections in Iraq were not fixed and we’re not there to control the Iraqi people! We are trying to do the right thing and as painful as it is and has been, I think it will work out. If not then you can’t say that the Iraqis weren’t given a fair chance at Democracy.

America’s wars are all wars of choice. The more than one million dead Iraqis are not al Qaeda. Neither are Iraqi’s four million refugees. Yet, Obama (and others here) says Iraqis are better off now, with their country in ruins and a fifth of their population lost, because they are rid of Saddam Hussein, a secular ruler.

And all those innocent Americans that went to work that day, died in the 911 bombing, and even more are dieing as soldiers or coming home mamed and harmed, fighting for something that is a lie created by our own government. Life is too valuable.

To add to this, Obama talks about needing to kill Osama Binladen, so the False Flag goes on and on while the US military picks up speed in Afghanistan (spending more money on war), just a continuation of the secret plan of the elite. He says it’s to protect America, but we know better now.

US story needs Bin Laden to be alive to continue the American hate factor so the war continues and seems justified. This tape of Benazir Bhutto recorded on November 6, 2002

I know this may sound strange, but I keep having this thought that if we didn’t need money to function in this world, we would be free from the means the elite use to control the rest of us. If money meant nothing and no one opted for the RID, then would all be on an even playing field. Perhaps someone has another alternative to the RID. i.e. If we just got up and went to work doing the thing we love to do in service to others, would the love/play/work be enough to cover our needs without the need for a monetary exchange for our service/product/needs/wants? As long as we provide a service and/or product, make our contribution per our talents and giftedness, our other wants and basic needs would be freely provided for. There is so much time and corrupt effort spent on revamping health care, housing, interest rates, creating haves and have nots, upsetting everyone when the rules of the game changes…it could be so simple and uncomplicated. Natives in the jungles do it every day. They have homes, community, families, food, clothes, entertainment, song, dance, culture, relationships…and no foreclosures, banks, contaminants in their food, air pollutants, bombs, wars with massive killings and maiming, etc. They have no idea that other countries are discussing the potential to blow the earth up. Who is the more advanced society anyway? The powerful collective consciousness and creativity of a group of people certainly can find a better way to take care of ourselves, help others, and take good care of the earth. Perhaps we need to spin more ideas like this until we find one that works well for all…no class distinctions. Make class and money meaningless.

We need to do what Jesus said, “Give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s” This referred to the Roman banking and taxes. We are in the same predicament with the Fed. Reserve. Do you think people are willing to do this?
For almost two years we have not held a bank account, checking account or charge cards. (We do have a small account in a small credit union, for we get paid with a check and have to have a way to reach those funds, unfortunately.)

I think the most of the people on the planet are ready for a system that serves all of us well. Who wouldn’t want a planet full of healthy, stable, happy people? Philanthropic projects are born due to the lack inherit in government-designed methods of dealing with social problems/issues. The government seems to create more problems than it solves, a kind of job security for most politicians. Daily they pass new laws. Just how many do we need?! The problems would greatly diminish if everyone had, at the very least, their basic needs met, made a contribution to society, where ALL enjoy life. Think of what ills in society would vanish if class and money were meaningless! Think of how the human race truly would advance without the reasons “class and money” inhibit what we would choose to do naturally. Just start with these topics – home, food, clothing, college, health.

Let go of ego, money, class, titles, the need to have control over others…some may have a problem because their identity is tied up in these (and that’s a sickness), but if the majority can look beyond to a world that functions as naturally as it ought to, as intended, then we can begin the shift in thoughtful choices (which may have already begun btw), then we can rest in the enjoyment of being here on planet earth. I dream of a new day, a different way.

Have you heard of the Venus Project? I’m not advocating it, only mentioning it here to show that some creatives are thinking of different creative options to the way we live now. What we have now is so not working for so many on this planet. And for those who think it is working, the have nots bring down our species as a whole from what it could be (individually and collectively).

            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cf1gZxmIDKw

The most of us typically leave it up to corrupt politicians everywhere in every country to tell us how we will live (as if!), politicians who become very wealthy while most on the planet are not, great many in various countries suffering. The system we have is not working. That’s apparent. We were gifted with the ability to create. Certainly people can come together to take responsibility for our own well-being rather than leave it up to corrupt politicians/lawyers to determine the quality of our lives(whose best interests are not served by coming up with any new idea but to serve a class with money). It would be better if we lived in a system where we all rise up and share this planet with all that it has to provide for all of us.
Man’s domination over man will never work. It’s the wrong attitude for the very idea of domination is there will be a winner and a loser. It does take a shift in consciousness/awareness to tap into your creative self to think of something other than what already exists.
BUT MANKIND NEEDS TO DO THIS. How long will we keep trying to fix what is broken and will never work because we keep trying to maintain the same ill beliefs?

Think of ways, spin ideas with friends, brain storm other systems of living that do not currently exist. Challenge the conclusions we have made such as

Lawyers are the best people to run the government.

Politicians are the best folks to determine how I will live, what I will have to enjoy during my lifetime. Are they really?

Common folks know nothing about what’s best for them. Oh, really?

We need to support the idea of class. Do we really?

We need to support the idea of money. Do we really?

We need wars, to have control. Do we really?

Get creative! Think! This is not all there is and we don’t have to continue in this same way, doing the same things through history, down this same destructive path.

Tiananmen Square Is None of Your Business, Congress

    by Ron Paul

Statement before the US House of Representatives, June 3, 2009

I rise to oppose this unnecessary and counter-productive resolution regarding the 20th anniversary of the incident in China’s Tiananmen Square. In addition to my concerns over the content of this legislation, I strongly object to the manner in which it was brought to the floor for a vote. While the resolution was being debated on the House floor, I instructed my staff to obtain a copy so that I could read it before the vote. My staff was told by no less than four relevant bodies within the House of Representatives that the text was not available for review and would not be available for another 24 hours. It is unacceptable for Members of the House of Representatives to be asked to vote on legislation that is not available for them to read!
As to the substance of the resolution, I find it disturbing that the House is going out of its way to meddle in China’s domestic politics, which is none of our business, while ignoring the many pressing issues in our own country that definitely are our business.
This resolution “calls on the People’s Republic of China to invite full and independent investigations into the Tiananmen Square crackdown, assisted by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the International Committee of the Red Cross…” Where do we get the authority for such a demand? I wonder how the US government would respond if China demanded that the United Nations conduct a full and independent investigation into the treatment of detainees at the US-operated Guantanamo facility?
The resolution “calls on the legal authorities of People’s Republic of China to review immediately the cases of those still imprisoned for participating in the 1989 protests for compliance with internationally recognized standards of fairness and due process in judicial proceedings.” In light of US government’s extraordinary renditions of possibly hundreds of individuals into numerous secret prisons abroad where they are held indefinitely without charge or trial, one wonders what the rest of the world makes of such US demands. It is hard to exercise credible moral authority in the world when our motto toward foreign governments seems to be “do as we say, not as we do.”
While we certainly do not condone government suppression of individual rights and liberties wherever they may occur, why are we not investigating these abuses closer to home and within our jurisdiction? It seems the House is not interested in investigating allegations that US government officials and employees approved and practiced torture against detainees. Where is the Congressional investigation of the US-operated “secret prisons” overseas? What about the administration’s assertion of the right to detain individuals indefinitely without trial? It may be easier to point out the abuses and shortcomings of governments overseas than to address government abuses here at home, but we have the constitutional obligation to exercise our oversight authority in such matters. I strongly believe that addressing these current issues would be a better use of our time than once again condemning China for an event that took place some 20 years ago.

Ron Paul should run in 2012. He should run in the Republican Primary. However, if he does not get the nomination this time, HE should run as an independent rather than backing another 3rd party candidate.

Just for everyone’s information, Mike Huckabee was asked about three weeks ago on “Red Eye” -Fox News Channel’s show on at midnight” who of all the people in his campaign for president that he thought he wouldn’t like but turned out he did and can now call him a friend” and his answer was “Ron Paul”. He said he didn’t always agree with everything he said but that he admired his “truthfulness and conviction”. I still say that Huckabee and Paul would be a good team despite what some on this site say.

Dr Paul needs to run, but why does he marginalise himself so much? He really can run on a mainstream GOP ticket, but insteasd he insists on leading a ‘revolution’ and some of what he says sounds cultish. It doesn’t need to be that way – He’s been consistantly right on everything for decades and people will be able to see that if he gives them reason to look into him as a serious candidate. That won’t happen if he runs as a third party candidate or lets himself be described as being too far to one end of the spectrum. But hopefully if he loosens up a little – eg. maybe Powell to balance the ticket – with America trending his way on Fed regulation, limited government and abortion, he should have a real chance for 2012.

Ron Paul should run for POTUS 2012…WITH GARY JOHNSON.

I can’t believe nobody mentioned him.

Gary Johnson I believe started a PAC regarding a 2012 POTUS run also.

Peter Schiff would be great too. However, Gary Johnson was the former NM Gov., who has a pretty solid reputation and political experience with many of the same ideas and beliefs. He did endorse Ron Paul in 2008 campaign. There will be a place/post for Peter Schiff, unless he goes for CT Senate and beats Chris Dodd like I hope.

Rick Perry would be good too, but he is also from Texas and I don’t think that is a good idea to have a President and VP from same state, especially after the last Texas Governor who was POTUS. I know that Perry is not Bush, but it will be hard for some to see it any other way.

Ron Paul would never ask Romney, Huckabee, Jindal, Palin or any other republican in favor of the war, patriot act and any other unconstitutional . Sarah Palin is also against ending the war on drugs, even medical marijuana she opposes though she admitted to smoking recreationally because it was legal in Alaska. Which makes her a total hypocrite IMO. She is the complete opposite extreme of Obama but equally as fake, dishonest and destructive.

    Just my opinion.

    Ron Paul/Gary Johnson 2012….

You know I would vote for Ron Paul if I knew he would stick in the race untill the end of the race. I think it was very disgraceful how he bowed out after everyone raised all that money for him. I believe in his morals but I also believe in Sticking with something you started. He had more than enough money and support to at least put his name on the ballots. So the answer is yes I would vote for him only if he promised to stick in the race untill the very end!!!!

Since when did people stop listening to common sense. Ron Paul is the ONLY gentlemen out there speaking for the people and by the people. I don’t know how to get people to stop taking sides on minute political agendas and start realizing that it is freedom and liberty they should be worried about, but I hope Ron Paul has an idea. Also, I think Ron Paul may be the most intelligent person in office. He speaks like he has a PhD in economics rather then an MD. Truly gifted.
Kucinich would be a good running mate because of his common sensicle, intelligent approach as well, but so would Jesse Ventura. Ventura would give the ticket more clout because the public would view him as having some “power” for lack of a better term, but he needs to calm down his outspokenness of the 9/11 “attack” as being an inside job… it may be, but he should keep it to himself if he thinks he can run with Paul. The public en mass has been mind-jobbed about it and would immediately discredit him and look to someone else.
I have a dream… and it’s the America that the founders had in mind, not this fascist state.

I believe he should run with the realistic approach that he will not become president. I believe that he should take Mr. Baldwin’s approach and run to promote his ideas, maybe this time to even more success than we saw in the previous election, due to Dr. Paul’s numerous appearances on political news shows lately. I also believe he should pick a running mate that he wishes to, in a way, carry on his legacy. Most people compare Ron Paul to Ross Perot (which for obvious reason is understandable, not acceptable) and due to their ignorance group him as a radical. Long story short, Ron Paul; Independent Party; 2012!

Im glad to see that like 99% of the people want Ron Paul in 2012!

Ron Paul is the only true libertarian candidate. He is the only one of them that knows what is really right. All the others have non-constitutional beliefs. In other words, they will probably pull an Obama once elected, and flip flop on the things they said they’de do.

1.The Republican Party in becoming totally irrelevant has given the people a golden opportunity to finally put forth a truly viable third party. If libertarians and “moderates” can pull together with disaffected democrats, [may their tribe increase], even without high profile leadership initially can begin to create a new movement made up of the people who will go to whatever lengths necessary to force the changes we all know in our hearts must be made. The Republicans could very well find themselves in third party status simply by virtue of dwindling numbers. Dr. Paul doesnt need to leave the party, the party left him, and he owes them nothing. 2.Observe how much trouble the ruling regeim is already having as more people at long last begin to wake up. They are moderating on most if not all fronts at least verbally. The pressure must be kept up until they know for certain we are watching vigilantly and we must never give up. Thats how we win. Thats how we win the hearts and minds of more people. 3. Just a sidebar here. In view of the fact that we have an increasingly politicised military industrial establishment, I personally prefer that they be kept busy policing the world, rather than getting into mischief here at home. A LARGE STANDING ARMY IS STILL THE BANE OF LIBERTY to quote a great man. Gotta go

So as long as there exists a “shadow government” that actually runs the country and our financial system (the wealthy families behind the FED and the IRS), then we have a major problem to overcome before someone like Ron Paul can successfully be President for 1-2 terms and bring our country back in line with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights….which we would all benefit from and love! Our economy would be back on track and we would reap the benefits from our own hard work instead of paying 1/2 of what we make to the IRS/FED, who then gives it away to who knows? in support of who knows? (perhaps things we don’t even agree with, that are moving this country toward the one world government. It’s never made sense to give the IRS/FED money, have the FED in turn give our money to banks…we walk in for a loan and then pay interest on the very money we gave them!! What a racket!

Check out Zeitgeist the Movie on YouTube. Very illuminating about the IRS/FED, the financial scam on the American people.

Why a Bankrupt America – I was given a copy of this little booklet years ago (1995) and only recently read it when the economy headed downhill. It is just a little booklet, but it sells on Amazon for $50-$210 (second hand sellers). It is out of print. The author, Devvy Kidd is a political activist and can be found on the web/articles. She also has wanted the FED/IRS done away with for years! and tells the story in her booklet. Very interesting to see who the FED/IRS actually run the government, not the president or who we thought did. The Pres. seems to be only a puppet.

So with this in the way of successfully electing Ron Paul and anyone else who stands by the constitution and bill of rights and keeping them alive(those against the antics and control of the FED/IRS), I am so hoping that HR1207 is a go!! the American people who fund the FED via the IRS have a right to know where that money is being spent and on what! For all we know, we can be going to the polls at election time to vote for our candidate, but on April 15th we have given the money to the IRS/FED who gives money to another candidate so they can win.

How free is that? Just how free is America, really?
All is not as it seems.

Ron Paul was asked if he would run under a different party and he said no, that he was not interested in doing that. It may be because he is and has been working to bring the US back in line to be a REPUBLIC as it was originally intended at the writing of the Constitution not a DEMOCRACY.

        Republic – Republican

        Remember?
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands, one nation under God, with Liberty and Justice for all.

Our presidential campaigns, presidents and government are arranged in ways that most Americans do not know. I didn’t. I never knew how those that run for president come to be the ones we have to vote on. The enemy has been on the inside for a long, long time, corruption.

Bush link to Kennedy Assassination, very informative. We can argue all day about who should be president, but after looking at this video, I see why Ron Paul wants the FED to be audited and done away with, along with the IRS. We need an interruption to “business as usual” and actually have a free voting and financial system. Things are in the in the works long before Americans even debate and vote. Connections.

It wouldn’t matter if every person voted for the same person, thus that person being elected … the fact of the matter is, the president has already been decided on by the committee long before election time rolls around. Unfortunate, but true.

The only big hurdle I see for Ron Paul in 2012 will be his age. While I strongly agree with his platform, an American Public that thought McCain was too old for the position, may be hesitant to elect someone who will be in their late 70′s.
If he does run (or even someone with similar ideals), he should run for the Republican nomination again. With the system the way it is, he has no other choice to have his voice heard. With that said, it is important that we use the system against itself. The Republican party has fallen apart and many people have left. If we can get freedom lovers to register Republican–even if it’s for no other reason than to help get our nominees selected in the primaries–we really could make a difference.

Yes, he should run with Sarah Palin at his side. She doesn’t get the credit she deserves, but I believe that is due to the media hype. I heard her speak and it was in an anti-Republican part of the state, she filled the arena and an overflow was put into another location with big screen TV’s. There still wasn’t enough room for every one. Ron Paul has the experience in Washington that Governor Palin lacks. They share a lot of the same vision. They would make a great team.

Teresa, you’re right! People like Palin have what Ron Paul lacks and that thing is the ability to communicate! If Ron Paul could get Palin to help communicate his ideas it would help tremendously! Ronald Reagan wasn’t always considered the smartest guy in the world but he was “The Great Communicator”. Huckabee and Palin both fit into the “Great Communicator” category and while they don’t always agree with Ron on all the issues they have the pizzaz that Paul lacks. And contrary to some people’s views on this blog, they are both trustworthy, honest people and that is important!

        Lindsey,

Either of them would be a good match with Ron Paul. I personally prefer Governor Palin but Huckabee would be a good choice as well. I just think to attract a younger crowd and women two older gentlemen sharing the ticket would not be able to compete with the current administration. If you put Senator Paul’s ideas and experience with Governor’s Palin’s ideas, experience and charisma, I think they could take it in 2012. I just don’t know if they could do it as a third party. That is the only thing that concerns me. Splitting the Republican vote plays right into “their” hands.

I will support Ron Paul again should he run, and I hope that enough Americans eyes will have been opened by then. The economic and social upheavals that we will undergo will prepare the ground for a true revolution.

Cindy: What chapter and verse? Christine needs to read and understand it. Maybe then she’ll realize that with the thousands of suicide bombings that have been committed by Muslim extremists that at least the odds are very good that Muslim extremists were responsible for 9-11. Now for how we as a country respond to these events, that is a different matter. Since we didn’t ever officially declare war on Afghanistan or Iraq then we probably shouldn’t have went. The Conbstitution does say that the Congress has the ultimate authority to declare war. That is the way it should be!!! Remember, “You shall know them by their actions”. I love it!!!!!!

Actually, I was incorrect. Matthew 7:16 refers to “false prophets.” And I was thinking of this verse when I said, “I say by their actions you will know them.”
This is what Matthew 7:15 has to say: “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are raveining wolves.” Then read Matthew 7:16: “Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns or figs of thistles?” 7:16 is what I was thinking of when I made the comments you referred to. In either case, I believe what I said still holds true if you think about its meaning. The terrorists that flew the planes into the twin towers on 9-11 – “ye shall know them by their fruits (their actions); the attack on our marine barracks by terrorist that killed 247 (I may be wrong on the number; “ye shall know them by their fruits;” (their actions). And you are correct, Congress, not the President, has the authority to “declare war.” But as stated before, even though no war was “officially” declared by Congress nor the the President, just a “War on Terror,” Congress determinedly funded it and in so doing, “sanctioned” the sending of American troops overseas.

Cindy: I believe that “ye shall know them by their fruits” refers to the followers of the false prophets and hence their actions. I also believe that, as you do, we have a moral obligation to the people of Iraq and Afghanistan to finish what we started even if we didn’t really go about approving it in the right way. The moral authority of the United States is on the line here. Also, my son in the Army has seen first hand the goings on in Iraq and he says that the Iraqis, by and large, are on the same page as us in this war on terror as they are the ones who fight it day in and day out! They hate it more than we do! The debate now is if we pull out, can the Iraqis survive with their government. I don’t think it will be too long before we can say yes to that question. Afghanistan is a different question. The lesson we should learn from all of this is that we should follow our constitution and actually declare war when we send troops overseas to fight. If we went by that premise then I don’t think we would have went to Iraq in the first place and maybe not even to Afghanistan although that invasion was much more warranted obviously! Anyway, thanks for your response.

Yes, that’s what Matthew 7:15 and 7:16 are about. I wholeheartedly agree that what we start we should finish and that the Unites States’ moral authority is on the line. The Constitution is the Law of the Land. When we start ignoring laws and make our own, we’re in real trouble. Thank your son for his service. He is “up close and personal” to exactly what is going on there. Too bad our national news media doesn’t follow suit with all the good we’ve done and the shackles we’ve unchained.

With upcoming elections for the past 8 years, I have read many “URGENT URGENT URGENT!!! If you vote for Ron Paul, the other party will take it. Vote for the Democrat (whoever that was at the time) !!!” ( ) is mine)
With that reasoning, I would say that if Ron Paul runs for anything, he should go either Democrat or Republican. On the basis that he has and still is building a broad base of support already. Plus we know what he stands for is good for We The People, and not of selfish reasons.
    Also,
I think we should leave it up to Ron as to who he chooses as a running mate. Remember, he knows more than we do about his friends, connections, etc.

Ron Paul needs to run to in order to educate the masses of sheeple. he doesn’t need to be on the top of the Republican ticket to have influence. if he were though, then he should also seek the nomination from the independence constitution parties where you would think he would be a natural fit. disenfranchised dems could then lend support. he has to control the center and not allow the media to paint him as a crackpot the way they did in 08. the running mate has to give him a legitimate shot at winning in the battleground states…ohio, pennsylvania, florida etc.

palin is tainted already by the liberal press. she is done. it doesn’t matter if conservatives like her, liberals hate her. romney looks the part and seems a pragmatic, how else would he get elected in liberal massachusetts. can he win michigan, ohio, pennsylvania? …and it is not the black vote that is important (and race/sex shouldn’t matter obviously) it is the (legal) hispanic vote which needs to be pulled to the center right. they are typically (stereotypes coming)hard working, fiscally conservative and family oriented….shouldn’t be that big of a stretch….just have to lose the big business/big money association and look out for the common man.
the message can be change….for real, and back to the american roots

This is strictly my opinion, and is such for various ‘safety’ reasons. I believe that before we can put Ron Paul in, we will have to already have a plan, or have taken action in cleaning the Congress, Legislature, House, Senate, etc.. up and fixing it before Ron Paul will be safe as a president. Otherwise, he will wind up assisinated within the first week.

Reply to Chrsitine: “A terrorist is someone who goes on a foreign land to kill people.” Yes, you are correct. September 11, 2001 comes to mind.
You say: “We cannot judge them by their actions.” I say, “by their actions, you will know them.”
I take offense at your description of the USA as a “terrorist organization”. Defend this statement.
“Muslims don’t abort their own or anyone else’s children.” Now that may or may not be true. I must admit I do not know the answer to this but this I do know. Muslims have no problem in lobbying missiles at countries, killing innocent children, babies. Sending out suicide bombers in crowded marketplaces, nightclubs blowing people to kingdom come. Wantonly setting off roadside bombs next to school playgrounds, religious centers killing innocent children so don’t spew that type of talk to me. And I do not support abortion nor do many, many other Americans whether they be Jew or Christian.
“Take a look at what is happening in Africa, Central America, South America, and Asia. If we wanted to actually help the world we would be feeding, clothing and sheltering these people.” My question to you is “exactly what are you talking about?” I see what is happening in Africa. Wholesale slaughtering of innocent people on a daily basis by mindless savages, leftist governments who care more for their lofty palaces and grandiose lifestyles then innocent men, women and children. Where are the governments being held accountable? It is the governments of these countries that are responsible for their own people. Not to mention the United Nations who is responsible for ALL. At least that is what their mandate is. But I do not see them doing anything other than spouting off at the mouth. Ah, but here again comes the good ole USA. Do you realize that the United States has the stellar reputation of being the world’s most humanitarian and generous nation on the face of the earth? I give to the oppressed and deprived people of the world. Do you?
“Our true enemy is those that we have placed into power. the bankers, the war mongers, etc., the spenders, etc. Our true enemy is ourselves because we do not educate ourselves to the truth.”
Okay again I think I catch on to what you are saying. Yes, the banking industry has to take responsibility for the mess we’re in (partially) but guess who else is to blame…Congress, the Federal Reserve and the people who voted the President into office who is now occupying the Oval Office for the dismal way he is handling the financial crisis which has now turned into a catastrophe looming on the horizon of horrific consequences for us all. And who, by the way, are the “war mongers” you speak of? Explain please.
And the “truth” you speak of?
“Guess what, wake up and smell the “dead” roses, it is starting to hit. It will continue to hit.”
Are you talking a financial “hit” or some other type of “hit?” I believe this warrants an explanation.

First of all Al Qaeda is not responsible for 9-11. If you believe this then you are ignorant to the facts. You are one of the sheeple that follow the controlled politicians and the media. You need to do a lot of research about 9-11. Start by reading what was written earlier on this blog sight.

Muslims are attacking those people who are trying to take over their country. Although, I do not agree with this tactic, I can understand why they feel this is their only recourse.

Take a closer look at recent U.S. history. What about the Waco massacre or the Oklahoma bombing and yes even the abortionist and the abortionist that just got killed. Should the world be saying that ALL Americans are this way? You can not accuse a whole people for the actions of a few.

The majority of Jews do support abortion and embryonic stem cell research (which has a 0% success rate). Many Christians do support abortions. Rarely does a Muslim support abortion.

Get your facts straight. When the missiles were being launched a total of less than 10 Israels were killed, none of these were women or children. Most were soldiers. These missiles were also not targeted on Israel soil. They were targeted on their own soil to keep Israel from further invasion. Most Israels killed were Israel soldiers. Since the inception of the illegal state of Israel over 750,000 Palestinians have been killed and 750,000 have become refugees. These include women and children that have to suffer without food, clothing and shelter. They have had to flee their lands, their homes and their way of life because of the Zionists.

“While it is widely and correctly reported that the resulting war eventually included five Arab armies, less well known is the fact that through out this war Zionist forces outnumbered all Arab and Palestinian combatants combined – often by a factor of two to three. Also contrary to popular belief, Arab armies DID NOT invade Israel – virtually all battles were fought on land that was to have been the Palestinian state.

Finally, it is significant to note that Arab armies entered the conflict only after Zionist forces had committed 16 massacres, including the grisly massacre of over 100 men, women and children at Deir Yassin. Future Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, head of one of the Jewish terrrorist groups called this a ‘splendid act of conquest,’ and stated: ‘As in Deir Yassin, so everywhere, we will attack and smite the enemy. God, God, Thou has chosen us for conquest.’ Zionist/Israeli forces committed 33 massacres altogether.

By the end of the war, Israel had conquered 78 percent of Palestine; three quarters of a million Palestinians had been made refugees; over 500 towns and villages had been destroyed; and a new map was drawn up, in which every city, river and hillock received a new, Hebrew name, as all vestiges of the Palestinian culture were to be erased. For many decades Israel denied the existence of the population, former Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir once saying: “There is no such thing as a Palestinian.”

When the United States supplies Israel with nuclear weapons, tanks, guns, etc… I ask how are these people to fight for their free right to exist? The United States gives Israel more money than any other country in the world. U.S. Largely due to one-sided special-interest lobbying, U.S. taxpayers give Israel an average of $7,000,000 a day. Yes, 7 million dollars every single day is what Israel receives with our tax payer dollars. (Can you imagine the health care we would have, or the debt we could be out of if we stopped giving Israel all this money?) Why would they need this money? Israel has broken close to 75 U.N. resolutions (more than any other country) yet they remain unpunished on every single case.

“Israel’s continued military occupation and confiscation of privately owned land in the West Bank, and control over Gaza, are being resisted by Palestinian inhabitants. It is these occupied territories that, according to the Oslo peace accords of 1993, were going to become a Palestinian state. However, when Israel continued to confiscate land in these areas and to move its citizens onto it, the Palestinian population rebelled. (The Barak offer, widely reputed to generous, was anything but.) This uprising, call the ‘Intifada” (Arabic for ‘shaking off’) began in the fall of 2000.”

Also, do research on the U.S.S Liberty. I am sure you would be shocked at the truth.

Regarding what is happening in Africa about the massacres and the palaces, guess who is funding these wars. Yep, you got it, YOU are. It is Your tax dollars.

The U.S. has a stellar reputation in the dreams of Americans. The rest of the world does not see it the same way. In reality the Catholic Church has given more humanitarian aid than any other organization or country. The Red Cross is second on that list. The U.S. has a very bad reputation, except in the false news we read and see every day in the U.S. media.

The war mongers are the elected officials in congress. When they were talking of invading Iraq one voice stood up in congress. This voice stated how wrong it was. This one voice showed that all the facts were lies. This one voice was no other than our Ron Paul. Every congress man and woman new the lies, but both the Republicans and Democrats (Dems. controlled congress) declared war on Iraq, not Bush. Later they claimed they did not know that Bush lied. Ron Paul stood up in front of everyone and told them the facts. They did not want to listen. (And they did not care to listen, they new where their next political donation was coming from.) The majority of Americans being fed the lies supported the attack of Iraq. But, as the truth is coming out, we now want to bring our troops home. It was wrong for congress to declare war.

Continue to educate yourself on the facts and the truth. Do not get the facts from the U.S. politicians or media. Get on the internet and read what other countries are saying about the U.S. Also, look what is going on in the U.K.

The “dead” roses refers to a total global economic collapse. The U.S. can be saved. But, we must agree to stop paying for weapons, especially weapons of mass destruction to other countries. We must stop supporting wars. We must stop sending that $7,00,000 dollars EVERY DAY to Israel.

Reply to Chrsitine: You’ve really got it all wrong. No where did I say that Al Qaeda was responsible for 9-11. You keep digressing to an abortion issue that apparently is of paramount issue to you. That subject was already laid to rest earlier.
“Get your facts straight:” I believe it’s you, Chrsitine, that needs to “get your facts straight, not me.”
You’re either pro-Israel or pro-Palestinian. It’s clear which one you’re routing for. That’s fine. You’re entitled. But when you make unbelievably naive and delusional comments, “a total of less than 10 Israelis were killed” well, at this point, the rest of your opinions are pointless and meaningless to me. Please, do yourself and everyone else on this blog a favor and take the time to re-educate yourself on living in the real world of real facts and of a real reality. For it is painfully apparent to me that you do not have a firm grasp of the issues. I think you’re trying real hard to make some points, but you’re brain is having a real hard time connecting with the facts.

          To Cindy,
How many Israels on their own soil were killed before and during Israel’s last invasion on the Gaza strip. The fact is none. The less than 10 Israels that were killed were on the Palestinian territory according to the 1993 Oslo Peace Accord. How many Palestinians were killed or displaced including women and children during Israels recent terrorist attack on the Gaza Strip? What is wrong with supporting no war. You must think that Israel needs 7 million U.S. dollars every day. And you should not be on this web sight if you are pro-war. You should not be on this web site if you are pro-Zionist. This is not what Ron Paul stands for. Ron Paul stands for bringing our troops home. All of our troops. Every single soldier should be on our soil to protect our citizens. You must approve of the 700 military bases in the over than 130 countries. You must support your tax dollars going to those Africans who are creating genocide on their own people with your money . You must approve the 7,000,000 U.S. dollars being given to Israel EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Martin Luther King said, “We are not the policeman of the world.”

You seem to dismiss all the rest of the facts, because you can’t fathom that less the 10 Israels were killed prior to the Gaza terrorist attacks. Please look into all the facts. Not just the ones you pick and choose to support your distorted version.

You did not directly say that Al Qaeda was involved with the trade centers. But at the beginning of your comment you stated ” Yes,you are correct September 11, 2001 comes to mind.” I get the impression that you believe our government was not involved and had no prior involvement. Just curious, who do you think was responsible for 9-11? Yes, it was terrorist. But, it may not have been foreign terrorists. And I think I explained already very well why other countries think that we are the terrorists. It’s we brainwashed Americans that can not see through the rose colored glasses.

You were the one that brought up the abortion issue again. I was just answering what you said and only with two sentences. You must have a desperate issue with this.

I am not giving opinions!!! These are the FACTS!!!!! Are you afraid of concrete facts? Do you care to not know the whole truth? Or are you on this web site to try to further brainwash people into a falsehood?

Al Qaeda was the name of mainframe system used by the CIA, they coined the phrase to Osama bin Laden who in fact was indoctrinated into the CIA when Bush senior was the chief of the CIA that’s why the Bush family and Osoma were such great friends. Folks there isn’t a Al Qaeda even Osama bin Laden in a rare interview said he took the name because that’s what Americans were calling us.

Definition of Zionist: A people who believe they are entitled to a homeland.
Now why wouldn’t I be in favor of this? If you believe that the Palestinians are entitled to a “homeland” than why not Jews?
Ron Paul stands for bringing our troops home.” Well, who wouldn’t be. But when a President commits American troops to war, then the goal should be to win the war and then bring the troops home. And just because President Bush did not officially declare “war” but a War on Terror that Congress funded, BTW, by doing so, Congress sanctioned the President’s decision to do this.
“MLK – We are not the policemen of the world.” I agree and net I disagree with this. The United States has, and always has had an obligation, because of our status and what this country stands for, to protect the national interest. If someone attacks us then we have the right to retaliate. You get the point.

For Christine, who likes to select minimal quotes to define the annals of history, for the purposes of demonstrating how you cannot boil a complex situation down to something one utterance at a place in time by an individual:

A bit more recent of a quote from JFK, he seems to believe people of all religions ought to be viewed equally:

“Voters are more than Catholics, Protestants or Jews. They make up their minds for many diverse reasons, good and bad. To submit the candidates to a religious test is unfair enough — to apply it to the voters is divisive, degrading and wholly unwarranted.”
            - John F. Kennedy

Another blanket quote from a Mr. Thomas Paine:

“All national institutions of churches, whether Jewish, Christian or Turkish, appear to me no other than human inventions, set up to terrify and enslave mankind, and monopolize power and profit.”
            - Thomas Paine

And finally, acceptance of multiple religions by the very hero of this board:

“Difference of opinion is advantageous in religion. The several sects perform the office of a Censor – over each other.”
            - Thomas Jefferson

I like this one too from Mr. Jefferson, seems he didn’t think too lightly of Christianity at times either:

“Priests…dread the advance of science as witches do the approach of daylight and scowl on the fatal harbinger announcing the subversions of the duperies on which they live.”

This was written by Peter Peterson in Denver. I want others to read this.

    It’s About Human Rights

In the 1960′s, we had human rights riots in our own ghettos. The issues in the West Bank and Gaza are the same: segregated housing, police brutality, and unequal – education, employment opportunities, business opportunities, housing, and health care.

The difference is – that we did not drop bombs on our ghettos. We acknowledged the inequalities, and started our journey toward equality. South Africa and Northern Ireland addressed these issues in similar manner. But Israel refuses to acknowledge and work on solving them. Military might will not result in safety for Israeli or American citizens, as long as human rights issues remain unaddressed.

I think Ron Paul is a true statesman and I wish he had won the 2008 election, but I don’t think there is a chance the American people will vote for a 76 year old man to be president in 2012. Against the youthfulness of President Obama and the media’s love affair with him, Dr. Paul would not stand a chance at his age. However, Dr. Paul has the ability to unify us and support a younger candidate who has his vision and strong beliefs in freedom and liberty. We must look for who that candidate is.

As far as Republican governors who have taken stimulus money, here is Dr. Paul’s position on earmarks, which would be a similar way of returning money to the state that the federal government obtains through taxation (and the stimulus will be paid back through taxation, so the money that a state rejects will simply go to another state who accepts).

“Earmarks seem to be the hot topic this week, and as a fiscal conservative I am dismayed so many people deliberately distort the earmarking process and grandstand to make political points. It is an easy thing to do with earmarks. It takes a little more time and patience to grasp the reality of what earmarks really are.

To be sure, if earmarks were the driving force behind explosive government spending as some have been led to believe, that would be a good reason for all the fuss. The misconception seems to be that members of Congress put together a bunch of requests for project funding, add them all together and come up with a budget. The truth is, it is not done that way. The total level of spending is determined by the Congressional leadership and the appropriators before any Member has a chance to offer any amendments. Members’ requests are simply recommendations to allocate parts of that spending for certain items in that members’ district or state. If funds are not designated, they revert to non-designated spending controlled by bureaucrats in the executive branch. In other words, when a designation request makes it into the budget, it subtracts funds out of what is available to the executive branch and bureaucrats in various departments, and targets it for projects that the people and their representatives request in their districts. If a congressman does not submit funding requests for his district the money is simply spent elsewhere. To eliminate all earmarks would be to further consolidate power in the already dominant executive branch and not save a penny.” Ron Paul

I think many here seriously underestimate a few variables:
    1. You CAN win without the media. Look at the support Ron Paul has gotten and how the movement is growing, WITHOUT mainstream media.
    2. The current administration and the Fed. are losing credibility overseas at an alarming (for them) pace that the MSM will never admit.
    3. The collapse of the economy, well underway, will have a significant impact on mid-term elections.
    4. Legitimate businesses in America will strike at this administration when the timing is right. Ron Paul speaks their language.

I believe Americans will abandon Obama when they start to actually FEEL the damage this administration has done to their country.

Let’s get away from supporting a party and supporting the Constitution. In fact, I think it would be a darn good idea right now to have each and every member of Congress re-take the oath they took. And beware of labels. (I) = Independent. Isn’t Bernie Sanders, Vermont, an Independent but I do believe he is a Socialist. See how they cut him out of debates, gave him barely any airtime? the Media is owned and run by some of the most corrupt banking heirarchies, you know…the people that own the Fed Reserve. As long as the Fed reserve is around and the people who own it and own the media are pulling the real purse strings, Ron Paul will never be President. The last true president that went against the Fed reserve…JFK??? Need I say more!!!! That’s another topic of discussion but look up JFK and Silver certificates and see how that worked out!!! If Ron Paul became president, I would feel the same as the people who voted for the socialist, communist, hypocritical, puppet!! Here’s a good one…I had a client tell me he was no longer interested in my services because now that Obama is president, all his worries about money will be taken care of!! Interesting comments. I was especially interested in the last part of your email. “When the United States continues to deteriorate…..the collapse of time.”

It is still strange to me, how so many Americans picked Obama to be our next President. It appeared that he really appealed to them, psychologically and also, they were tired of Bush. Well, I can’t blame them for that but then now, when you look back on the Bush Presidency, I wish he were still in office. I just find this whole election “odd.” Maybe “staged” would be a better word. The only thing Obama campaigned on was “hope and change.” This election almost reminds me of the Pied Piper of Hamelim who “piped” the rats into the lake. It had a “surreal” feeling to it. I can’t keep thinking that Obama is a “puppet.” The “puppeteers” are behind the scenes, pulling his strings. As far as he being ethical I strongly disagree with you on that. Intelligent, determined? Yes but his agenda is not one to help this country but rather enslave it. And as events continue to slowly unfold, the truth is finally revealed of just who this man is, I won’t be surprised but I believe many, many people will be. Obama is acting more like a dictator than a President. And your remarks that “oddly his timing is connected to the end of time” is not as crazy as it sounds. The Christians call it The End Times, the Jewish Nation calls it “The Final Redemption.” It’s all one and the same. We are transforming from one reality to another. The concealed being revealed.

“2008” had a very difficult year to drive, with domestic and international unrest, severe weather anomalies, massively destructive geological events, financial collapse etc. “2008” held off total chaos and was relieved to pass the “baton” to “2009”.

“2009” has even more difficulties ahead than its predecessor. America’s first Black President has a huge task before him when he is inaugurated in January, 2009. All eyes are on him! President-elect Barack Obama will take over a waning power, a nation plunging into a deep economic recession, mired in a multiplicity of wars abroad with a rapidly declining international image. Many perceive that Obama is taking over an office that the current president has disgraced.

Obama campaigned on the promise of change, but the composition of his “new” cabinet shows that somebody is dictating that things stay the same. He has chosen George W. Bush’s Secretary of Defence for his new cabinet!!! What kind of change is that!!! This is the same Secretary of Defence who has bungled Iraq, Afghanistan, and probably engineered the 8 August 2008 fiasco in Georgia. Obama has also selected a myriad of bankers who are significantly linked to the economic collapse. He has further chosen the former First Lady as his Secretary of State, whose husband oversaw the demolition of Yugoslavia and the massacre at Waco. The only people needed to complete this tired, old cabinet to carry on the same old politics would be Margaret Thatcher, Nancy Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev. Yet, the key word of the Obama campaign was “change”.

Everyone is hoping that 2009 will be better than the tumultuous 2008. But, will it be?

When the United States continues to deteriorate on all fronts in 2009, Obama will become the scape goat. He will be blamed for many things that are out of his control and many things that his predecessors have wrought upon him. The ruling elite have already dictated much to Obama, especially concerning the make-up of his cabinet and his upcoming policies. In other words, no matter how ethical, intelligent and determined he is, Obama’s hands are already tied. Oddly, the timing of his administration is tied to the collapse of time.

    Another year has slipped away

It is being watched by those on and off the Earth
Never before has such wild change been at the doorstep
    When the threshold is crossed
Everyone will be looking for cover
    Some will call for peace
    Most will scream for war
When the economic farce is fully exposed
The booms and bangs from guns and bombs
Will soon be heard around the world

Definitely Dr.Ron Paul. I think his running mate should be Chuck Baldwin. We need real change and a change for the better would be a return to the Constitutional foundations. We need real money, a viable economic system and foreign trade policy to restores America. Our industrial base has been systematically dismantled by the past, and current administrations with the consent and help of Congress and Senate. We need politicians we can trust that have the integrity and backbone to stand up to the criminal bankers, move for their arrest and prosecution. We need to clean house.

Having experienced his governorship, I really admired him for the way he ran his campaign and his no-nonsense approach to solving certain governmental issues, but he really crashed and burned when the media turned on him, and emotionally, he was never able to recover. The last 2 years of his office, he gave up his fighting-for-the-people spirit, made his decisions out of anger, spent money on things that will never pay themselves off, and disappeared.

Obama’s victory in the general election was aided by his tremendous fundraising success. Since the start of 2007, his campaign relied on bigger donors and smaller donors nearly equally, pulling in successive donations mostly over the Internet. After becoming his party’s nominee, Obama declined public financing and the spending limits that came with it, making him the first major-party candidate since the system was created to reject taxpayers’ money for the general election. Obama raised $401,165,231 in 2007 and up to July 2008.

Because McCain opted into the public financing system during the general election, he faced an $84 million limit on what he could spend, putting him at a huge disadvantage compared to Obama, who raised $66 million more than that in September alone. Although McCain lost the race, he came a long way from the early days of the campaign, when he appeared to be nearly broke. Mc Cain raised $ 171,092,489 during 2007 and up to July 2008.

Money wins elections, always has and always will. That’s the reality of politics in the free enterprise system.

Cobra7775 this is why corporate donations need to be banned since power is bought by monetary influence. The free enetrprise system is an illusion. The free market has not been allowed to operate. All we have at the present is Global Corporates buying favours, controlling Govts and thus erasing competition. We do not have enough competition in energy or the banking system. No bank should be allowed to create inflationary money from nothing.

Now people like Obama say they will rescue us from the free market, but they are only offering us a another form of slavery. We will go from debt slavery to a socialist slavery.People will swap the Bankster masters for a socialist master, still financed by the Bankster Masters.People will be deeper in debt and a lot less free.

    Yes, Yes and YES!
Ron Paul should run in 2012! He has the leadership ability that this country truly needs and I pray he will run! For those that are sceptics because of his age, I can only say; we never know the day and hour when we will be taken from this world. Some are taken at an early age and some live to be 100+ years old, so age doesn’t matter if you still have all your wits and Ron Paul clearly demonstrates that he has ALL his wits and then some! :)
