The corporate media wants us to believe that demanding a new 9/11 investigation is crazy and unpatriotic. The mere suggestion that the government’s theory of “19 Arab hijackers” might not be entirely true is akin to desecrating the dead. And even those who accept the mainstream explanation but question the hijackers’ motives are portrayed as radicals. Do we really know everything about the events of that fateful day? Is 9/11 closed or do you support a new investigation?

911 report was a complete lie. Every aspect was fraudulently reported and too much real evidence purposely left out. To believe that the airspace was allowed to remain undefended was my first clue as to who was responsible. Pres Bush and particularly VP Chaney and associates arranged the dispersion of American Air Force to distant locations in order to prevent interdiction of allegedly high jacked commercial aircraft. Footage from the event clearly shows gray 757s without windows impacting the towers. Further examination reveals these planes to be drones (remotely controlled). The collapse of the Towers and WTC 7 were undeniably controlled demolitions. Many firemen and police at the scene reported hearing explosions before the collapse. There testimony was not included in the report.

I’m pretty sure that Ron Paul believes that we don’t need to help support Israel. That’s what he calls “blow back.”
If you watch his newest video, he explains how religion should stay out of politics. The government is supposed to protect our freedom to worship whom we please. The government is not supposed to make foreign policy based of religious beliefs.

Sean: I don’t think that we make our decisions about Israel based on our religious beliefs. We make them based on the fact that they have a form of government similar to ours rather than a king or dictatorship like most of the Middle East. Having said that, I don’t think we need to support them as much as we do but we certainly don’t need to support the Saudis etc. at all. Remember, Freedom of Religion and not Freedom from Religion.
There is no doubt that our relationship with Israel came from religious beliefs. In 1922 we made a joint resolution to protect the Jewish people in Palestine. Britain and the US helped push the political Zionist movement 20 years later after the fact.. There is no other military in the world that we support in the same fashion.
The Saudis support us, they provide us with fossil fuel to run our country..
Freedom of religion is a freedom of the people, not the government. The government doesn’t have the freedom to dictate religious policies.

Doing an re-investigation really would be moot point if the investigation is administered by the same people / group. However, if the taxpayers, or even better yet, the survivors of 9/11 could solely choose without ANY interference from Congress or special interests, I would have more confidence in the outcome of re-investigation. Otherwise, another investigation gets us the same result at taxpayer expense.

Exposing the government is a definite longshot. You have to keep in mind that the media is owned by the energy companies (Sid Richardson Bass and others) and the government is nothing but a puppet regime for the energy companies. This is why there is not much reporting on the suspicions that the government did 9/11 other than the token stuff they are forced to report so they don’t look like they are covering it up. It is my beleif that those who speak out effectively about 9/11 who cannot be smeared as ‘kooks’ and have power risk dying of ‘cancer’ or ‘heart attack’ or an accident prematurly. I support Paul’s no nonsense views, but he exhibits quite a bit of indecision regarding 911.
When asked in the 2008 presidential candidacy debate about his supporters who are “911 truthers”, he states “I’ve abandoned those viewpoints (re: the non-official theories) and I don’t believe that, and that’s all, thats the only thing that’s important”.

No matter what Ron Paul really believes, it would be a balancing act of gigantic proportions for a Congressman to call for a new 9/11 investigation while at the same time trying to build a broad coalition to audit the Fed.

Yet Paul agrees with someone like Alex Jones on auditting the Fed, and thats OK. Jones also believes secret FEMA internment camps are currently in existance on US soil (as well as various other absurdities) but nobody links RP with those views. And Jones supports 911 truth, but on this issue RP quickly distances himself.
Doesn’t many of RP’s platforms stem from corruption in government, with 911 being the biggest most blatant example? Respectfully Jack, I think you spoke too soon about the invented Osama no longer gaining attention, as “he” released another video taunting the US and Obama in the past several hours. Its timing and antagonism have a reason, and as pawns, we must sit and wait while our kings manipulate the field. Is it a cause to escalate Afganistan? Divert attention from shriviling health reform? Or to re-install a bit of fear in the public? We will see.
But aside from this, we are getting off point. For all practical purposes, RP does not aid any form of 911 truth by denying it, and I only questioned why his supporters continue to believe he does. If there was one slogan of sobering depth from the 60s to be remembered, which would universally encompass this and every other mess we are now immersed in, it is “if you aren’t part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.”
