Because there's not much of a logic to use - Ron Paul surely understands the laws of evolution, he merely doesn't believe it's the source of the complexity of life on Earth. It's not like a theory of gravity, there's certainly no ultimate proof of it. That said, I am "evolutionist" and can't stand Jehova witnesses pseudoscientific babbling, but RP's opinion is much less confrontational, even if I don't agree with him. And most of all, anyone who rates politicians by their personal beliefs is a moron.
