What we really need is a money that has no tie to Gold or Land or Debt. We need money that has value declared by LAW... and in that case we should trust our Congress because the democratic process is most trustable thing we have. Leaving money in the hands of private bankers, backing money by debt, and having markets based on interest , is all evil evil evil, and most importantly, not necessary for a money system to work efficiently.
