If we can't audit the Federal Reserve, then we must get rid of it.

See, the Ronulans are incrementalists, their real agenda isn't an audit but to abolish the FED.

Yep. Read the book! End The Fed. Get our monetary policy out of the hands of private banksters who manipulate it to their benefit and bankrupt the US. I'm for sound money. You sound like a bankster, and I still don't understand why you're here since you disagree with anything this site stands for. Whatever... you're entitled to your opinion, I just wish you'd take it elsewhere.

Because the FED has been stealing money from the middle class for 98 years. It's fought so hard to protect for a reason. It is a criminal organization and we the people will keep fighting to expose it.

No, reelect those who work with Ron Paul, elect those he sponsors and promote Ron Paul to be the next president.

Keep up the fight for open government, transparency, and an end to Wall Street corruption and Fed secrecy.

Yet beneath my disappointment with Sanders' compromise, this partial fed audit remains a bold step toward our ultimate goals - and Ron Paul and his followers deserve the credit. Bush wanted secrecy. Obama and Geithner wanted secrecy. Dodd couldn't make up his mind whether to follow his conscience or his pocketbook. Sanders settled for some progress. We can celebrate progress too - while noting that this essential step remain insufficient.

Keep pushing, keep exposing, and keep educating!

By the way, I have to confess that I didn't really know what the Fed was - let alone how important it was - until Paul's campaign speeches. And, this is also hard to admit, I worked for two Congressmen without appreciating how much power and secrecy was invested in the Fed. Given the media's deliberate avoidance and Wall Street's continual deception, it's amazing that we've been so successful in successfully shaming Congress into approving even this limited audit of the Fed.

Thank you, Paul, for opening my eyes and keep fighting for the American people!

  4. Bottomline

Well it sounds like Bernie Sanders is now just as corrupt as Chris Dodd because Mr. Dodd gave him some hidden Sweetheart deals to make his amendment just as corrupt as Mr. Dodd's Amendment. Well that goes to show you another reason why we should throw these bums out of office.
