End this War and Change our Foreign Policy! After 20 Years of Killing the Fighting and the Lies Continue With No End in Sight!

I’m amazed any other country wants to be our ally. Sadam Hussein was our ally in the 1980s and so was the Mujahadeen (Taliban), and now we’ve attacked both of them and seek to destroy them. One day our ally… the next day our enemy. Hmm. Crazy world. Thanks Ron Paul for speaking truth to our nation.

Seems like there’s no convincing all of our genius members of government not to fight the “dumb war.”

Why aren’t the Democrats more vocal against these BS wars? Answer: They don’t give a crap about wars – they only use anti-war sentiment to gain power when they are out of power. It’s a fkn fraud.

    Thank you Dr. Paul

Here is what I found about April Glaspie Ambassador to Iraq in early 80s when meeting with Saddam Husein.

“”But we have no opinion on the Arab-Arab conflicts, like your border disagreement with Kuwait. I was in the American Embassy in Kuwait during the late ’60s. The instruction we had during this period was that we should express no opinion on this issue and that the issue is not associated with America. James Baker has directed our official spokesmen to emphasize this instruction. We hope you can solve this problem using any suitable methods via Klibi (Chedli Klibi, Secretary General of the Arab League) or via President Mubarak. All that we hope is that these issues are solved quickly.””

Basically Kuwait was used as trap for Saddam’s troop.

The mujaheddin were significantly financed and armed (and are alleged to have been trained) by the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) during the administrations of Carter and Reagan, and also by Saudi Arabia, Pakistan under Zia-ul-Haq, Iran, the People’s Republic of China and several Western European countries. Pakistan’s secret service, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), was used as an intermediary for most of these activities to disguise the sources of support for the resistance. One of the CIA’s longest and most expensive covert operations was the supplying of billions of dollars in arms to the Afghan mujaheddin militants. The arms included Stinger missiles, shoulder-fired, antiaircraft weapons that they used against Soviet helicopters and that later were in circulation among terrorists who have fired such weapons at commercial airliners. Osama bin Laden was among the recipients of U.S. arms. Between $3–$20 billion in U.S. funds were funneled into the country to train and equip troops with weapons, including Stinger surface-to-air missiles.

I always wonder why didn’t the Afghan commit suicide bombing back in 80s against Red army? The war was far more fierce then current war. If I am accurate, there were at least 3Million Afghan dead. 50,000 Red Army dead but no one committed suicide against Russian. Why against US now?

I wounder why none of the Hijacker in 911 were Afghanies?
Why the terrorist were from our allies countries, Saudi Arabia and Egypt?

it’s sad that that caucus is practically empty. paul might not have much of a following amongst those power brokers called the government but he does have millions of followers outside of government and has one thing that the other politicians don’t have which is the power of the people.
