“We should abolish the federal income tax, prohibit eminent domain, impose term congressional limits, make Congress part-time, return the power to elect senators to State legislatures, abolish the Federal Reserve system, and prosecute for malfeasance any member of Congress who cannot articulate where the Constitution authorizes whatever he or she is voting for.”

Yeah, but the difference is that if people had to pay taxes for unpopular and useless wars, there would be no wars. The only reason the warmongers get away with it is because they can create new money out of thin air.

I remember exactly how the FOX network used to hate Ron Paul. Now, I think they’re just using the freedom message to get ratings and to popularize the neocons in the Republican party. As much as Fox is starting show their support for Ron Paul, I will never be able to forgive them for how much they didn’t support Ron Paul before

The Declaration of Independence is the organic law of the land and its main tenet that “all men are created equal” means that no person or group of people, including some group named “government”, may ever initiate force or fraud against any other person or group of people. That is the basis of a crime – a victim and a perpetrator. All federal regulation is based upon the threat of initiatory force and is, therefore, crime.
The Constitution was adopted to form a gov’t under the rule of the Declaration of Independence. The gov’t under the rule of the Constitution must uphold the tenet that “all men are created equal”. Freedom means that everyone is equal.
The gov’t and its owners all know this – it’s time for all Americans to re-establish our sovereignty. Here’s what’s going on in this country.
The gov’t went bankrupt in the 1930′s as is evidenced by the correlation between the United States Code (USC) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR): title 11 USC, “Bankruptcy”, is implemented by title 11 CFR, “Federal Elections”. You are simply voting for a bankruptcy “administration”. The Code of Federal Regulations was created in the mid-1930′s to set up the federal agencies that would impose Socialism, such as the EPA, the FDA, the SEC, the Dept of Education, ad nauseam. All forms of Socialism are based upon initiatory force, whether known as Communism, Fascism, Marxism, Democracy, etc.
Oh, no one ever states it that way, it’s always something that just must be done for the children, or for the elderly, or for the environment. Regardless of what the reason is that is proffered, it is always about gaining the right to force others to do something. And it never works. How could a group of thugs with guns and jails ever accomplish anything other that to increase poverty? Increase poverty and you increase crime, homelessness, illiteracy, innumeracy, and eventually war.
However, bankrupting the federal gov’t wasn’t enough to make Americans pay the interest on the FED’s counterfeit money loans to the gov’t. Sovereignty lies with the individual American, not the gov’t. This is because the Declaration of Independence is the organic law of the land and its first tenet is that “all men are created equal”. The Constitution has to support that tenet at all times. Since the individual is sovereign, the federal gov’t has only been granted jurisdiction over foreign commerce, interstate commerce, and trade with the Indians by Article I, section 8 of the Constitution.
To get around all of the chains that the Constitution imposes on the federal gov’t, Social Security was created to destroy American sovereignty. The “Form SS-5″ that an applicant uses to apply for a S.S.# is actually a federal employment form. After all, only a federal employee is liable for federal employment taxes. You know the name of the federal employee – the “taxpayer”. “Taxpayer” is a legal term defined at 26 CFR 2.1-1(a)(5) as a member of the Merchant Marine – a federal employee. 26 CFR 2.1-1(b) states that this is the definition of the term as used throughout the Code and the regulations for all calculation of taxes.
The gov’t has been given jurisdiction over its possessions by Article IV, section 3 of the Constitution. By checking the box “U.S. citizen” on the “Form SS-5″ the applicant has given the gov’t prima facie evidence that he has U.S. possession citizenship. “U.S. citizen” is also a legal term exemplified at 26 CFR 25.2501-1(c) as a person born in one of the States who then establishes a residence in a U.S. possession (Puerto Rico is cited in the example) and, further, acquires U.S. possession citizenship. This regulation then references back to 26 USC sec. 2501(b) where it states that this is the definition of the term “citizen” “wherever used in the title”. The U.S. possessions are treated as foreign countries (see 26 USC sec. 865(i)(3), 872(b)(7), and 2014(g) for example). This makes a “U.S. citizen” a foreigner. This is the 14th Amendment citizen.
The combination of the legal terms “taxpayer” and “U.S. citizen” is known as the “U.S. resident” at 26 USC sec. 865(g). A “U.S. resident” is a “U.S citizen” living in America – a foreigner.
So by applying for a S.S.# an American has given away all sovereignty and become a slave to the federal gov’t.
All of this evidences that the owners of the gov’t are quite aware of its limited jurisdiction, but they have absolutely no regard for freedom.
The gov’t is operating almost exclusively under the foreign commerce clause along with the presumption that everyone is a “taxpayer” – a federal employee.
Title 20 USC, “Education”, is implemented by title 20 CFR, “Employee’s Benefits”. Education is paid for by school taxes addressed to “resident”. Your education is based upon being a federal employee. Government controlling education is the 10th plank of the Communist Manifesto.
The Census Bureau questionnaire was addressed to “RESIDENT”. The Census Bureau is within the Dept of Commerce. Title 15 USC, “Commerce and Trade”, is implemented by title 15 CFR, “Commerce and Foreign Trade”. Everything comes back to foreign commerce.
Internal revenue is within the customs. Customs gains revenue for the gov’t from importing duties from foreign countries. Internal revenue gains revenue for the gov’t from importing duties from the U.S. possessions – thus a source of “internal revenue”.
The 3 commerce jurisdictions are cited separately in title 28 USC, “Judiciary and Judicial Procedure”, chapter 85, “District Courts; Jurisdiction”. Section 1336, “Surface Board Transportation Orders”, which was renamed from “Interstate Commerce Commission’s Orders” in late 1995, is the interstate commerce jurisdiction. Section 1362, “Indian Tribes”, is obviously the trade with the Indians commerce jurisdiction. Section 1340, “Internal revenue; customs duties”, is the foreign commerce jurisdiction. Income tax is the second plank of the Communist Manifesto. Inheritance tax is the third plank of the Communist Manifesto.
The medicine and drug laws (the basis of the FDA) are also internal revenue laws. The gov’t has gone to great pains in its law writing to hide this fact, but all of it is available at http://wp.me/pCW6e-4M where the laws are evidenced.
The FBI is one of the many federal alphabet agencies created during the 1930’s when the Federal Reserve bankrupted the federal government. The authority granted to the FBI is cited at title 28 U.S.C., “Judiciary and Judicial Procedure”, section 533, “Investigative and other officials; appointment”, where it directs that the FBI is charged with investigating crimes against the United States, protecting the President, protecting the Attorney General, and other matters under the Department of Justice and the Department of State. The only people over which the FBI has jurisdiction is set out in title 28 U.S.C. section 535, “Investigation of crimes involving Government officials and employees; limitations”, as government officials and employees. There is no section of law that grants the FBI any investigative jurisdiction over sovereign Americans. An American has given up all sovereignty when applying for a Social Security number by becoming a federal employee and, therefore, subject to the FBI’s investigative powers.
Go to http://wp.me/pCW6e-3g where you will find posted evidence of docket tampering by the Appellate Court in order to avoid sitting in judicial review of my brief in which I have challenged the sufficiency of the IRS indictment. The IRS indictment uses the term “resident” in order to bring in all underlying jurisdiction and all of the actual elements of the charge.
Go to http://wp.me/pCW6e-5X where you will find cited the actual statutes of the USC that evidence that the US doesn’t have exclusive ownership of the Mississippi River. This is why BP is in charge of everything in the Gulf spill fiasco.
The owners of the gov’t set out to control all Americans almost immediately after the ink dried on the Declaration of Independence. Up until that time all gov’t everywhere else was based upon powerful families (monarchs and tyrants) who presumed to own everyone and everything within their jurisdiction. These families still to this day presume the same thing – they are behind everything that is going on in America. They had no intent to let the colonies become free. You must fight for your freedom. We Americans have been asleep at the switch and have let these families slowly corrupt our law.
I have evidenced the entire Social Security Scam on my Blog at LLSTULER.wordpress.com.

Larry thank you so much, this is fantastic.
I’m assuming you won’t mine if i copy this and email it to everyone on my list, and i’ll strongly urge everyone else on here to do the same, get this out there and in circulation where it can work for us. Not on a website that people have to find, but into the inboxes of those who aren’t looking so they have it in front of their face. Can we get this in front of 350,000,000 angry Americans by the end of one week ? yes we can if all of you do your part, its called a geometric progression, and its working magnificently.
I’m going to supplement this post with a statement made by Edward Mandel House to Woodrow Wilson detailing the purpose of our Banking families in the establishment of the Federal Reserve, and i’ll ask everyone to go through this, and go through Larry’s post at the same time and make the comparisons.

soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will effect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer being unable to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions.
Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.

Larry and David,
Even though the US economy might be financially bankrupt, the real wealth still exists in your economy ie the knowledge and skills of your people. That they cannot take away unless total anarchy ensures.
Money is just a symbol of human worth and potential. They have just stolen the symbol. All the US people need do is to take possession of their own currency..
The knowledge, skills, integrity, dedication, unbending intent, courage, creativity and love ,is far greater than the Fed or it’s cronies. When public awareness reaches a critical mass, change will be unstoppable.

Hi Ross, its good to see you, been missing you over the past little while too. Yeah Larry’s post is great, he’s obviously been putting a lot of time, effort and talent into gathering up the specific statutes and details of what we’ve all been discussing here. While i’ve been trying to direct my posts toward the average person and presenting things in as simple terms as i could so that anyone could understand, Larry has been putting his time into coming up with the technical proof and presenting the specific statutes and details in terms of how our country has been taken from us. Its amazing how the combined efforts and talents of people working together toward their common good can compliment each other, and we need as many of these efforts, from as many people possible and in as many different ways as possible as well.
You are absolutely correct in that our real wealth still exists, and exists in the form of the great knowledge and skill of the American people. The single and only problem we have is that the simple means for us to trade these things for each others benefit has been taken from us thus artificially, and simply and only due to the power of Banks to take this from us, rendered these knowledge and skills useless. As we have all stated many hundreds of times already if we the people will simply take control of this means of exchange and manage each and every aspect of it as a non profit public service and only toward our own benefit, then it can be produced simply for the purpose of facilitating the free and natural exchange of these knowledge and skills toward each others benefit and our own prosperity, and as such any form of economic collapse or restriction of our ability to use them would have been made impossible.
The one thing we still have to get a lot of people to understand though, is that this has to be done without tolerating any form of private banking or interest on money whatsoever. For those who simply can’t imagine this, this simply means that you will cash or deposit your paycheck with your local branch of the treasury, instead of the private bank you use today, which will probably be the same building, with many of the same employees which you deal with now, but will then exist to bring you prosperity instead of steal it from you. Abolishing the Federal Reserve (central bank) is no solution, as Andrew Jackson already did this in 1833, and what do we have today again ?. Abraham Lincoln attempted to both fund the civil war and recreate prosperity for the American people using the same concept which Franklin and the colonies had prior to the revolution, and it would have had the same result, except for the fact that even though there was no central bank, private banking still existed, and this was the end result.
“By the end of 1863, Congress had authorized the printing of US$850 million worth of Greenbacks. Private banks used these Greenbacks as bank reserves, against which the issued their own bank notes and demand deposits. Over the course of the U.S. Civil War the money supply went from $45 million to $1.77 billion. Prices subsequently skyrocketed.”
Even if we switch over to hard currencies, the banks will simply do the same with them and the end result will be the same, so we just cant win for as long as they exist in any form, and its simply and only banks which are the problem and not the means of exchange we use.
If were going to do this, we need to get it right, otherwise there is no point in doing it at all, and this means that absolutely everything having anything to do with our basic means of trade must be performed as a non profit public service, with our elected congress being the single and only entity with the power to issue any form of currency or credit, and the department of the treasury having the exclusive responsibility for distributing these among the population. We must kill the parasite for good, and we cannot let even one single egg survive in our intestines, as if we do, another one will simply hatch, and continue to grow and consume ever more of our sustenance until there is nothing left to sustain us anymore, just as it has been time and time again. If we are to establish a free and prosperous private enterprise system and economy for our population, which has the potential to grow consistently according to its natural ability to do so, then we the people must maintain complete, total and absolute control over each and every aspect of the public means of exchange which we create to facilitate that. As long as there is any possibility of any form of private control or issue of this means, then we will lose control, and our purpose has been defeated before it has begun.
We do have to get this right, and not keep repeating the same idiotic mistakes over and over and over again as has always been done, and people do need to think outside the box and understand things they way they can be, instead of how they always have been. A great many are already to doing so as we speak.

Well since Socialism is simply the final and inevitable evolution of corporatism / bank controlled capitalism, it really all does come out to the same thing. Its all created by the same people and it all serves the interests of the same parasites whom we need to destroy if there is to be any hope of our existence serving any purpose other than the power they wish to establish to force us to continue feeding them.
Anyway, we had a good conversation going on this awhile back so here’s the link, hope some find it interesting and informative.

Yeah, Ron Paul will show those multi-national corporations who’s boss when he unilaterally eliminates all of our tariffs. That’ll show them. Then he’ll get rid of all worker safety regulations. Yeah, they’ll hate that. Then he’ll let them dump their waste where ever they want without regard to how toxic it is. They’ll be reeling then. Plus he’ll make sure the Communist Chinese get all our gold because they deserve it for lending us all that paper money their version of the Fed printed up. Yeah buddy, he’ll show them all.
Hotly debated. What do you think?

Did the UAW feather bed union hall let out early today?
Or did you just run out of NUTS to bolt on that new Government Motor Obamawagon “Volt”, for $78hr?
I found this tidbit of nostalgia

Oh yes, Obama is taking his ques from Der Fuhrer (history repeating itself…again)
Yes our 21st Century Fuhrer will save the planet!
I’m sure Der Fuhrer will soon have everyone making union wages producing NOTHING, since no one will be able to afford whatever the Union Monopoly Labor makes.
Good Luck with that one Boys!

Well, i think i’ve seen enough posts from dfens on here to assume that his purpose is pretty much the same as forests, so not worth wasting much time on, but i’ve seen many good posts from you citizen and i’m in complete and total agreement with this one too, but i can also understand Jim’s perspective as well, which has been stated in more detail by others on here whom in know to share in our common objectives of freedom and prosperity for our population.
Douglas and myself were having a discussion, which i re-posted, as with anything relevant, on the sound money blog, where i stated what i think might be some of the consequences of applying the only true American economic system which has ever existed to things as they are today, and in fact, giving ourselves the capacity to create currency to generate and maximize useful production as opposed to having production artificially restricted by the amount of currency in circulation to pay for it, just as Franklin and the colonies did at the time.
http://www.ronpaul.com/on-the-issues/fiat-money-inflation-federal-reserve/comment-page-10/#comment-123541
the bottom line is that this would seem to solve all problems for everyone, especially if my prediction would come true of many of our big corporations collapsing and being replaced by many smaller independent and far more efficient businesses which would, out of necessity, do our production here at home. With the money being created to pay for our entire production capacity, the competition for labor among employers would be great enough to drive wages up to the maximum possible limit on its own, without unions, and without any form of government regulation or protectionism. As usual, all we have to do is destroy banking which creates all of our problems for us, create the means for our economy go evolve and expand naturally according to our ability to produce, and all of the problems will simply resolve themselves on their own as there will simply be no one left to create the problems for us.
I guess the biggest idiot on here is Fred, as were trying to give him exactly what he wants, but he’s just too dumb to see it and all he can post is no, no, no, and wrong, wrong, wrong when he simply hasn’t a clue and no ability to comprehend anything other than what he’s been told to believe. Hehehehe, i’ve had the misfortune of hiring a former union member at one point, who thought he knew everything and really knew just enough to make some really big mistakes, spent 10 % of his time making them and the other 90 % having to fix them, so i had to let him go after a short time, but i guess if those like him forget about what they think they know and are willing to learn, then they might be employable too. I’m sort of guessing that this is a pretty good description of Fred too, he does have the same mentality LOL

This article pretty much mirrors what I believe. It’s too bad the Libertarians don’t offer a reasonable alternative, because I’d be happy to consider them, but instead they offer “solutions” such as the unilateral elimination of tariffs that are far worse than anything the Republicrats have to offer.

Citizen, I hope you understand I was being facetious. I do think free trade in the form of NAFTA is corrupt. However, I don’t think ending it is the panacea others do. I much more worried about the banking system, monetary policy, and preventive war.

The important thing is to have a scapegoat for our problems, not to actually do anything about them like raising tariffs back to the levels they were when our country was the great industrial power on Earth. No, let’s stand by and watch as the Communist Chinese take all our industries from us, just like we stood by and watched as Japan used similar protectionist measures to take our automotive industry. As long as Ron Paul offers us a good scape goat like the Fed (yeah, I know it’s his code word for the Jews), then who cares if the Communist Chinese destroy our nation and everything it stands for? Blood sucking traitors!

Actually Dfense I shouldn’t be so facetious about free trade. It’s a serious subject and I always regret later when I get lost up in the sniping. It’s not productive. It solves nothing.
It’s just that sometimes a few people on this site only talk about that subject. And I think the reason it doesn’t get it’s fair airtime on this site is because the people who support higher tariffs act like that is the only thing that needs to be done, will make everything hunky dory and to concern yourself about anything else makes you a delusional idiot. At first glance, considering the shape the world is in, it sounds a little over-simplified. And I’m not sure completely sure tariffs are the answer. Don’t flip out, hear me out first. First off I do think the FED is a huge problem. I’m not anti-semitic. I don’t hear the word federal reserve and think zionist plot. Are there jewish people in the business community? Sure. Tonnes of christains, communists, and muslims too. I think the control of the money supply by a centralized bank will benefit the people who control it and their friends. What is so ludicrious about that??? I fail to see how it’s not common sense.
NAFTA is horrible and just another way for the companies not to pay their fair share. Just the same as subsidies (which are paid for by inflation or tax dollars). Do I think true free trade would work??? To be completely honest I don’t know enough about the debate. This is just my thinking. If a company makes a superb product (take it such as a honda/hyundai car), why shouldn’t someone anywhere in North America be able to buy one at a reasonable price? If the company is making a better car then say Ford or Chev, will save a low american income family money on gas and maintence isn’t that a good thing? Doesn’t that put the onus on Ford and Chev to make a better car? In the future won’t Ford and chev follow that trend and maybe surpass Hyundai at making a car people want? And doesn’t that competition keep prices down and benfits the consumer? I mean really, with rising oil prices for so long, how long did they think americans were going to buy gas guzzlers??? It was just painful to watch. My grandfather had nine kids and use to own a body shop. 5 of them boys. You wouldn’t believe all the beautiful cars that use to be around the family. Ford fairlanes, mercuries, chargers, novas, trans ams… And the trucks. My dad had a 1976 chev. I think it could pull a tank. And when vehicles were made with steel. Not the alumuni, tin foil pieces of crap on the road today. In my family you were either a chevy man or a ford man. Always felt on a quiet night you could hear a ford rust. You know which side I was on. So those companies aren’t just companies to me. I have fond memories. But I felt they must have sold out to the oil companies. Couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t give people affordable cars when the econmy has been steadily slipping for so long.
Lou Dobbs is of the opinion that Americans should only buy american products. But if people do this don’t companies lose the incentive to be efficient because they have a monopoly on the industry at least in their locale? I’m from Canada. I don’t know if you have ever heard of the Toronto Maple Leafs. They are the most popular hockey team in Canada and the fans are rabidly loyal. The team makes a fortune annually. Yet they have been one of the most unsuccessful NHL teams for the past 30-40 years. They are to canadians what the Boston Red Sox use to be to americans when they were still affected by “THE CURSE”. Durning the 80′s to mid 90′s they were owned by an owner who continually put the cheapest team on the ice because no matter how bad they sucked fans showed up and bought the merchandise. The next ownership group really hasn’t been any better. I feel that’s what all companies selling products would do if the consumer just blindly accepted buying products out of loyalty instead of bang for the buck.
And people who jump all over Ron Paul for simply being a libertarian because he will spread free trade all over the world and doom us to servitude are looking at their diasgreements with libertarian philosophy and not Ron Paul the man. He has come out and said tariffs are a much better way to finance a country then taxing the people. He would likely try to phase them out if the economy was robust feeling there might be an even better way but that’s way done the line. So far down the line. It’s like saying populating Mars is necessary because we are using up too many resources. I think we need to find a way to get there economically and know a little about terra forming before we start putting people on spaceships. And we have never had true free tade globally. If it was implemented and truly not working Ron Paul is not the kind of person to bury his head in the sand and not revise his opinion. He stated that he did use to believe that the main reason people wanted to come here and kill us was because of religious fundalmentalism. He started to study the problems of blowback and changed his position. He truly wants what’s best for the people and is capable of change. I think people who critize him could step back a little and examine the man. One thing that can’t be said was that he got into politics to be president. He has tried his very best for the people of the United States out of a sense of duty. He is also a very educated man. When people judge him, it should not just be on his philosophy. The man’s character and intellect should be examined as well.
I think everybody who comes here daily know there are a few strong protectionists on this site. If those people want their concerns to be taken seriously, they can’t just call libertarians nutjobs all the time or say that their concerns about monetary policy, fractional reserve banking and/or preventive war are stupid. They are serious problems. I definitely think NAFTA is a write off for companies and if you think higher tariffs are the way to go I would actually enjoy hearing why this will invigorate the econmy to the extent you think it will. It’s on my list of things to change. First would be preventive war, then the federal reserve, then fractional reserve banking, then the tax system and then free trade and subsidies. If it’s number 5 on my list of things to change in the entire world that’s pretty high. I’m trying to tell you I take the issue seriously. Would hope you could do the same about issues that concern me and others.

Talk about the USA CONSTITUTION! You cannot only use it when it is convenient, then ignore it if you don’t like the issue! The California judge that just overturned Prop 8 BECAUSE IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, not “just one man’s opinion”. We are lucky enough to have a great Constitution, that is the JOB of a judge; to decide whatever dumb people do is, or is not Constitutional. Now people are saying that we should not allow Mosques to be built! Are they nuts? We exist, as Americans, not as Christians

Well i’m seeing a lot of very good posts here where people are correctly making the connection between wars and banks, and many post on other blogs correctly attributing most other problems to these F’ing parasites as well.
Here’s an excerpt from one of my recent posts, which im sure will make things apparent to anyone who hasn’t already figured this out, except Fred of course, and then Forrest whom the banks are paying to come on here and post his drivel in the hopes of trying to scare 350,000 very angry people out of destroying them. It aint working either, we real Mericans as he calls us don’t scare easy LOLOL
_________________________
Banks have had 1000 years of experience in order to figure out how to accomplish this as well, and have their tactics down to a science. They have spent 1000 years instigating wars between the worlds major powers, and for centuries had England, France and Spain at each others throats, with the wars creating the need to incur debt for all sides, and with the same banking families financing all sides in order to gain power and control over the largest economies in the world and hence over those of the colonies they established as well. Having already accumulated a good portion of the hard currencies in use at the time through interest, they were able to use that in order to gain control of the rest of it through these means as well, so so much for the Austrian Economists who view simply switching over to these as the solution to every problem. In the case of the American Revolution, the same damn banking families who were financing Britain’s war against the colonies were also sending people here to pretend to support and offer to finance our revolution as well, and as such bribing their way into gaining power and control over the new economy which would be established in case America should win. People should have known better than to accept this, as they had just experienced the wonderful prosperity which had been created for them by Franklin and his public currency system, and also experienced the poverty and destruction which was created for them when this currency was outlawed and replaced with hard currency controlled by the British banks, which had been the primary cause of the Revolution in the first place, but since those involved thought they owed their success in part to the financing provided by these individuals, trusting them based on their actions, instead of realizing their intent, were content to also allow them involvement in the new economy which was created instead of simply throwing them out and reverting back to the system which they knew had already worked for everyone’s benefit, again trusting them to manage the system for their benefit which they have instead managed toward our destruction as they always do. America has since fought two world wars in the defense of the interests of the worlds banking system, and every single American life which has been lost in these wars, along with every single live which has been lost in most other wars for the past 1000 years, which number into the tens of millions, has been lost simply and only because of banks and their corruption and manipulation of governments and political systems in order to create them as a means to further power for themselves. In addition to this, short of that caused by natural disasters the portion of which is infinitesimal, every single ounce of all human suffering and misery which has taken place for humanity over the past 1,000 years has also been simply and only due to this corruption and manipulation by banks as well, which is the source of my intense hatred of them, and should the the motivation of each and every person in this world, who is not a banker to bring about their destruction as well.

Anyway, this sh*t has gone on long enough and these miserable bastards need to be destroyed before they do any more damage than they already have. If this is going to happen, it will be a result of each and every one of us doing what we can as individuals to make it happen, so all of you get on the sound money blog and help is bring this about. People are pissed, they are looking for solutions and the solutions are there, we need all of you to help us get them into circulation so they will have something to work toward.

Oops i forgot a set of zeroes, that should be 350,000,000 very angry people. Only two kinds of people in America today, Bankers, and all the rest that hate them for what they have done to America.
As i said, lets use that hatred to destroy the evil which created it, everyone. !

David,
Bankers are just your garden variety greedy humans.
The real problem is our CORRUPT politicians are are using the Fractional Reserve FED banking system to counterfeit money to pay off their crony supporters.
Once a any Government creates a Central Bank, the peoples wealth is systematically and stolen by currency dilution, INFLATION.
The American USD is not far from complete collapse once the velocity builds on all those Trillions flushed into the FEDs cyber system.
Its such an easy evil!

Yeah i have to agree on the bankers, but add to that an insatiable lust for power which makes them evil as well.
I also agree that the problem is corrupt politicians, but then its also the bankers who corrupt them and have established enough power over our political system in order to ensure that we will only have a chance to vote for those whom they have corrupted. The very fact that the Federal Reserve even exists is a result of bankers corrupting politicians to create it.
Again, were back to having to kill the problem at its source, taking responsibility for managing the currency and economy ourselves for our own benefit to eliminate such further corruption, and if we don’t do this then we may as well just give up, let them finish what they’ve started and become like every other miserable place in the world where the final evolution of Banking has already been established. If we tolerate any form of banking, its only a matter of time before central banking is once again established and were right back where we started. Banking is corruption, as is any practice which can figure out how to rape the population for 5/6ths of their useful effort while producing absolutely nothing of tangible value. I don’t see how anyone can understand it to be anything but corruption, theft, fraud and a criminal practice, with some very dire consequences as history and the current state of our country and the world as a whole so clearly indicate. I don’t understand why anyone would object to simply keeping for ourselves what they take from us.

Besides the HOLY CHRIST TL;DR (ever hear of paragraphs?), you didn’t cite or justify anything you just said. I could replace the word “banks” with “Illuminati” and achieve the same result.

Well Matt, what i posted seems to be common knowledge to pretty much everyone but you, and if i had the time to write a textbook on all of world history for the past thousand years, and if there was actually room to post it on this blog, then you would have it but i’ll leave it to you to find this for yourself or simply reason it out through cause and effect as many already have. The simple concrete and undeniable proof as it affects each and every one of us today is in your own checkbook, as in most other peoples as well, so here it is.
I have a nephew who works as a police officer in a city close to me here, and his situation would be typical of the vast majority of people living and working in most American cities. His gross salary is around $ 40,000 a year which would equate to about $ 3,300.00 a month. Out of that, over $ 2,000 goes to the bank every month in mortgage / interest payments on his house so that he can maintain a place to live and will for the next 30 years. Of the $1,300 that’s left, assuming a 20 % income tax level, another $ 600.00 goes to the government so they can pay the banks for creating the currency they need to function which they should have created for us and themselves, leaving him with $ 700.00. Of that $ 700.00 another $ 49.00 goes up in sales taxes to fund the state government who also loan the money for their operations from banks. Of the $ 651.00 that’s left at least $ 100.00 a month goes up in property taxes which he has to pay in order to keep his place to live, which goes to the county and city government which again loan the money for their operations from banks. This finally leaves him with only $ 551.00 to spend and inject back onto circulation in order to generate useful production which can benefit himself and the rest of us.
Total Monthly earnings:
$ 3,300.00
Total consumed by banks and because of banks in order to buy power and ownership over America and its population for themselves:
$ 2,749.00
Total being spent into the economy to generate useful production for the benefit of the American population:
$ 551.00
This is what we got, and that is what the banks got. Is there one single F’ing idiot anywhere can still believe and can try to explain how such a system can be sustainable, or possibly benefit the people it is intended to serve ?
What would the standard of living for each and every person in America be today if we didn’t have banks and the governments they establish, who neither build anything, fix anything nor feed anyone, consuming 5/6ths. of our capacity to pay for and generate useful production for our own benefit ?
6 times what it is today.
Whom does the current American economy and political establishment exist to serve ?
Now you tell me if we have a problem or not Matt, and what do you think we should do about it ?

Sounds like, on a $40,000 a year salary, he bought too much home. He should have saved up money and paid cash instead. Or maybe he should rent.
Additionally, the mortgage interest and property taxes are normally deductible, so you have to take that into consideration as well…
But hey, why not just blame banks for our problems – I guess that is how people roll these days. Personal accountability would be nice.

Actually my poor, dear, pitiful, ignorant Fred they have, and for much longer actually, some forms of it can be traced back to 5,000 BC, and was in practice in ancient Greece and being practiced by individuals during the roman empire as well. Was being developed in Europe during the crusades, circa 1000 years ago, was appearing in its modern form in the 1300′s becoming ever more destructive ever since.
______________________
During a visit to Britain in 1763, The Bank of England asked Benjamin Franklin how he would account for the newfound prosperity in the colonies. Franklin replied.
“That is simple. In the colonies we issue our own money. It is called ‘Colonial Script’. We issue it in proper proportion to the demands of trade and industry to make the products pass easily from the producers to the consumers…In this manner, creating for ourselves our own paper money, we control its purchasing power, and we have no interest to pay to no one.”
In response, the Bank of England influenced the British Parliament to put a stop to this activity. Under the Currency Act of 1764, King George III decreed that the Colonists cease printing their own money. The colonial script in circulation was to be exchanged at a two-to-one ratio with notes drawn from the Bank of England. This caused widespread unemployment and economic depression in the colonies.
“In one year, the conditions were so reversed that the era of prosperity ended, and a depression set in, to such an extent that the streets of the Colonies were filled with unemployed.” (Benjamin Franklin)
______________________
Who owned King George and the British parliament was able to tell them to outlaw Franklin’s script ? The Bank of England. Why did they do it ?. Pure and simple envy, as they simply couldn’t stand to see these people so happy and successful despite the fact that this prosperity was to England’s benefit as well, which is indeed the simple basic evil motivation behind any desire for power, and behind any form of banking as well.
Who owns America today and who simply can’t stand to see the American people happy and successful and is currently collapsing their economy, instituting wars to create debt in order to consume the last of what they have in addition to the domestic theft and fraud they engage in and working very hard on establishing their ultimate socialist police state to ensure that no one can ever be happy or successful again ? The same F’ing A**holes.
Good thing is that the system is still entirely contingent on Americans being stupid enough to pay, as they haven’t established the power to force them to do so yet, and they ain’t going to be that dumb for too much longer, their all figuring it out at once it seems, and i expect that they are going to make me very proud of them as they have several times before.

When I listen to this I think of the time Dr. Paul said,” The two weakest arguments you can make on the house floor are a moral argument or a constitutional argument.” Even people who support this war mongering are starting to realize foreign policy must change because there is no money left to support it. But as always Dr. Paul points out the most salient point that usually just gets glazed over. Don’t forget that wars are immoral. It’s so important not to let that point slip out of the debate. Thanks again Dr. Paul.

Ron Paul does a damn good job of presenting his message properly. You will notice they almost never allow him on regular Foxnews now (only Fox Business regularly lets him on). Beck, O’Reilly and Hannity very rarely let him on.
If he spoke a bit more clearly and was young and handsome they would probably kill him. I like things the way they are. And what we don’t see are the tens of thousands of young people who hero worship him and they will enter the government.
