Are you referring to Keith Olbermann? Gee, I do believe you need to tune in more often. Countdown is one of the smartest shows on TV – - – Ron Paul has even said he likes the Keith ! !

You are right. Countdown is the smartest show on TV. I especially love when Keith gets into heated debates with all the conservatives he has on the show. Those are priceless.
Look up “keith oldermann debate” and youtube and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

I didn’t even read the article, but I think this is pretty clear cut. Who cares whether or not this Mosque is built there. What happened on 9/11 was horrifying, but wether or not this Mosque is built does not change what happened. For those of you who don’t want it built just spend your time worrying about the New World Order (a major threat to humanity and liberty), and you will soon realize that the Mosque being built hasn’t affected your life. Yes I admit its a BS statement having it built, but whatever, see if I let it hinder my life. Ron Paul is the best politician we have, so I’ll grant him his right to his personal opinion on this matter, whatever it may be, and I will continue to support his passion for the Constitution and liberty to the day I die.

I wish that some of your loved ones would be killed by “extremists in a motorcycle club, and then the motorcycle club opens a new clubhouse at the location where your loved ones were killed.
If that happens, you have my promise to remind you that all motorcycle club members aren’t murderers, and have the right to open a clubhouse anywhere they choose.
I’ll also show up at your loved ones funerals to advocate tolerance and to remind you that there are moderate bikers and there are radical bikers, and bikers have sensitive feelings that should be sheltered from unwarranted ill will and bikerphobia.

Dr. Paul,
I am curious if you’ve ever read any of the books about first hand cruelty by radical Islamist, or had experienced it yourself? Have you read “Because They Hate” by Brigitte Gabriel? Do you believe she is an Islamopobe or is her first hand account fact/true? What’s your though on Shariah Muslim Law? Should anyone (any cause) be able to rally aroound “freedom or religion” and/or “private property” in the new America where everything is politicized?
I respect your opinion immensely, but I was curious what your response is to the above.
Thanks.

Man, Ron Paul is awesome. I cannot believe he is a republican. He is so honorable. He loves this nation and wants to defend it against the neo cons, fox news and many repbulicans that want to divide our nation

I could see myself voting for Ron Paul simply to remind right-wingers what conservatism actually means. I don’t agree with Ron Paul about many issues, but his positions are at least rationally consistent and morally justified. I don’t mind conservatives arguing for different beliefs and values. What I do mind is bigoted hatred, paranoid fear-mongering, and ignorant anti-intellectualism. What liberalism needs in America is a worthy opponent. The crazed right-wingers, however, aren’t worthy.

Apparently Keith now loves slaughtering muslims. He never mentions anything bad about the war, now that a democrat is in the white house. How typical.

Dr. Paul (Ron), a man who’s walking alone calmly though turbulent storms with the constitution (principle; axiom) on his right hand. I salute you, Dr. Paul.

Paul’s rationale about Muslim antagonism is because we are militarily occupying their countries. His conclusion is that if we vacate, all will be well. In a sense, all may be less hostile in the short term, and the cost will be less, short term. Long term is these religio-fascists are breeding here. Boo on the demagogue commentators.

haha… again Ron Paul is alone. well it’s not so new in this corrupt politician; atleast we know by now that whenever Ron Paul is alone at something, he’s the only one defending our Constitution.

The first guest does not address any of the obvious objections against the mosque near ground zero. Instead she moves into some abstract gibberish.
Does anyone really believe that the mosque serves the purpose of ‘building a bridge’ btw Islam and the Americans? Anyone can see that it has exactly the opposite effect, so there must be another reason. Shady funding and suspect connections reinforce that suspicion. I am not saying that they don’t have the RIGHT, they do, but that’s not the point

This is ridiculous. America was founded as a nation to be free of religious persecution. Also, I just don’t understand why people think Islam is inherently bad. It was our policies in the middle east that caused 9/11…blow back. Like Paul has said many a time before. Just shows how stupid and uneducated most Americans are. I’m not religious but I pray to god Paul wins if he runs for president.

Got to love msnbc.
Even when a lot of the people protesting are on the left as well as the right, they frame it like it’s only the right that might say something hateful. Hell, it even sounds like they’re trying to frame it like it’s the teaparty that’s hateful and that simply isn’t the case.
Only thing I hate here is the MSM!

Uhm at 02:09 the printed quotes say “If it became known that 9/11 resulted in part from a desire to retaliate against what many Muslims saw as American aggression (blow-back)…” But the newscaster SAYS his own commentary making it appear as though Dr. Paul is saying it! WTHeck is going on here?
‘guest speaker’ CHOOSES the players on the field? ie a good girl is one that opposes a feminist! SHeesh then to say the feminist goes against the STATE! Yeah the commie went against the state all right!
