Ron Paul is the only elected official in the federal government with whom I am familiar who routinely seems to be speaking the truth. There is a difference between truth and propaganda. The truth is not just what you say it is, although there may be legitimate disagreements, of course. But Ron Paul is the only player who seems to speak openly and honestly. I don't think he is just a corporate shill who has me fooled.

The campaign for liberty isn't an overnight process! It is gradual and we have to do it through education! SPREAD THE WORD

    END THE FED!!!

Al Sadr, who RP claims is the most popular politician over there, ran the Mahdi Militia which spearheaded the sectarian violence in Iraq. Does anyone remember when things heated up in Iraq in '04-'06? Yeah, that was Al Sadr's doing, his militia killed 300 American troops in "Sadr City", which is why we paid him off.

Even in her capitulation speech Hillary Clinton said it. "the World loves US when We LEAD BY EXAMPLE" - -and she's a democrat !
    And the question remains :
    We learn from our mistakes.
We have proven we are excellent at making mistakes.
What's wrong with the learning part?

when will "conservatives" lose their blood lust, and support the true freedom movement? We need a small decentralized government that respects its citizens and doesn't seek to dominate the world militarily. End the welfare/warfare state!

This whole China and Vietnam argument is somewhat phony.

South Korea is doing a lot better than Vietnam I would say. Right?

How come there's only one (1) person in ALL of Congress (or the Senate) that understands and keeps central the US Constitution? One? I feel set up.

The US would have to fire-sale every asset that it has in Africa, the middle east and central Asia, and repatriate millions of US citizens. But since it is foreign assets that the US is living off, Americans would also have to relinquish a 40-hour working week, state/federal pensions, a minimum wage, and anything else that they now enjoy because of government intervention. Conquering Afghanistan is hardly impossible, given that the US and its allies, defeated the Nazis and the Japanese.

LOL you must have gotten an arctic brain freeze if you think Canadians are any different than Americans when it comes to pretty much ANY of the issues facing either country.

In my experience evidence and information mean little to many individuals. Their emotions drive them, not their reason.

Ron Paul knows it takes more than military invasions to win the hearts/minds of free peoples. Set by example and work together for mutual strength liberty respect and success. THIS MAN OF AMERICAN PRINCIPLE SHOULD BE PRESIDENT NOT LIAR OBAMA who pretends his Obama/Bush 'war on terror' is over in the middle east. Not lies of 'national defense': UNRESTRAINED COSTLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL ever expanding military adventurism!

These radicals don't hate us because we are free and prosperous, they hate us because we taking sides in petty foreign affairs! Anybody who cares about world stability/peace can see Paul cares deeply for doing what is right. Paul would truly work with nations around the world, not liar Obama who says he would end the war than pretends like this Obama/Bush 'war on terror' is over in the middle east. RON PAUL should be president, NOT LIAR OBAMA!

I thank God for Ron Paul but I feel that I'm in a nightmare that he's the only one in Congress with any integrity and constitutional principles. How could it be that he's essentially the only righteous person in an institution filled with corrupt demons?

Of all of Ron Paul's interviews, this has to be one of my favorites. He's clear and concise, and for once the interviewer is respectful and not asking him stupid questions or patronizing him.

we're not out, were still there with tons of private contractors and some of our military is still there giving "advise" to Iraqis. Something tells me there's going to be more deaths when most of the troops leave.
