Ron Paul is a proud Air Force veteran. He served as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 to 1965 and then in the U.S. Air National Guard from 1965 to 1968. During his military service Ron Paul spent time on the ground in Iran, Pakistan, South Korea, Turkey, Ethiopia and other countries.
Ron Paul is very popular with the military. He receives more donations from active duty military personnel than all other Republican candidates combined.
Ron and Carol: Married for 56 Years
Ron Paul has been married to his wife Carol Wells since 1957. They have five children: Ronald, Lori, Rand, Robert, and Joy. Paul's son Rand is the junior senator from the state of Kentucky.

And what makes us believe it is true? We can’t know for sure because we are not RP’s posse.. but i do appreciate your suggestions.. i am trying to keep my skepticism because of the unknowns. backroom deals and such do not make it on paper.
you seem to be very down to earth, I wouldn’t give the myth that ‘science has sold out’ too much credit, but i realize too that it is a possibility.

2ndAsst: Noble speech, but try going back and listening to Dr. Paul’s words again. He acknowledges that the bill in its current iteration is not right – it’s just that he’s been forced into voting yay/nay on a piece of legislation that has a lot of collateral damage attached. Paul’s principles have not been lost. He’s just been put in a position where he feels he must vote to keep the collateral damage to a minimum – he doesn’t have the option of cutting the bad legislation out of the bill.

ron paul’s lauded because he’s a DC goon denouncing DC goonery. period. when he has an original thought and doesn’t kill his supposed principle by daily contradicting it with action (plunder eater), send up a flare.

I hope Ron Paul is voted POTUS. Already not long after a larger portion of republicans that made more seats it is the same thing as the democrats. They are the same. They just centralized their power. Mr. Paul is not corrupt and has been in service for years.

… or Council on Foreign Relations, or Trilateral Commission (they are quite corrupt and powerful if you do some digging) He was not involved in any groups. More importantly he was saying things that 1. were consistent with his votes. 2 were exposing the KEY roots of corruption as I understood them. he talked about the plans to use crises (war, terrorism, disease, food supply problems) as leverage for creating a police state. this is now occurring. eg: u dont bash the mafia if they own you

you have got to do more than be skeptical if you want to understand the game of corruption. The corrupt are so hard to discern from the genuine because they want it to be so. (if you so choose or even care to research) I found Paul indirectly (long before he became well known) through journalists work who i came to trust over time from much crosschecking of their work. I checked to see if he was bought off for anything in the past or belonged to any globalist organizations like Bilderburg….

It’s interesting that this subcommittee was formerly part of the Subcommittee on Domestic and International Monetary Policy, Trade, and Technology until the 111th Congress (the present one), when a separate Subcommittee on International Monetary Policy and Trade was created.
Are the promoting RP out of the way? If so, why would Republican John Boehner try to stop this?

As much as I wonder what would have happened if Ron Paul were to have been elected to be our current President, I’m very grateful to hear that he will assume this new responsibility. It is a great one, and I can think of no other that I’d like too see assume it.
