It’s not what you believe. It’s why you believe. Who do you care about? That’s the real question.

The Fed has no right to exist; it’s anti-Constitutional. Ralph still thinks it might be a good idea if “overseen” by the Congress?! Give me a break.

“It’s public funding and private delivery”

That sounds like a corporatist’s dream to me, Ralph.

This is a coalition that has to happen. I remember the press conference that Ron Paul held with all the 3rd party candidates in 08 and thought it was a step in the right direction. However, the problem was after it was over, the message was to vote for one of the four candidates which further dissipated the already small independent vote. An independent run with a Paul/Nader (or something like it) could actually get somewhere. We have way more similarities than differences.

I always imagine how great America would be if instead of Democrats and Republicans we had Green Party and Libertarians running the show. Though they would disagree on many issues, they both seem sincere in their beliefs, and are not aligned with corporate interests.

It’s about time, there is a real opportunity for Ron to pick the right progressive (not necessarily Nader) as his running mate, enabling him to win the presidency, and make the changes this country truly needs.

As it is now, we are slaves to corporate lobbyists.

This has been like my dream come true to see both of these men together. They’re two of the only few I can respect in the goverment. If they both ran together for Presidency, this country would see a new era of greatness.

These two are both great because they both speak their mind. The kind of people who we end up with are very careful about what they say. Even though they may have some opposing viewpoints, both these men see the obvious problems because in all truth, the real problems are obvious. Most politicians wont ever approach these problems. It’s easier to argue social issues which really aren’t any of their business.

Absolutely love this. Voted for Nader in ’08, and have been planning to vote for Paul in ’12. If they aren’t both on the final ballot, I will be convinced that the system is rigged.

Once the left wakes up and joins the freedom movement, personal freedom will once again prevail in the US. We will smash the corporate fascists and criminal bankers completely.

You know I don’t always agree with these guys, but they display something that a majority of politicians lack…common sense. I hope more and more people learn from them.

Forget what they disagree on. There is enough of that crap in DC. Lets start doing things we can agree on that help the nation get back on track. Starting with that list Nader said and Ron Paul agrees with in the intro! Woohoo! ; )

Ron Paul’s concept of health coverage is absurd. If you’re sick you can’t shop around, you’re going to the closest hospital you can. Every human should be entitled to see a doctor regularly and not have their financial situation effect that ability. Besides, our current system already covers everyone, it’s just in an “emergency only” situation (as no one can be denied at the E.R.) This only adds to overall medical costs as hospitals absorb many of these visits.

I dunno about a presidential ticket here but we’re the only ones capable of reaching out and making this coalition happen. We have to try hard not to reject liberals out of hand. We’re gonna have to forgive a lot of vitriol coming back at us. Work towards the commonalities.

If the Fed is doing such a great job spending money without Congressional oversight, what the hell do we need Congress for… it seems to me that a Congress without testicular fortitude is a waste of their outrageous federal salaries and pensions.
