If we set all of the “no victim” offenders (like all those locked up for drug possession, prostitution etc.) free then we would have more then enough revenue to keep the real criminals locked up.

10% for constitutionally based services (basic services, countries defense, police, etc..) would be sufficient, especially if they contribute to their own retirements. I would use the extra money saved to expand my business and hire more people.

The churches will take over. Also, RP has stated repeatedly that social security is at the bottom of the list he wants to scrap. Moreover, RP’s policies would be the only ones making sure those SS payments can still be made.

and to beat it all if he takes away ssi and ssdi. how are the handicap going to live? his supporters are not thinking they mite need it down the line. men and women will be begging for food on the side of the road. he comes off with save your own monney. but things come up where you cant. then what . this looks bad. i think if they stop sending money all over keep it here in usa they sould take it and help the programs. in sted of giveing it away

Huh? So if you make minimum wage and work full time that means you make $14,016 a year, so that would mean $1400 in taxes at a flat tax? Then is he saying he would do away with food stamps and Medicaid? So people who make min wage would have less than $5,000 to live off of for the year? That to me makes no sense at all. Health Ins. alone is $200-$300 a mth. If you get rid of Medicaid, Medicare people will just go to the hospital with no insurance, then who picks up the bill?

Formerly called tithing, 10% was the amount people donated to charity and religious organizations.
Best solution for medical care is to let anyone practice medicine without a license. It’s economic fascism to demand someone get a license to offer a service.

Well honestly, the water and air are polluted and semi-toxic so I don’t know why you mention that. Second, he specificly says that this is only for things like national healthcare. You’re still paying the government, which would go towards roads and such

I like how the high school students asks if the govt won’t give me a loan how will I go to college?
