Ron Paul=true conservative….I look at it this way, I have 3 sons who I love dearly. The question is would I sacrifice any of them for the cause in Libya or Iraq? The answer is no, why would I and why would I ask anyone else who loves their children as much as I do to do something that I would not do. I hope he is running I am voting for Ron Paul, he and his son make a lot of sense and hopefully America will wake up to that fact.

(continued) To do nothing, while everyone else is getting involved would undermine our progress in Middle East. To do nothing, shows beyond the shadow of a doubt that we dont give a damn about the people in that area, we only care about the big oil areas. I seriously DO NOT like it, but doing nothing will make things even more difficult with Iraq and Afghanistan. We cant afford any set backs in those countries because we need to get the hell out of there, people are fuking crazy there.

For the record, I want Ron Paul to run in 2012 so I can vote for him. But, I do disagree with him on Libya. Should Obama get approval from Congress first, OF COURSE, I am dissapointed with Obama on this. But, should we do nothing? In this situation, it is in our best interest to get at least a little involved i.e. no-fly zone, NOTHING more. I say this, because not just UN advocating action, but ARABIC COUNTRIES, have requested help. Not helping fuels fire that Iraq was ONLY about Oil not the ppl

I like ron paul..but I guarantee he will become corrupted. You have to strike deals in a democracy, that’s the whole point. Obama is doing this, but people think he’s inept for it. It’s not easy being the President, you aren’t assigned a mop and told to clean a toilet there. Ron Paul would not say this if he was in power.

I am sorry but you perfectly know that it is not a good option to let them settle this uprising by themselves – I would even say unethicel to do so – since we perfectly know that Kadafi has the power to repress what ever he wants. And I think USA has had enough profit from other countries to at least give a hand to evoid a genocides – and we know that is what it is about. I have lived in a third world country which gave me a good idea of those kind of situation.Sorry for my english.

Since when is there genocide in Libya?
This video isn’t even about whether or not we should have gone to war with Libya, it’s about the fact that it is unconstitutional the way we went to war. The alternative is to let them settle it themselves. All we are doing is digging ourselves into deeper debt to kill other people, while homeless people here in America are starving to death. Why not work on improving our own infrastructure?

2000 civilians killed by drone attacks in Pakistan. Why don’t more people care about things like these? Why does Obama care about injustices in Lybia but not Burma or other places? Oil oil oil. Just like Bush.

You are right. But at the same time should we just watchf Lybia and doing nothing, like we did for other genocides? Which other alternative do we have (since waiting half a century for the human race to become better cannot be a option)?

Why get into people’s affair. Just remember , THAT IS THEIR PROBLEM, let them deal with it. US went through its own civil war, slavery, mistreating native Indian and other injustice, it doesn’t mean the Russian and the Chinese should butt in and solve our issue by shooting all of us to solve our problems. We take care of problems; let them take care of their problem – very simple.

As far as who’s better human being, check the history
How many Iraqis Sadam Husain was killing compare to what we’ve killed since 2003?
How much killing have committed compare to those pathetic talibans since 2001 in Afghanistan? How much drugs are being grown and processed in Afghnistan comparing to talibans era?
Ask yourself some tough question then just listening to ABC, CBS, MSBC and FOX.
Search and research for your own, the Internet is just a few keystrokes or probably a couple click away depending on how you configure/setup your computer.

Its not the oil, Obummer is supporting the war profiteers, the biggest of them being the banks, who loan our government money (which is insanity in itself).

Western banks survive by usury, the middle east is against usury, “If you can’t convert them, kill them” is the western banks attitude/agenda.

One world united under one (private) financial system- it can’t happen as long as there’s Muslims against usury.

The financial terrorists (private banks) must be eliminated, or else world slavery.

All focus from now on should be to re-elect Obama in 2012. Gaddafi is collateral to that and must be gone. Libya has to be a foreign policy success.

    The Options are simple.
    1. Leave Libya Alone
    2. If the people of Libya wants our Help then they have to agree to our terms and conditions which are:
    A) They have to PAY US for the entire cost of the War, Plus extra for giving them their country back
    B) Once they have control, the country must form a DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT
    C) No Nuclear Program what so ever
    D) No associations with terrorists or any other group hostile to the U.S.

The general public have no idea any of this is going on. The majority of the people only know what the main stream media tells them. There’s a whole generation that don’t even read/watch the news. There are so many people that are blind to the truth and just assume the government has it covered. How do we wake them up if they refuse to listen? They love their entertainment so much they could care less whats going on in the real world. I’m afraid there may not be enough of us to fight it.

      This is from CNN

      http://caffertyfile.blogs.cnn.com/2011/04/12/should-basic-citizenship-test-be-part-of-voter-registration/

“Newsweek gave 1,000 Americans the U.S. citizenship test to see if they could pass it if they had to. 38% failed. Questions like why we fought the Cold War stumped 73%. Defining the Bill of Rights tripped up 44%. 29% couldn’t name our current vice president. And 6% weren’t sure when we celebrate Independence Day”

If 73% American doesn’t know about cold war, what do you think how many of us know about the Lybia war?

The office of the presidency has obtained way to much power; however, the one power that should remain with the president is the power of the military. If he is wrong, he’ll be impeached. FYI: he won’t be impeached. What does this tell you? Our democracy tolerates overwhelming military force to protect ourselves, our interests, and our allies….as it should. Liberty’s mean nothing if you are dead.

I am an African American and I remembered clearly when some African Americans and whites were surprised I did not vote for Obama.. Just because I am black… lol.. just a side note.. fuck this shill

The War Powers Act of 1973 authorizes the president as Commander in Chief to put US troops in harms way under certain circumstances without authorization from congress. However, congress must authorize the use of force within a period of 60 to 90 days after the president issues the initial order or troops must be immediately withdrawn. The decision to bomb Libya, while probably not a good decision, may not be unconstitutional. It is certainly not an impeachable action.
