Listening to Ron Paul during the 2011 debates, you could hardly distinguish his points from when he was running in 2008. He’s been very consistent.
Santorum on the other hand was a disgrace, putting words in Ron Paul’s mouth instead of defending his own points. I was surprised at Ron Paul’s restraint.
One thing I will fault Ron Paul on is that when he gets passionate about a topic he sometimes rambles, he should slow down a bit at times.

I have not, in the past, been impressed by Paul’s debates. He says great things but sounds too quiet and unsure to be impressive in the debate process. I was awed by this man in this debate.

I’ll tell you how you get legislation through a divided Congress, you present the issues and solutions directly to the American people and have them exert pressure on their so called “representatives”.

i like the idea of government out of marriage
when i grow up and hopefully find someone (gonna be hard to in society these days…) and want to marry her, i want both of us to work things out ourselves, not have state officials take care of it. love takes hard work and responsibility and the state just interferes with that.
