Ron Paul is a proud Air Force veteran. He served as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 to 1965 and then in the U.S. Air National Guard from 1965 to 1968. During his military service Ron Paul spent time on the ground in Iran, Pakistan, South Korea, Turkey, Ethiopia and other countries.
Ron Paul is very popular with the military. He receives more donations from active duty military personnel than all other Republican candidates combined.
Ron and Carol: Married for 56 Years
Ron Paul has been married to his wife Carol Wells since 1957. They have five children: Ronald, Lori, Rand, Robert, and Joy. Paul's son Rand is the junior senator from the state of Kentucky.

If HArry Browne had been elected President of the usa in 1996 or 2000…(the Libertarian candidate whom I voted for)…those towers would still be standing. He, like Ron Paul today, would have begun a withdrawal of US troops from the Middle East. The impetus for their attack would have disappeared. Their recruiting efforts would have been severely damaged…for without a reason to join a terrorist organization, why would anyone.
It is laughable that “conservatives” like Mark Levin believe we were attacked because of our wealth and our freedoms.
NOw please do not get me or Ron Paul wrong. We are not saying the attacks were justified. The USA can have all the goodness and sincerity of angels seeking peace and harmony between Israel and the MUslim nations. Nevertheless, anyone who intervenes in disputes runs the risk of alienating one side…no matter how well-intentioned. This is what has occurred over the past 60 years. Sticking up for Israel created our enemies.
Libertarians and our policy of non/interventionism declate that the USA should not have any friends or any enemies. We will treat every nation equally. This will bring peace…and prosperity to the USA.

Be sure you register as a Republican. There are about 20 states where you cant vote for Ron Paul in the critical primary if you are a registered Democrat or Independent. So many loopholes by state with this – I know Ron Paul has many party crossover supporters and young voters who may not know this . Let’s not get cheated out of our votes and let’s not allow Ron Paul to be cheated out of the election. You can always change back after he wins if you want. Pass it on!

Ron Paul is EXACTLY CORRECT.
Burying our head(s) in the sand over these bases and what else WE have done to the Arab/Islamic world is NOT helping US/USA.
We need to realize that there are a couple of reasons why we should not have all of these military bases all over the world. We are NOT the world’s police, the people resent it, and on top of that, we CANNOT AFFORD IT.
Aside from the bases, we ALSO have consistently behaved badly toward Palestine and Muslims resent that, too! I resent US, too.
