The California Republican Party’s 2011 Straw Poll was held today between 9:00AM – 5:00PM, where CRP members, associate members, and registered guests were allowed to choose their favorite from among the 11 official Republican presidential candidates.
A full breakdown of the results is copied below. A total of 833 ballots were cast during the 2011 Straw Poll which included a write-in opportunity for the first time.

“Politico said it was not clear how much effort each of the other candidates put into winning the poll.” ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! Why would they not do their best and if they did not then that shows what kind of President they would be. Californians should be really upset. Not all but most coverage belittled the crap out of the California Straw Poll. Congratulations Ron Paul you have worked very hard and deserve the best in this race.

Politico is and always has been biased against Ron Paul. Their “reporting” is shameful and atrocious. Politico’s statement about other candidates not putting in as much effort is laughable–California, love it or hate it, has a lot of electoral votes and clearly the candidates pay attention to it.

I just realized what this reminded me of. This is the bizarro and uplifting version of the Asian Tsunami videos, replete with human Ron Paul supporters overwhelming the political process and changing the course of history for the better. Down with the failed “lesser of two evils” mantra. I’m voting for peace, and the only sincere peace candidate is Ron Paul.

There is a dichotomy among the electorate still. How can you reconcile that a large number of people hate the wealthy and want to tax them more, but at the same time recognize that taxation is theft? I agree with Dr. Paul on raising tariffs without being protectionist and of abolishing the income tax, capital gains tax, dividends tax, and corporate tax.

i was there the day before yesterday when minion was holding anti tea party sign. so i asked him who he is voting for he said obama and the only reason was because he feels that there is rascim against NOBAMA. So i told him him he is a puppet for the coorperations and told him that DR. PAUL was the only true american up there and that what he stands for is peace and individual sovergnty. The i hit him with a obama was in bildeberg and for him to google it. pretty sure i shooked him up

Lol, the LA Times credited Ron Paul’s wins only because his “fans” were there for him. They don’t consider that there’s a rEVOLution going on particularly amongst the youth of the U.S. The media never fails at trying to minimize his victories.
