Ron Paul is a proud Air Force veteran. He served as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 to 1965 and then in the U.S. Air National Guard from 1965 to 1968. During his military service Ron Paul spent time on the ground in Iran, Pakistan, South Korea, Turkey, Ethiopia and other countries.
Ron Paul is very popular with the military. He receives more donations from active duty military personnel than all other Republican candidates combined.
Ron and Carol: Married for 56 Years
Ron Paul has been married to his wife Carol Wells since 1957. They have five children: Ronald, Lori, Rand, Robert, and Joy. Paul's son Rand is the junior senator from the state of Kentucky.

I have to say some things to all of the Ron Paul supporters and conspiracy theorists. If it’s believed that the elections are rigged, and the puppets victory pre-determained, how is Ron Paul going to win. If you believe as I do the elite have all the angles covered, how did Ron Paul make it this far. Ron Paul says (and always has) the right things fed up Americans want to hear. I understand Chris Wallace is doing his job as a reporter, but he keeps throwing out this strawman about “restaurant owners denying blacks service”. That’s not the point about Ron Paul’s disagreement with portions of the Civil Rights Act. What Rep. Paul’s saying is that individuals have the right to do what they wish with their property! Our property starts with our own person, us, then anything else we own. It’s about freedom and choice, even to make dumb decisions. Nothing wrong with that

Has anyone actually thought out a return to the gold standard?
Basically you’d be taking all gold owned by the US government– IF ANY– and dividing it among all the dollars it has in circulation.
So essentially, there would be so little gold/dollar, that the dollar would be worth nothing in comparison to its current market-value.
