i think there is a solution for people that choose the life of drugs, get them off the street, have a place for these people to stay, and feed them there dope, get them off the streets and make a place for them so they won’t kill and rob anymore, there are a lot of closed down hospitals, and other buildings that can be used for that, then if they want to re enter society, they will have to be examined to make sure they will be safe back in society, and get them trained to work in the world
