Very important: again, start telling the American public about the beautifull things that will come about when Ron Paul will be in office instead of only talk negative about the FED, about the other candidates, about the White house etc etc etc.
You are leaving out a complete second promotional pathway that will get many people interested. They don’t only want to hear what is wrong up to now. They want to hear about the beauty that awaits them, the hallmarks that are going to be reached in wealth, prosperity, science etc etc when Ron Paul will be President.
Wake up and give the American citizens back their American dream and you will see how many will flock to your cause and primaries.
Stop approaching the public only from one side. GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT: tales of beauty, wealth and the great accomplishments that will come
GIVE THEM THE POSITIVE PICTURE OF THE FUTURE OF THE USA

Be careful how you judge people that don’t support Ron Paul. Isn’t that what many have done to Ron Paul supporters? We are all different, and are voting for him for different reasons. I also respect people who support a candidate who really understand what they stand for. Someone on this blog made an excellent point and that is if you want people to listen to your point=of=view, you have to talk specifics here to get someone to listen. Many of the comments I see are not constructive. Everyone bases their choice of a candidate for as many reasons as there are people. I read that many women are turned off by the Republican candidates because of contraception. That issue alone can determine how they vote. Someone I know who has been a Republican her entire life is voting for Romney because of his good looks(not aware of it and because of his stance on illegal immigration). She believes that Ron Paul believes in open borders and you can’t convince her otherwise. She simply does not want to listen. That is her pet issue and all she really seems to care about although she talks about the economy. She thinks Ron Paul is a kook. She is not rational. So, again, I’ve come to believe you can reason and explain to some people, but the people that vote based on their emotions, will not listen when you talk about issues. They will tune you out because so many people don’t want to think about what they believe and explain why they believe that way. People are afraid, so they look for someone who will make small changes, but nothing drastic. That’s why people are afraid of Ron Paul. They have bought into the fear factor. Again, so far, no one is talking about election fraud, and until they do, Ron Paul won’t have a chance. The only way he will get elected is if we go to war with Iran before November and it goes poorly. Then people who are sick of these wars will rally behind him in all camps. Sad to say, this is his only chance.

Its pretty obvious that the people who don`t support Dr. Paul are the ignorant average americans. they don`t do their research, they don`t understand their government, they don`t know their history, and they can`t be talked to like adults. This country will plummet.

Remember – we are all on the same team. Romney supporters, Santorum supporters, even Obama supporters… they are not the enemy. They all think they are doing what’s best. We need them. We have to be patient and persuasive. Help people understand the truth. Sarcasm and condescension directed at the people we are trying to teach will only push them further away.

The unfortunate truth is that people still don’t know what we’re talking about. People still don’t know what Ron Paul’s policies are. People still don’t understand economics. People still don’t know that the Fed is stealing from us. People still don’t know that our foreign wars are not in our best interest. People still don’t know enough history to even begin to form an opinion on any of these matters.
So what is the solution? We need to be teaching as if our lives depend upon it (they do).

I would urge you to do another video. This time, do it in the context of understanding that most Americans are scared and confused. Respect that some people may not know of the resources that you do and explain how Dr. Paul’s platforms will enhance their lives. One worry that I have heard is about 2nd amendment rights, does that mean that your neighbor can own a bazooka? Abortions, would we be going back to women in alleys w/coat hangers?..how will we all be better off that is what is needed

Mr. Woods, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that you are not screaming or swearing. However, sarcasm, which can be an effective tool, I don’t believe is conducive in rallying people to Dr. Paul. It appears you believe that all the people who do not like Ron Paul are ignorant or masochistic and although that may very well be the case, I am sure they do not appreciate it being pointed out in that manner. I am a Ron Paul supporter by the way. cont next comment

Ron Pauls major problem politically is his physical unattractiveness relative to the other candidates. His other problems are related to how well he communicates his points. I understand him but he needs to get more assistance in getting his Ideas across. The majority of Americans are not Intellectuals and need to have the Ideas dumbed down to their level preferably with some emotional tie in. He can’t solve all of his problems but he can make himself more attractive to the average American.

There was a guy who was pro Ron Paul back in 2008 and he did a video looking at why people vote. What he found was that people that focused on the other candidates are looking at perceived personality, attractiveness, what they are told by friends. The people that were voting for Ron Paul typically knew some of his policies and had favorites. There were people who said they were voting for other candidates who couldn’t name 1 policy of theirs they favored. Ron Paul the choice of intellectuals.

You left out the best one. “I want to cast my vote without thinking about it at all.”
I’m getting impatient with them, myself. However, politics and economics tend to go over the common man’s head. We’ve got to appeal more to their hearts. Beating them up intellectually doesn’t get us anywhere.

Well, sort of.
I recommend the WSJ’s James Taranto (Best of the Web Today) for the best view in the mindset of the anti-Paul mindset. He is the perfect example of the pragmatic, “seems reasonable” moral conservative cowardice that is essentially allowing the barbarians to storm the gates.

Many of you US like to be talked to like this “you Americans are the awesomest of the awesome. And the only reason everybody anywhere on the world might be unhappy with your government is because of your sheer awesomeness”
This cracks me up everytime LOL
