Hey folks, while we’ve been fighting over abortion and other culture wars issues, we got ripped off to the tune of *trillions of dollars*. Don’t vote on dumb issues — vote on economics and federal debt!

And apparently, in regards to the NDAA, they have full power to take them away.

I agree with that idea about “guinea pigs” for the most part, but regarding civil rights in particular, the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 19th Constitutional amendments all say: “The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”
Congress has the full power to protect civil rights – it’s right there.

By that same logic, the south should have kept slaves because it’s their choice to do so.
You don’t have the moral “choice” to exclude someone else’s rights – that’s social tyranny.

I believe that the Constitution has a provision stating that any powers or laws that are not relegated to the Federal government are to be left to the states.
The states are separate entities. Leaving decisions to individual states lets them act as “guinea pigs” in many situations and usually ends up benefiting the rest of America.

The ONLY Fight right now to be fought is for Tampa (Ron Paul must be seated there)!
Try, all of you, to comprehend this SIGNIFICANCE!
Unless we assure a Ron Paul seating at Tampa — in order to expose nationwide and worldwide, the SCUM that has occupied our government — we’ll have a one-man-puppet-show (Rmoney “debating” himself, and winning)!

Yesterday I went and voted, man, it just felled my heart with glee to finally, for the first time in my life, 52, really truly love the one I voted for with the certainty that everything will be ok if he gets the chance to fix it. And I feel sorry for everyone that isnt a part of this Ron Paul revolution cause there missing out on a most incredable feeling of hope and brotherly love for everyone to come together in peace for the whole world. Its all I pray for, Ron Paul to be President

Ron Paul is a good man, has proven himself by his votes in Congress to be of sound mind and a man of integrity. He is for the people, for the nation, for bringing us back to the Constitution. So much damage has been done. Vote for Ron Paul and give this man a chance to bring us back to sanity.

So this is the 1 issue making you not support Ron Paul? Well, 1 thing u have to realize is we not only have to protect human life after they r born such as ending these wars & etc, but we also have to protect life in the womb. We dont know what it is like in the womb, but by God we r talking about a living human being that u except responsibility for when u have sex, I dont care who the hell u r. U at least have an argument in the case of rape or death of the mother. Also consider adoption.

i never said god approves. i never said abortions are good im just say when there Nervous system has yet to develop it would be a lot less pain full then if the mom just threw them in the dumpster. if the mom doesn’t want the child she isn’t going to keep the child even if it means they use a wire hanger. i agree if you don’t want the kid don’t have sex but we all know how that works so have at least safe sex. but like i said its not your choice it the moms whether you like it or not.

Personal Responsibility is the answer to the question & statements u make. If u dont want to have a child then DONT HAVE SEX, either that or a condom, pill, or just get a vasectomy, etc. ur taking away the Life & Liberty of the child at the choice of the woman, refer back to posted link.
That is a horrible position to hold that abortions r good for making the child to be & then send it to where ever the hell the child goes. So u think God approves of abortion, refer to the Bible. 10 Commandments

don’t care if a women wants an abortion then its her right to choose to have one she will have to deal with the consequences of her choose. its not your to choose for her even if you think its wrong it is still NOT YOUR CHOOSE to make its hers and maybe the fathers depending on what lead to her getting pregnant. plus think of it this way if they didnt want the kid it would have that great of a life so by getting an abortion your sending it back to heaven to be with god. abortion=bad choose=good

That’s like saying “it’s not your choice” if someone wants to blow someone else’s head off….it’s murder. No one can truly make any decisions for anyone else, but we as a society, don’t have to put with it. That is protecting individualism, far more than limiting it.

So you think obama respects womens rights? What is wrong with what Ron Paul says about womens rights? He believes the Libertarian view, the Liberty view that no 1z rights r greater than another, that u dont base judgment based on gender or race, but understand the person for who the individual is. If u r referring to abortion, well thats not a womans right. He wants to protect all life from the womb to ending the wars! What about the life & Liberty of the child, see link

Ron Paul to WIN — Or America to END 2012!
Here is the difference btwn Perfidy Mitt and Honest Ron Paul:
On one hand (more apt: underhanded) — the Mitt (who’s only real support is NOT for him, but AGAINST the BO — the usual voting for “the lesser of two evils” mentality) knows he needs to resort to all frauds and crookedness, to have a chance to win the nomination (in order to lose to the BO). These are the forces of the Dark Side.
On the other hand — there is Light! Ron Paul’s message of what is TRUE is irrefutable. It has ignited the hopes of all good people in our nation (and around the world) that Truth will win out over Lies, Good will trample Evil, Liberty will prevail against Tyranny, Government will bow to the Will of The People (not the other way around as the BO and the Mitt desire), all senseless Wars will be put to an end (we’ll speak softly again, but also carry a big stick), The Law of the Land will be the Original US Constitution (and all the hundreds-of-thousands of OPPRESSIVE Laws, Rules and Regulations passed unconstitutionally will be NEGATED), that the Citizen will be Sovereign AGAIN (and Government will become the Subject), that US Money will have Intrinsic Value AGAIN (not Promissory Notes printed ad hoc by a Private and Corrupted to the CORE Organization: The Feds) thus guaranteeing Prosperity once again…and the list goes on!
Despite the organized effort by the controlled media (here and abroad) and the nefarious means of our crooked politicians and their hired thugs, The People have embraced the Last American Patriot — Dr. Ron Paul — and the liberty flame that burns within us WILL NEVER be extinguished!
Our time is NOW (since we’ll reach the Point of No Return if the BO or the Mitt steal our Nation away from US) — We, the REAL AMERICAN PEOPLE, will fight for this cause that is Just and Honorable! You, the Despots in Power NOW, may spill our blood, but unless you kill us all, We, The Real American People, WILL END your reign of tyranny and corruption!
Ron Paul to WIN — Or America to END 2012!
(there are no other options!)

Many seem not to understand that we, Ron Paul supporters, are not fighting to create a “new” nation, but to restore ours back to what it used to be and what was guaranteed since Day One by our Constitution (free and prosperous Sovereign Individuals, whereby the Government is subjected to Our Will, not the other way around which is now the Case-in-Fact)!

yes you kind of did. you more than likely didn’t mean to and i just read it wrong but usally pipe down is a nice way to say shut it. yeah but the republicans were stupid enough to try to make it harder for women to get birth control and paul might not have been one of them that was trying to make it harder but i didn’t see him stand up for the people that were going to get skrewd over. i respect your opinion and i know nothing i say will change it but i just don’t think he will do a good job.

did i say shut it? c’mon, i don’t think birth control and abortion will ever be dropped especially in a western nation. What Margaret Sanger (birth control) and the Wade vs. Rowe (abortion)(1973) achieved… those things are irreversible. not even the republicans (or democrats) are that stupid to tamper with such stuff again.

so your saying because women have more rights right now then in the past or more than a muslim nation i should shut up? one i don’t think im going to just shut not after what the rebuplicans tried or are trying to do with women’s health care( you know birth control and the like) and so what if where not as bad as a muslim nation it still doesn’t make us great ( its like comparing a pile of junk to a pile of crap and saying at least the junks not as bad as the crap).

that’s his own opinion, even an old school politician like Paul has learned to respect women’s rights over the years. he ain’t Muslim, this ain’t a Muslim nation nor is it driven by Sharia Law. i think women’s rights advocates/activists like you need to pipe down on the issue, women are enjoying more rights/freedoms in this day and age than let’s 50 years ago, or than a Muslim nation will ever allow. Ron Paul 2012!
