If there is an "awakening," why is it that since he's dropped out, that no one is talking about the liberty movement? Regardless of their intent, Ron and Rand effectively gathered up and gave voice to people desiring to protect American liberty and then left a vacuum at an ideal time for the GOP. If that wasn't planned, it should have been. Sadly, this seems to give credence to people's skepticism of Ron Paul throwing the devil's horn hand sign in the past. Be thinkers, not believers.
he has my first vote too
I had a dream Mitt Romney got in trouble for lying to the FCC,and Ron Paul got the nomination.Thers talk today on the news Romney lied about when he got out of BAIN Capital.I smell a miracle brewing.
Ron Paul for supreme emperor
First step overthrow the gov
Second step clone Ron Paul.... Ron Paul for life.
It's always the one with the weaker argument who insults the other party. Or in this case implies as such.
I'm not going to talk to a wall, so I'll say it once more. Rand KNOWS, like anyone who has kept up with the election and history, that Romney won't be able to beat Obama. His endorsement was political, not personal. lol! Voltaire said it best when he said, "common sense is not so common."
You don't attack the establishment from the inside by endorsing the man leading it.
It's not pragmatic when you KNOW Romney can't win. Those who understand our process of election knows this. The message of Liberty has a new audience and a new medium - pitting the mainstream media against itself like a political lupus.
And for the record, Ron and Rand are not clones, they are different people. Ron attacks the establishment from the outside, and Rand from the inside. Different strategy, same principles. What Rand did saved the message, but people like you ruin the movement.
being pragmatic doesn't excuse a sellout. Endorsing a man whom you have nothing in common with policy wise... for political gain. Is not only immoral and unethical, its a slap in the face to the very people he petitioned to gain the office he now enjoys.
Ron Paul stated that to endorse mccain during the 08 election, he would have lost credibility and would have lost trust in the people who support him and the ideas of liberty.
That still holds true when Rand does it.
A homophobic person accuses another of racism. Well, that makes sense.
I'm not trying to excuse anything the good Senator did. I'm merely illustrating that out of 100 Senators, all but maybe three or four have despicable records, you're going to throw one under the bus over one bad vote? There will never be a perfect politician. You Rep. Ron Paul is perfect? No, but he's the best we've got, and his son is not far behind him. Being dogmatic doesn't excuse arrogance.
ROMNEY IS POISON. I LIVE IN MA AND THIS GUY CARED ONLY ABOUT HIS PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRATIONS WHILE HE WAS IN THE STATE SPARCELY WHILE HE WAS GOVERNOR! ROMNEY IS TOO TRANSPARENT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY BUT IT SEEMS YOU MAINSTREAM REPUBLICANS ARE GOING TO BLOW THIS ELECTION BY NOMINATING ROMNEY. GONGRATULATIONS ON OBAMAS SECOND TERM THANKS TO THE MAINSTREAM NEOCON JERKS!
"Crazy Ron Paul supporter" is redundant. I have yet to meet a single Ron Paul supporter who could connect one thought with another.
Look: "RON PAUL IS HTE MAN! SUPPORT FROM BRAZIL!"
lol go waste your vote, and support a racist man you faggot.
FUCK OBAMA! FUCK OBAMA!
RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT!
we will see honey ;O)
That proves my point: you're a brainwashed idiot.
Please. If he votes for a tyrant to assume the role of Speaker of the House, and to represent him, he is supporting a tyrant, and therefore tyranny. He is a gatekeeper, stepping aside at key moments to grease the skids of the political machine.
