  1. The fact that the GOP supports Romney makes me think that they DON’T want to win.

  2. More corrupt tricks from the Establishment, with the blessing and approval of the Mainstream media:

    Ron Paul’s Massachusetts delegates disqualified

    http://www.examiner.com/article/ron-paul-s-massachusetts-delegates-disqualified

” The delegates failed to submit an affidavit swearing, under the penalty of perjury, that they would vote for Mitt Romney on the presidential nomination ballot.”

    a) Where is the mainstream media’s outcry of the unlawful actions?
    b) All such affidavits are unlawful and illegal.
    c) Persons who’m misled deligates to make these affidavids should be prosecuted and send to jail.
    d) No deligate is bound to vote for Romney (Rule 38). Even if you signed such an illegal affidavid, you are not bound to vote for Romney.
    e) The mainstram media is corrupt, by covering-up these illegal actions.
    f) It’s clear the elections are fixed, as Romney was the chosen Republican deligate to win, even before voting started. The people have no say.
    g) There is almost no difference between elections in Zimbabwe and the USA. In Zimbabwe – Robert Mugabe will always be the winner. The US Hollywood media only create the fals illusion of choice, whilst it doesn’t excist.

Rand Paul Votes NO on GMO Labeling

    Excerpts:

“Thought that endorsing Romney was bad enough? In another turn of events that exposes the corporatist leanings of Rand Paul, Senator from Kentucky, he has voted NO on a GMO labeling amendment to the farm bill “to permit States to require that any food, beverage, or other edible product offered for sale have a label on indicating that the food, beverage, or other edible product contains a genetically engineered ingredient.” The following is taken from the United States Senate Website.

  6. The law does not prohibit the detainee from hiring a lawyer. The circumstances don’t require the govt to provide an attorney. The law deals with the unique situation where someone is suspected of participating in an international conspiracy to commit mass murder. Due process does not require bail or a phone call in those circumstances. The govt merely has to provide the detainee with due process. You don’t understand the facts or the law.

  10. “The Constitution does not require govt. to detain you.” Yes it does.

Here is a small portion of text from the 5th amendment: “nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”

I know detainment differs from an actual prison sentence. But, if the president wants to “detain” you (keep you in prison) he does not have to let you go or let you have a trial. That’s like a police officer detaining you indefinitely without trial.

  11. The Constitution does not require govt to give you a trial to detain you. A trial is required if you are prosecuted for a crime. To merely detain you requires govt to provide you with due process. So it is not the NDAA that allows you to be detained without a trial. It is the US Constitution. You don’t understand the 5th Amendment and are confusing the 5th with the 6th. NDAA deals with detainment, not criminal prosecution.

  12. 1. You are wrong. § 1022(a)(2) contains a specific provision that states that, “The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.”

    2. Wrong. You have to qualify as a “covered person” which is person who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States.

    3. The Constitution requires govt to provide you with due process to detain

  14. Yes, I have heard the Federal Court disapproving of the law. But, I would like to correct you.

    1. The NDAA does apply to US citizens, on debates for the bill on C-SPAN the Senator who espoused the bill along with co-sponsors openly state this.

    2. Section 1021 can be applied to US citizens. All the government has to do is label you a belligerent and you can be arrested by the military.

    3. Section 1021 openly states that the person is held for as long as the president says so, without trial.

  16. You are an imbecile. The NDAA detention provision only applies to non-us citizens who are associated with known terrorist groups. I suggest you read the recent federal trial court opinion which stayed that provision for violating the 1st Amendment. The Constitution does not require the govt to provide to either charge you or provide you with a trial to detain you. They need to provide you with due process. Trials are required for criminal prosecution. You don’t understand the NDAA or the Const.

  17. Willard Mitt Romney has openly expressed his support for NDAA 2012, a law that has a section (1021) that allows for the indefinite detention of anyone the government labels a terrorist. This is without charge, or proper tribunal (trial). If the government doesn’t like what you are doing (even if it is peaceful and not against another human) they can label you a belligerent and arrest you for as long as they say so. That is martial law. I can’t support people who support NDAA for 2012.
