Dr Paul, inasmuch as many of your followers and myself like you, taking away votes from Romney will be like transfer them directly to Obama. You are an intelligent person Why you are not supporting Romney?
In my modest opinion, if you run for the presidency, you will be the one who help to re-elect Obama.

Someone just posted this. This can’t be true, can it? URGENT REPORT TO DELEGATES: Weed has been planted in MULTIPLE delegation hotel safes inside the rooms of some Ron Paul Delegates. Request a hotel security staff member to open your safe upon check-in and DO NOT leave any of your belongings unattended at any time. This has now been confirmed!!! Spread the word.

    French Canadian,
Let me know if you hear anything about this on the Alex Jones Show…Thanks..

Ron Paul Supporters, Defenders of FREEDOM & LIBERTY… Please unite and vote for Gary Johnson & Judge Jim Gray!

Governor Johnson & Dr. Paul see eye to eye on the majority of the issues.

Governor Johnson’s strong stance on marijuana legalization & proven record of fiscal responsibility will attract voters from both the left and the right.

Governor Johnson is polling well in all of the key swing states out west. An endorsement from Ron Paul will strengthen the Liberty movement and increase these numbers, allowing us to make a REAL STATEMENT this November!

This is the person you want to send an email to asap and express your outrage at trying to disenfranchise the delegates that were elected fairly. He is doing everything to try and change the rules. As a GOP PCP from the great state of Oregon and someone who has voted for 40 years, we are the laughing stock of the world, and the GOP has just sabotaged their own party. What are they afraid of?

Happy Birthday Ron Paul. Ron Paul can continue to defend freedom and liberty in any way he can. We should all share that responsibility. I share the same faith as Romney but have a very difficult time supporting him. My faith believes strongly in Liberty and the Constitution and teaches to do everything you can in your power to protect and secure both. I don’t know if Romney does or at least not enough because he is so Republican and to typical of a politician. For certain I wont vote for Obama because he is Bush on steroids. Obama has taxed us as Prince John of Nottingham like a Democrat and put us in more debt like a Republican. The mainstream media will once elect the President by brainwashing all the Lemmings out there who believe in their political partys. These are sad and dark times for America.

Seems to me that everyone likes it just as it is now. (The powers that be.)
With Obama as President, the Republican’s can whine about Obama’s World and sit and do nothing like they have done for the last four years. Romney is about the most despicable as opposed to Obama, they know Paul could win had they supported him, so they seem to want to lose to Obama just to keep things going their way. After all, Obama just played out to be an extension of GW Bush.

    And now I hear…
“No Ron Paul revolution at convention”
    http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0812/80067.html?hp=t1&dp
    (Politico rag.)

I don’t do Party over country. I’m ready to vote Paul if he comes out slugging, even if (especially if) he joins with Gary Johnson. But if he folds in any manner to give to Romney, then I have to make sure my vote goes towards that Romney loses.

I wish people were more concerned about liberty (like Ron Paul is) than the cult of personality of Ron Paul. If you take the time to do any research on election laws, you will learn two things: 1. There are deadlines for applying to run as an independent and 2. MOST states DO NOT count write-in votes. So, all of you who claim to stand for liberty will be throwing your vote in the garbage when you write in Ron Paul on Nov 6th. That will do NOTHING for liberty. No one will even count your votes for Ron Paul. You will never see a news article listing how many votes Ron Paul won, because no one will count them.

If you were actually interested in liberty, rather than just being obsessed with Ron Paul, you would research alternative candidates like the LIBERTARIAN candidate Gary Johnson. Even if he doesn’t win, every vote he earns helps state Libertarian Parties get on the ballot in the future. And it shows the big government party that you do not approve of their hand-picked candidates.

Voting for Romney with the hope of changing the GOP from the inside is a waste. By voting for Romney, you tell the GOP that you approve of him and that you are willing to vote for more candidates like Romney.

Please think really hard about whether you actually care about liberty or just about one man’s personality before you cast a vote in November.

If anyone is planning on writing in Ron Paul’s name please be aware that if you do, they will go straight into the trash since only a couple state deadlines haven’t passed yet. Each state requires a certain amount of signatures by a certain time AND required Paul to sign off on it. 95% of those deadlines have passed, so even if there is a writein spot on the ballot, it will be as if you never voted at all.

At least if you vote Gary Johnson or someone else it will be counted and would show the massive amount of people they lost by ignoring the liberty movement.

This information needs to spread because if we all write in Dr. Paul, the MSM will be able to say “See, their numbers weren’t actually all that much, they were just good at organizing”. Please don’t give them the satisfaction of being able to look at the votes that are actually counted and discount us once again!

Thank you, everyone needs to read this. Look at the timeline everyone:

      August 2012: Nominating Conventions.
September 2012: Ballots are sent to campaigns to be proofed for accuracy, then sent to the printers after any remaining state conventions are held.
October 2012: Absentee Ballots go out
      November 2012: General Election

There is literally 0 time to launch an independent run, collect all the needed signatures have the secretaries of state check them for accuracy, etc.

The only choice to send a message to the establishment this year is to vote for Gary Johnson.

    Mimisgirls,
Wow dear…Where have you been? Obviously, you haven’t been listening to a good many Ron Paul supporters. If you have a moral conscience, you could not possibly vote for Romney after what he has done during this primary and if you know anything about this man(there is NO LESSER OF THE TWO EVILS-as one can not compromise morality and ethical behavior). Are you sure you supported Ron Paul? It appears you are ill-informed. Don’t you understand there is absolutely no difference between Romney or Obama.? You have fallen right into the honey trap of pitting liberals against conservatives. We have to come together as Americans. They want to keep people divided and polarized, don’t you get that? That’s how they get you to sell your soul to the devil by voting in someone like Romney who is just another head of the same monster. How could you possibly vote for a man that has done what he has to Ron Paul and allowed us to be disenfranchised, committed fraud, accepted money from foreign citizens which is a felony and from people involved in gambling, prostitution and the “blood diamond” business, just to name a few,….? Many of us recognize that we need to vote our conscience because whether you know it or not, the game is rigged. Now the question is which one of these monsters are they going to let win this election by rigging the voting machines.

World News Dateline early August 2012 – 1/3 registered Republicans did not vote in 2008!
I’m willing to bet the majority of those Republicans were supporters of R.P., and I talked to a few who voted for Obama out of spite against the RNC and McCain!
I wrote Two letters to Obama’s campaign in 2008, before the election, and I received replies to both letters, almost immediately, even though after 4 years I was told nothing but LIES!
I have written to Romney’s campaign about a month ago, as of today still no response, and he wants my vote….and people in Hell want ICE WATER!

Just another note. I have never heard of Gary…can’t remember his last name. I’m a conservative, and I’ve never heard of him…how do you expect him to win? Think about this before you start writing names in. Just as Todd Akin ,is causing constant talk in the papers, on the web, and on all the news shows, all the liberals need is more distraction from the issues. Our country needs to get back to basic Christian values, and I know that Ron and Rand stand for that, but if Romney can win over Obummer, at least we have a chance to start turning our country back. If we ever needed to band together, it’s now. One reason the Dems are so strong is that they are all liberal minded. Republicans and Independents are not always on the same page, so we fight among ourselves, which divides us, and divided we will fall! The only hope we have to fight the Liberals is to stand with Romney. I’m begging you, Ron, Rand, and all of your supporters, to think about this before making a non-reversible mistake.

I can’t believe what I’m reading here. If I didn’t know better, I would swear that Democrats were leaving comments on this site. What do you people think you’re going to accompish by not supporting Romney…do you really believe that Ron Paul has a chance to win? That is not going to happen. I love Ron Paul, and Rand Paul…I am in total agreement with their policies. As a die-hard conservative, they would also be my first choice, but it just isn’t going to happen. Please, please realize that writing in his name will do nothing less than give Obama more votes. Obama’s ticket isn’t split with several names on the ballot…it’s just him…but here we are, writing in one or more names that have no chance of winning. If Obama wins again, I will never sleep again…he makes me so sick to my stomach, I can barely stand to hear his voice or see his arrogant face. We MUST stand behind Romney…he isn’t the best choice, but he is the choice we have. Ron and Rand will definitely be part of changing the policies in Washington, without having to be president. Please, people, don’t split the vote…please.

If people weren’t so cowardly, mimis, and voted the way they knew in their heart was right, Ron Paul would be our “only choice”. What if EVERYONE wrote in Paul instead of giving a default vote? Ron Paul supporters believe he is electable; if you don’t, you’re not a Paul supporter and shouldn’t claim to be.

Misconceived warnings about the dangers of people not conforming to the status quo is what THEY do; if you think Ron Paul can do the best job, be *yourself* and vote Ron Paul…

get into the real world. There are officially 2 states that are able to add Ron Paul to the ballaot. You all that want to write in Ron Paul. Your vote will be the EXACT same as not voting at all…ZERO. Write in votes are not counted. Let me repeat this for those who are hard of head: WRITE IN VOTES ARE NOT COUNTED.

Why Gary Johnson? Simple…I would love to work for the man. There are few leaders I say that about.

Dr. Paul should run as an Independent with his son as his VP. If Dr. Paul is not on the ballot, write their names in. Romney and Obama make me barf. They are soooo bought and paid for. We need an honest, independent president and VP who have not sold their souls to the devil to get into office.

Plan A: Ron Paul gets nominated or independent run, we win :-)

    Plan B: Gary Johnson.
If all liberty minded people vote for Gary it is a small possibility he would win. But his votes would be counted and the establishment/world, would see how many we are and realize the r3valution is here to stay and some day the people will have control of our republic once again and will be a nation ruled by law and not by man and we will make laws to prevent our republic from sliding back into socialism ever again.

All plans: vote for every legitimate liberty candidate on the ballot.
    (a liberty invasion)

If Dr. Paul isnt on the ballot, I’m going Gary Johnson all the way. The future of my country and family is too important to throw a vote away in a rant of a write in of Dr. Paul. Some states dont count write ins and fewer will report the numbers.

As far ad a third party run; i have heard that you have to sign a “pledge” saying you will stay in the party. I think it is on a state level too, so that would handicap Ron. I am not 100% on that, but it seems like something they would do.

I will do whatever it takes to be there for my country. If it is supporting Johnson, great. My advice is look up your state and if they use electric voting machines, request an absentee ballot. Those are hand done ballots. The only way I can think of from our votes being tampered with. No doubt they will fudge Johnson’s numbers to keep him quiet. We need to push as much as we can for anyone we can, regardless of personal grudges held against the GOP.

They don’t want us, and I don’t want them. We are smarter and more adaptable than them. They have to stay low and work so much harder than us. We just need to wear them down. We are gaining ground and I think we have them scared. We can’t throw our hands up in anger and give up.

We need to stay strong with each other and not get divided. That is surely what they want. The whole world has eyes on Tampa! God bless everyone going! Video tape EVERYTHING, and don’t give them one inch!!!!! Don’t bother going if you don’t have a recording device of some kind. If we are on our best behavior then the “plants” will be easy to spot. Find them, and stop them yourself and take charge. They are no doubt going to try and paint us as out of control. Make it impossible for them to prove it! After seeing the videos of them training, and what outrageous military style police force will be there, be safe!!!!! This is the biggest moment in our young movement. Show them we mean what we say!!!

    For Liberty!!!

for all you Dr. Paul doubters, remember years back in the minnesota governor race, they said Jesse Ventura had no chance of winning either & they worried if he entered the race it would screw up the democrip & rebloodican candidates chance to win the race. They (media) said all he would do is play spoiler, well he did more than that & became governor. It can happen I know alot of folks are sick of the corrupt big two & are willing to try something else. I know im ready, how bout y’all.

Highly rated. What do you think? Thumb up 13 Thumb down 1
