Caught on tape? FEMA camp can’t get up on it’s legs or wheels or whatever and run away. All I’ve seen Alex do is show recordings of camps that may be converted to FEMA management in the event of an emergency. aka If and when civil unrest results in arrest and imprisonment these camps may be implemented. But no one has evidence that these camps are owned or managed by FEMA. More likely the so called FEMA camps are owned/managed by an arm of the military. DoD been moving that direction 4 decades
