That’s fine..but your “opinion’ is a flat out lie. No one worships RP..it’s about his message that no one else shares.

Fast foward socialism slowly crept in (see The Law by Federic Bastiat). Here is where its starts to get funny, get this now people beg for government more mandates more regulations more taxes more inflation. The very thing they were warned of. But For government to give it must take and it always takes more than it gives. So this means in reality it is taking more than it gives and only gives you a small portion of the stolen goods which could possibly be yours in the first place. Like lemmings

    >K-12 =//= school
    >It’s fucking all propaganda, brainwash, and conditionng, ..aside from basic math, reading comprehension and english..

… You realize how hard it is for me to take you seriously, right? I’ll try not to laugh.

So what you’re saying is, K-12 school is all BS except for exactly why we have K-12? Okay that makes perfect sense… I’m teh dum and you’re so smrt. Ron Paul 2016. You’ve convinced me.

… OH God I think I lost brain cells just being sarcastic about that.

Then said we will establish a very small gov and base it off of Law highly influenced by Christianity (see John Locke, William Blackstone and many others or the Protestant Reformation) i might add hope i dont offend any atheist they are a sensitive bunch. They bound gov with a constitution and a bill of rights to keep it small. The key was though the people must keep gov in check without them the documents are just paper.Result? We became the richest in the world.

Part 2: “ANARCHY” is the term for the abolishing of all governments. “Libertarian Socialism” is a contradiction in terms. Libertarianism embraces individualism. Socialism embraces collectivism. And, you can’t have socialism without a government. However, you can have communism without a government, but that system fails whenever it’s tried because too many commune members become slackers.

Now,”Anarcho-Capitalism” is a valid term because free trade can exist without a government.

I used to be a libertarian.

Since I’ve repudiated free market fundamentalism & since I’ve never in my life subscribed to the conspiracy theories that today’s Ron Paul cult do, I’d have to say that it’s Ron Paul’s fans & the rest of the libertarian/conspiracy theorist community that “truly blind.”

    I’m not a “troll,” asshole!

just because I’m expressing my opinion doesn’t mean I’m a troll. I’m presenting another side of the argument when it comes to this worship of Ron Paul in one big mindless anti-government/conspiracy theorist orgy.

I think Ron Paul worshipers need a wake up call or a reality check:

Little Green men from outer space do not run the world.

Oh so then you get the reference in my username? That’s nice.

However, you’re wrong about Austrian Economists. Austrian & Chicago school economists do not know anything about human nature, economics & history because the whole edifice of their ideology relies on unsubstantiated philosophical conjecture, and explicitly so. They reject empirically observable facts & the scientific method as credible methods for guiding their ideology & principles.

It is obvious how uneducated our country really is. It is also obvious why the Govt is so free to take away our rights. Most of the comments here are just to poke fun a Dr. Paul and/or to say he is a quack. Some of us have woken up and see he is a true patriot and the only chance we had at saving America from its ultimate demise. Those Uneducated and clowns that poke fun will be singing a different tune when they wake up to find he was right and we are slaves who’s only reason for existence is to serve the debt and transference of wealth to the 1%. They will all wake up, the cliff is here. When they do wake up most of us won’t take solace in saying we told you so. We will all pay the price when forced to join the ignorant nay Sayers on our freefall to bankruptcy and FEMA camp slavery. It is obvious the illusion they sold and are still selling is hard for the simple folks to accept. GOOD LUCK DR PAUL, Your Legacy of Enlightenment will live on!

This is humorous on if you think about it. Consider this America defeated the most powerful empires in the world. It was a Confederation of states that did not exactly have a central gov. it did not have much power. Because of taxation without consent, the quartering large bodies of troops among them, not allowing free trade, taking away their legislative power etc. they fought they won. Studying history and they realized hey gov through out human history is the number one oppressor of it people

Here is TheFreeDictionary-dot-com’s definition of SOCIALISM:

    1. Any of various theories or systems of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that often plans and controls the economy.

    2. The stage in Marxist-Leninist theory intermediate between capitalism and communism, in which collective ownership of the economy under the dictatorship of the proletariat has not yet been successfully achieved.

I still question why the common man doesn’t follow or support this man!!! He is the last line of defense against the worst people in our government; yet people remain willfully ignorant.

Ron Paul certainly does tend to attract a following who also sympathize with David Duke.

That’s an embarrassing little phenomenon that the more rational minded Ron Paul followers are very reluctant to talk about or even acknowledge. Meanwhile, other Ron Paul fans will ardently defend both Ron Paul and their allegiance to a David Duke or an Alex Jones while reinforcing antisemitism. It’s not an exaggeration to bring up the fact that Ron Paul attracts this dangerous fringe element.

Stronger Union? Walmart doesn’t have Union at all. I’m not against Unions, I’m against forced Unionization. One should not have to be forced to be in a Union to be a teacher, fireman, police officer, etc etc. They should be able to opt out and negotiate their own pay if they want to and not have to go through the Union. Most of the lazy people will go through the Union, the hard workers will negotiate on their own.

Ron Paul may be honest about what he believes in but what also counts in my book is what actually does believe in. I do not believe in his narrow libertarian ideology which defines “liberty” in such an unrealistic manner.

snipzor made a good point. Ron Paul tends to attract a lot of antisemitic assholes who worship idiots like David Duke or Alex Jones as their Lord And Saviour!

We deserve leaders who actually believe in government– not anti-government idiots who’ll nothing for Americans.

At least, Ron Paul spoke for the US Constitution, the principles of liberty and the ordinary people of the US. He advocated for an audit of the FED – the secret, private tool of the few. Without his voice, many people would still think the FED is part of the govt, working for the them – now many people are awake! Without him, the police state (“authoritarianism”) would have been implemented only that much faster. Thank you, Ron Paul!

Perhaps you didn’t understand the reference. Ludwig von Mises was a prominent libertarian intellectual who was one of the primary architects of modern free-market fundamentalism, the kind which Ron Paul advocates for. My screen name is simply an homage to him. I find libertarian ideology logically & morally bankrupt.

Ron Paul was about the idea that states, and subsequently individual communities, could on many levels vote on their own fate, but be part of the United States. Just think, electronicoffee, if you’de given him a chance, YOU could have had you own little perfect community that fit your preferences…it probably would have been a community of pricks, but hey.

PROOF DUMBFUCK. Paul also defended his claim, made in the same 1992 newsletter that “we can safely assume that 95 percent of the black males in [Washington, DC] are semi-criminal or entirely criminal” Paul told the Dallas Morning News the statistic was an “assumption” you can gather from published studies. Paul’s failure to deny authorship was not an oversight. He was repeatedly confronted about the newsletters during his 1996 campaign and consistently defended them as his own. A few examples:

HEY DUMBFUCK! Paul’s denials, however, are not supported by the public record. When the newsletters first arose as an issue in 1996, Paul didn’t deny authorship. Instead, Paul personally repeated and defended some of the most incendiary racial claims in the newsletters. In the interview, he did not deny he made the statement about the swiftness of black men.”If you try to catch someone that has stolen a purse from you, there is no chance to catch them,” Dr. Paul said.

Spoken like someone who has drank the kool aid. I’ll be ready for insurrection if the likes of Ron Paul and his gang of Paultards are ever elected into power. Believe me. It will be full out war if that man ever tries to implement his agenda. I hope he’s got some good fire power.
