Let us see here: Drug war is at fault due to the drug users, not the governent. Black incarceration rates are due to minorities causing more violence in some areas, not the government. Internment camps and Jim Crow laws? Alright, that’s a plus, though the government fixed that with the CWA and other bills.
No, businesses shouldn’t have that right, as it’s extremely ridiculous.

The government is the perpetrator of discrimination against blacks, and all people. Look at the drug war and black incarceration rates. look at internment camps during WWII. Jim crow laws! You are probably referring to his opposition to encroaching on private establishments’ right to refuse service. I understand that. It sounds backwards, but it’s a property rights issue. He also has stated that he supports public facility use by all citizens.
