Ron Paul celebrated his 76th birthday on August 20, 2011!
To mark this wonderful occasion, Ron Paul’s campaign and his supporters organized amass donation event (moneybomb) that brought in over $1.6 million in small individual donations.
“Our campaign is surging, and today’s money bomb results show the strength of our grassroots support,” said Ron Paul 2012 Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton. “We’ve just come off of an impressive finish in the Iowa straw poll, and our growing poll numbers and strong fundraising proves that our message is resonating with people.”
This impressive fundraising feat was achieved despite a cyber-attack being launched against the campaign website during the online money bomb, shutting down the site for at least a few hours before it was restored. Paul’s campaign has now cracked the million-dollar mark in one day fundraising four times.

Even though I really couldn’t afford it, I donated money three times to your campaign. Our country really needs your expertise. I know that truth goes in three stages, and we can only hope that people will finally come to their senses and realize that our current administration does not have the people’s best interest at heart. I believe you are a true leader. I know this because one need only look at your Congressional Record to see that this in fact, true. Happy Birthday! You are the only one running that has a plan that will save us from years of mismanagement and corruption in our government. Not since Reagan have we have a message and messenger that speaks the truth and I know can turn this dismal situation around.
I wish I had more to donate but my business like so many others has suffered greatly the last few years and our savings that took years to build is dwindling. But what I have is yours and we in the State of Alabama are behind you 100%.

I voted for in 2008 and I am very happy that you choose to run again. The main stream media and even fox news hosts and contributors are sadly ignoring your second place win in the Iowa Straw Poll but, not Judge Napolitano. Sound money, the elimation of the Federal Reserve, the EPA, Education Department, and the Presidental Executive order are great starters for turning around an economy that has deteriorated because of over regulation, no fidelity to the Constitution, and over taxation by Federal, State, and Local governments is why we are declining as a nation.
You need to advertise on billboards of heavily traveled roads. Keep finding ways to advertise such as the Super Bowl and other highly watched venues.
Could you imagine what a wonderful country the U.S.A. would once again become if, you were are President?

I supported you in 2008, I will support you in 2012. Your ideas are sound and make total sense to me…….HOWEVER, the main stream media, and the corporate clowns that control them are afraid of what real change will do to their bottom line.

Happy Birthday Rep. Paul, I wish you many more. I have come to see and understand some of the basic’s about the economy and how the Federal Reserve is hurting us. I am reading the book “aftershock” and kinda see how inflation and interest rates are going to be a reality. Understanding the most elemental basics of the Bubble economy is what each person needs to know. I can assure everyone on the planet if they had even a little insight into the Fed and how money printing is going to affect us in the very Near future with regard to interest and inflation they would all get registered to vote in 2012. they would be at the court house on monday morning stand head high in a sea of other people who want failed Fed Practices to be eliminated from the possibility of continueing their corrupt game. You have explaining this to people for years and years and have been laughed at and smirked at. Yet you continue to educate and try to get people to see. Thanks Rep. Paul for being more concerned about the people than your own election. you are telling hard truths and its time we all began to help ourselves and quit voteing for STUMPERS WHO OFFER ONLY BLAB. Don’t take this as a Rant but as a fair assesment of the current situation the truth must be slamed home in plain language. If we do not support the truth the truth will fail to be carried on tv and all media. The Ron Paul Revolution must begin in retaliation of any and all methods used to down play the truth. After two major surgeries and depleting my savings, I am slowly returning to normal. Even though I can not really afford it I am donating $50 because without a future in America, what’s the point. Next week it wont be worth $50 bucks anyway.

Our first baby is due right around August 20th. Wouldn’t that be sweet if he ends up having the same bday as Ron Paul? The name we’re thinking of is Henry, we might just have to make his middle name Paul! It has a nice ring to it
