Definitely believe that that you said. Your favourite justification seemed to be on the internet the easiest thing to understand of. I say to you, I definitely get irked while other folks consider worries that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the highest and defined out the whole thing with no need side effect , people can take a signal. Will probably be again to get more. Thank you!

This Dan guy seriously has no idea what he is talking about. To my fellow Paul supporters: Stop wasting your breath with him. You cannot educate someone who does not want to be educated.

I’m a college student and have done my research. Ron Paul’s actions speak for themselves. What won me over is how in debates Ron Paul keeps to himself until it is his turn. The other candidates hardly ever went out of their way to attack Paul. That should speak about Ron Paul in a nutshell.

I have watched the videos on Romney and Paul through the years. How Romney has flip-flopped multiple times and honestly cannot keep a single thought for more than a few months. Paul has said the same thing for decades…DECADES. How many other politicians can say that?

Consistency is part of what makes a great politician. These arguments are petty and pointless. Dan will not change his mind and neither will the Paul supporters. I suggest you go mess with another site. This site is for Ron Paul supporters, not Romney/Obama.

America is not a business, Dan. It is our way of life. Are you serious that you want someone who changes what they are saying to fit the people he is around? What would happen if Romney was the president? Then how would he explain that to the people he said “this” to and “that” to here and there? Ron Paul stands for one agenda, not one here and one there. You should like him more because he doesn’t bend over backwards to give everyone their way. He sticks to the one plan he’s had in mind without giving any favors to anybody no matter who they are. That’s real right there.

Devin, Ron Paul has lost. It is time to pick a president of the U. S. The choice is between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama. One of them will be president. I think it is better for everyone if that person is Mitt Romney. That is what Ron Paul supporters fail to see. It is down to two men, Let’s pick the better of them. And that is Romney

            Dan,

If you were a student of history then you would recall that one of our forefathers (Benjamin Franklin) clearly andconcisely stated: “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. ” You are so willing to defend the shredding of our Constitutional Rights and Freedom to protect us from what? Once you choose to go down that slippery slope – how many more of your rights and freedoms are you willing to give up so you can sleep at night? Before you know it you have no rights – you have no freedom – only servitude. If that is what you advocate, then leave the country – the rest of us will just have to take it back and leave the whiners and complainers and cowards where the belong.

Doug, I am a bit tired of people telling me that I should leave this country. I served in the military. I lost and Uncle and a good friend on September 11,2001 when terrorists attacked our country on our soil. The Patriot Act may have prevented that. And saved me and the rest of this country this whole war thing going on in Afghanistan. It may have already saved the life of someone that you love. Maybe your uncle of one of your close friends.

The reason he said no DAN is because he knew it wouldn’t do anything but make it worse. All I see you do DAN is rant on this site could you show us what you are looking at to make you believe Mitt Romney is far better then Ron Paul? I challenge you to watch this video on ndaa….

Voting no is easy. It is hard to bend a little bit and He won’t.

You and I seem to look at this from opposite sides. Voting no is HARD. If it were easy, Ron Paul would not be the only person doing it. Everyone, liberal and conservative, complains about the weakening of our civil liberties. Then, when Ron Paul defends the constitution, retarded Obama supporters (and some Romney supporters) close your minds to it because ‘the constitution is sooo old and it holds us back.’ It is EASY to bend a little bit and easier still to bend a lot. Supporting the idea that American citizens should be imprisoned indefinitely without charge or trial is NOT a small bend, it’s becoming a soulless puppet. We support Ron Paul BECAUSE he does not bend and BECAUSE he consistently votes no on bills that are unconstitutional……

        IDIOT.

Voting no is easy. Just like voting for Dr. Paul in the fall is easy. That way you can always say I did not vote for him. Ron Paul has zero accomplishments in congress because of his in-flexable ways. His policies could all be the right ones but, if he can’t get any of them passed what good are they. You don’t think that George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson had to compromise.

I’ll give you at least one like throughout disagreeing with most of what you said. I disagree with liberty or death’s statement, even though I’ve actually said it myself in the past without actually taking into consideration that it is a bit hypocritical. You have every right to be on this site, and the mere fact that you care enough about your country to blog and research makes me truly respect your opinions. I disagree with most of them, but I do respect them. I also get on other candidates sites, not necessarily to argue, although at times I can’t help myself, but to research those candidates. Being open-minded is a true part of being knowledgeable, and like I said before I’m not for Ron Paul’s name, I’m for his ideas. Truly I wish any of the other candidates shared his views because voting for somebody else is probably the easier route to go, but easy is usually not the right route. Ron Paul 2012. Keep blogging brother.

You say you support Ron Paul’s ideas. But, if a vote for him means that the opposite of his ideas will be put in place. Because if all Dr. Paul supporters vote for Dr. Paul in the fall, than Obama will surely get re-elected. Remember the supreme court justice or justices that the next president will appoint. Also, remember that Ron and Rand may have some influence on Romney but zero on Obama.

Actually in Paul’s ten terms he has accomplished quite a bit including his revisions of the gold standard being reintroduced to the face value of the dollar, 5 plus books written, contributions to legislation to audit the fed, or all-out end it, and amongst everything else listed and much I could go into further detail about, he owned his own obgyn office where he made plenty of money to call himself a success without needing politics, or extra revenue. He is self funded and funded through is supporters, doesn’t take claim in super pacs and keeps his ideas simple and constent. You probably should look at that documentary the last guy gave you a link for, if nothing else, to better your own argument for voting for Romney, because I can assure you that will be an argument you’re going to constantly have if you continue to side for his campaign.

You say you think that Mitt Romney will fix America the way he fixes big companies. If you knew anything about economy, you would know that he is for everything the will continue destroying the economy the way Obama is doing. They both are for Romney/Obamacare, which is a very expensive type of healthcare with mediocre results, they were both for the stimulus packages and TARP which are robbing us taxpayers, and auto bailouts which is a type of nationalization of the auto industry. The result of this is lower quality cars for higher prices. They both are for reappointing Bernake to the Federal Reserve which prints money out of thin air increasing our national debt and for Keynsean economics which is to “spend your way out of debt”. I don’t know if that’s the way you balance your budget, but let me tell you that it does not work. Romney is for energy independance by increasing solar and wind power (low efficiency) and domestic oil and gas (but then Obama was too). Both are for big government. We know that big government is the enemy of small businesses due to the load of rules and regulations which kills competitvity and creativity. But if you have any further reasons to think that Romney will fix the economy, I am all ears.

O.K. Romney is against national healthcare. He believes that is should be in the hands of the states. He believes in tort reform to limit silly lawsuits. And interstate commerce so you can purchase your healthcare from anyone that you want. This would drastically reduce the cost
Romney was not for the stimulus packages.
He was not for the auto bailout either unless they went threw bankruptcy first. The way the bailout worked gave no oversight to the lender which was the US. That is one of the talking points against him from Obama.
He would take the uncertainty away from business. The tax code would be shored up. And the stranglehold of the EPA would loosen their grip on business. With the loosened grip of the EPA comes domestic energy lowering the cost of electric and gas. Therefore lowering the cost of food, goods and services for all of us.
With the lower cost of things and more certainty for the employers they will be more confident to move forward with business.
He will go threw each and every department in Federal Government and cut or eliminate unneeded cost. That is what he did for a living at Bain and that is what he will do for you and me.
I, for one, am tired worrying about employment.
I am glad you are all ears maybe you actually heard something

            Tony,
The gold standard is not being re-introduced. I wish that it were but that is just not true. Writing books in not an accomplishment in congress. There is know bill that has been passed to end the fed either. We all know what Ron Paul’s stances on things are. He has gotten none of them passed through congress.
He has started this discussion and that is good for the country. But, he has passed nothing. He has voted for nothing. Sometimes you can’t get 100% but the idea is to move in the right direction. You need the listen to all sides of the argument.
That is why Mitt is the right choice. Maybe, Ron Paul is the best choice. But, he is not going to be one of the choices

However, the delegates will support Romney because that is what the people of their State wanted. They would never try to put up as the party’s candidate who was so soundly defeated in the primary season.
You may not like it but the people decide in America. our guy can’t steal an election. Even if the primary made it to a brokered convention(which it won’t) the party could not choose Ron Paul because the people of the party have spoken against that. And not close by the way.

Dan you’re just not getting it. You don’t understand liberty and you don’t understand the harm that has been done to out country (and the world for that mayter) by the last 2 presidents.

I’m not going to lecture you, but please just read these two points and research them-

-Ron Paul is the target of a media black out. Most of what I’ve read you say here are just regurgitated mainstream media talking points, do your ignorance is showing to everyone. You don’t know the truth. It’s very very clear.

-Mitt Romney is bank rolled by Goldman sachs, as is obama. They are the same man, receiving the same funds, fro the same people. It doesn’t matter which one is elected, the both have the same policies, and when pushed, Romney will break and do whatever his handlers and advisors tell him to do. He has demonstrated no integrity, and that is the most important thing we need in a president right now.

-You stated that Ron Paul has accomplished nothing in congress, Im assuming you’re puking up that old argument about how he has pass no laws… Is that what you need Dan? Someone thg makes new laws for you? Ron Paul is a fighter. He fights for his constituents. He votes “no”. He doesn’t raise taxes or debt ceilings. He voted against unconstitutional bills like the patriot act.

I just don’t know what else to say to you other than you are completely wrong. You are blissfully ignorant. I’m not bashing you. Please read one of Dr. Paul’s books and open your eyes. I’m telling you from the bottom of my heart that YOU ARE one of the sheep that is asleep at the wheel.

I was a die-hard republican. Voted for McCain and plain because they were republican. I wasn’t paying attention. I’m telling you, I was asleep an I had to wake up and admit I was WRONG and begin to reeducate myself. It’s not too late for you. You seem to be capable of critical thinking. Get off this board and really look into Ron Paul’s past… How he has supported the constitution from day one and has NEVER waivered. The man is completely incorruptible.

Most of all study foreign policy. You’re being lied to and having propaganda shoved down your throat. Iran is not a threat to the US. Iraq was a pre-planned war. Look up the statements from ex-CIA agents that have endorsed ron paul and are tellin the world ehat they know about the iraq war….

The truth is out there. FIND IT.

Well the conspiracy lies in mainstream media literally skipping over his name and refusing to show any of the good sides of Ron Paul’s campaign. They robbed him extremely out of a fair chance to free media. Lucky for his supporters, enough people are taking the extreme biased side of media into consideration and looking for outside sources to continue to research.

Ron Paul is the only voice of Individualism, individual freedom, individual liberty, equality and justice. I intend to put Ron Paul into office and make sure that all power centers of society are recaptured and the moral and ethical standards of society are changed from anti-individual to pro-individual. Its a tall task but we must find it within ourselves to meet this challenge and triumph over everything.

We have been reduced to pack of whining dogs looking for scraps of bread on the street corner as Wall Street has robbed us blind…the only way to take this country back is to vote for someone of sound mind and character.

We need Ron Paul as President because he believes in the Constitution, protects our liberty, and defends the very liberties we discuss in these forums.

I’m largely considering voting for Ron Paul. He has heart, and has demonstrated dedication to the safety of the United States throughout his entire life. I’m azed by his integrity. He would inspire me more as an American than any statistically oriented speech President Obama could make. Best of all, he would shake things up.

If these debates turn out lame between Republican nominee and President Obama, Romney is certainly guaranteed my vote.

You are completely wrong about Ross Perot. He took away conservative votes and Bill Clinton owes two terms to him 92 and 96. Why would any left leaning person who wants a handout vote for Dr. Paul or Ross Perot. Your statement is incorrect.

Washington is scared of Ron Paul, plain and simple. A lot of heads would roll if Dr. Paul would get elected. Romney is wanted by the media & the federal government, since he would be the ‘puppet’ they want to keep the madness going. I dont care what anyone tells me otherwise, the elections are rigged, plain and simple. The mainstream media is getting paid to keep Ron Paul out of the spotlight, just watch one of the CNN sponsored debates. Where is democracy in this????
I admire Ron Paul for his humility and honesty, something Mitt Romney can not deliver.
Vote people,…vote, lets get this country back to its former glory and actually honor the people that fought and died for the idea of America.

Ron Paul does not lose everywhere. He wins almost every state he goes. He has way more delegates than the mainstream news says. He has over half the delegates. He won over 5 states for sure (requirment to get into republic convention.) All the states that FOX or NBC says he lost were actually popularity vote. People think that Ron Paul isn’t in it anymore which is not true. His strategy is highly complex. He gets almost all the delegates. Take your sheeple, brain washed mind to FOX or NBC and asked to become a puppet. Then you’ll get what your asking for.

      Dan,

“He votes no for everything. Heading in the right direction with a vote is better than ending up going in the wrong direction.”
I couldn’t agree more! However, as an informed individual who has actually read the details of many items that Dr. Ron Paul voted on, I would vote the same way – Patriot Act – case in point – better to vote No on a bill because the bill should not be passed then to rubber stamp yes because of a flashy name.
If you were to put a bill on the table to end the Federal Reserve, or to bring our soldiers home, I am convinced that Dr. Paul would vote an enthusiastic “Yes!”
What do you think? Perhaps equally important, what does Mr. Romney think?

        I agree with you, Truth!

Politicians are too quick to rubber stamp an issue before Congress rather than sort the merits of bill before them…a wise politician I knew growing up told me that you have to vote with your conscience.

I’m glad Ron Paul has a conscience in Congress…otherwise, we would allow a fascist government (like Nazi Germany) authority to rule over the our country of liberty we love so dearly.

Just ask the Germans after WW2 if Hitler was such a good role model for the people…he implemented dangerous laws and condemned millions of innocent minorities in the gas chambers for power.

Ron Paul is a man of integrity…I believe him when he says he wants to get out of foreign countries and legalize marijuana. Who are we to tell anyone how to live their life in this world?

Mr. Paul’s VOTE counts for more than a simple grab of power! He represents all that a democracy represents: true freedom.

    ROMNEY 314 | PAUL 110 (as of this moment…read on…)

    http://www.thereal2012delegatecount.com/

THE NOTE FROM BEN SWANN (WXIX) ABOUT THE COUNT PROCESS ON THIS SITE…

“Actually it is really not that complicated. The process runs like this: Primary or caucus in any given state and a vote is taken where voters are able to decide who their “preference” is for the nominee. In the primary that is all show.

The real contest is for delegates. They are selected through a variety of processes depending on the states. In some states, voters cast a ballot for delegates at the polls and in other states delegates apply for the position. Once selected, delegates [go] on to county or district caucuses. Many times that can equate to thousands of delegates in any given state.

Again, depending on the states some delegates will attend Congressional District conferences and At Large delegate conferences. These votes are held at various times after the first primary or caucus and are culminated by the state Republican convention. At the convention slates of delegates are postured and manuvered, it is a chance for delegates to be “elected” or chosen by other delegates in attendance.

At the conclusion of the state Republican convention each state will select their national delegates as well as a group of alternates. It is only after that selection process takes place that we really know how many delegates a candidate has.

Consider in contrast [how] the AP determines delegates: When the primary or caucus is held in any given state, the AP takes the number of delegates allotted to that state and divides the total by the percentage of the vote gained by the candidate in the election. Even though no state convention has been held, the AP projects the number of delegates who will be “required” to vote for a candidate. If [you] have seen Reality Check recently then you know there is precedent for why delegates are not bound.

The way you all are listing delegates is the most “fair” way to do so because you are not guessing and yet you will have a very clear count by the middle to end of June.

    Hope this helps,

B” Consider a donation to make the map go from demo to production. 200 pennies is good enough!

I’m 20 years old, and this year will be my first time voting. Let me add, too, that I consider myself to be very socially liberal. Over the last 2 months, I’ve easily spent 50+ hours reading news articles, watching debates, listening to podcasts, and engaging in political discussions with my friends, and its so BLINDINGLY obvious that Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate that favors America and the principles it was founded upon. I have no doubt in my mind that once word gets out about President Paul’s recent wins and growing delegate count, this Revolution will gain unprecedented momentum, and will continue to do so all the way up until November 6th. Ron Paul, you are a personal hero of mine, and the George Washington this country so desperately needs right now. To the rest of you, I personally challenge every single person that reads this to do their part in this revolution. Be the difference maker. Be his voice where he is not present. It was US that allowed our country fall into the hands of the corrupt, and so it has to be US that takes it back.

There is only one way, and that is the Ron Paul Revolution, I just made my own Ron Paul Revolution shirt, and on it I highlighted the facts that Ron Paul plans to End the Fed, Abolish the IRS, Pardon all nonviolent Drug Offenses, Anti War, Limited Government, and within the first 30 minutes, I had people asking to read my shirt. Of course I spun around with a smile on my face, and when they asked about the man with the plan, I gave them the run down. Now I have not only planted the seed in the minds of about 15 people individually, but the word will spread like a natural cure for a disease, because they asked for more information. I am satisfied that I was able to plant the seed, and word of mouth is the next best tool, compared to the internet that has Ron Paul plastered everywhere. I think it is time for all the Mitt Romney Zombies to reconsider their plan B, because the Revolution is here! Can you hear us now?
Besides, the media lap dogs are starting to get the picture, and I was listening to a few talk radio hosts that at the beginning of April were Pro Romney, but now they are highly recommending Ron Paul. That is what the GOP deserves, laugh at us then, but let me ask this… Who is laughing now!!! And we need to be informing the idiots that really think Ron Paul’s supporters are going to be jumping ship when we realize that Ron Paul is unelectable, that they are wrong and ask where they found the audacity to make such a statement. All I am going to say in response to that is like Ron Paul said, the revolution is started, and he is glad he can be a part of it. Its not televised, which is dangerous for all the parties, as they are unaware of how dangerous the Ron Paul revolution really is, and that is fine by me. As long as when the convention rolls around, Dr. Ron Paul has the finally say. Freedom resonates in the hearts of all Americans, and even those that do not “support” him truly do, they just do not know that he is out there! I am making a prediction that by the end of June, there will be no stopping the Revolution of Ron Paul, he will be the 45th President of the USA, and not even the Obama trolls and drones can stop us!

We all pay our taxes, were not all rich, but we pretty much determine our life bills between wants and necessities. Wouldn’t the ” rich people” save more of their precious money, by the illegal immigrant plan he is currently discussing? I believe so! (another opinion). Some things he is proposing i don’t agree with, like the abortion theory and HUD idea. As of the most part of being on the fence i feel as an American citizen who pays their taxes and follows the laws, i agree with his ideas and ways of life.
