Dear Mame/Sir:
I have a few questions, I’ve been pondering…………….lately. If
anyone can shed some light on this, please advise:
I’d like to understand what is going on here? Our current government is
creating “A National Civilian Defense Force” within our own country?
Why? Who are we fighting? Who is the enemy? Why does this
Administration need a security force that is well trained as our
Military? To transform society, from within? Why do they want a massive
security force, against our own people? Who are we fighting or what is
coming? I’m aware of that each state within America has “Camps” to
house large groups of individual for various problems, like Pandemics
or civil unrest, but are plans being created for problems in the future
with our own people?
This party presently in office (which isn’t the Democratic Party) is
going after the C.I.A., Boston Tea Party against Taxes, Christian
Groups, Free Radio, US Military). Why isn’t the Government
investigating the Anarchist groups like FRONT, EARTH LIBERATION, GRAFT,
ACORN ( A criminal organization designed to STEAL VOTES) S.C. I.U., THE
NEW BLACK PANTHER PARTY. All these parties and “New Corps” OUR rising
out of this Obama Administration. Please take time out of your busy
schedules and investigate each of these groups and connect the dots.
Why isn’t this current administration investigating and arresting these
type of groups? Instead, this party is attempting to go after Democrat
Groups that stand behind our constitution. Will you be a “Watch Dog” to
protect our constitution? Don’t we have a right of free speech to
question all these Anarchy groups presently being protected by this
administration and hiding under the “Democrat Party”. My grandfather
was a democrat and believe me, this isn’t the true party, this new
party emerging is infecting the real Democrats.
Why is this administration forming “Corps”, like America Corp (Like
Nazi Germany, before WWll)? Hitler started this way, before he tried
taking over the World. There is a complete disconnect going on, which
scares me. We are at a crossroad and the situation is going to get out
of control in the future, unless we get off our rear ends..
Who is really in control? The Moderate Democrats must answer to America
NOW, for all these new immerging Groups & Parties being birthed and
rising quickly out of the original “Democrat Party”. The true Democrats
must wake-up! Who is driving the bus here? Is this the kind of World we
want to leave our children? Hmmmmmmmmmm…………..Seems all of us
our in a fog.
Ok, I’m not a member of either party. I just love my country and I want
my questions answered. I’m witnessing unbelievable changes that will
destroy us. Most of us are complacent in our daily lives to the big
picture, now is the time to ask serious question and turn it around,
before it’s to late. Truly, History reminds us of what is coming I’m
witnessing serious undertones of Marxism. Let’s not repeat it.
I welcome all advise or and answers to my questions.

A BILL
To amend the Constitution of the United States of America, in reference to the Bill of Rights, in which manner all forms of civil, federal, and state governments acknowledge and here by pledge to protect the citizen’s rights to bare and use camera’s in any public place without restriction unless the act of using said device could inadvertently be used to divulge individual citizen private information.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short Title.
This Act may be cited as the “Right to bare a Camera of 2009”
Section 2. Amending the Bill of Rights of the people of the United States of America to afford them freedom and liberty to freely obtain, own, possess, and peacefully use a camera in any public place to protect them in reference to evidence gathered by the people to be used in any court of the USA.
(a.) Possession. The people of The United States of America must be granted the right to obtain any camera and possession thereof must not be infringed upon in any way by an authorities acting on behalf of public or private interests.
(1)The people will be granted the right to obtain any camera to document any actions.
(2)No authorities will be permitted to infringe upon the people’s rights to posses camera’s.
(3)No Officials both public and private will shall unlawfully arrest the citizen’s who are peacefully using camera’s to record events in the public that affect their rights.
(b.) Peaceful Use. The people of The United states of America hereby demand all forms of Government within the borders of the USA to acknowledge the people’s right to freely use any camera to document any public action in any public place.
(1)provided the people do not act in such a manner to infringe upon the rights of another citizens right to privacy.
(2)Provided the people edit data upon request to protect the names and faces of the innocent whom request they not be filmed to protect one’s privacy.
(3)Data obtained by such devices must be protected from any altering or destruction thereof by any parties who wish to infringe upon the individual’s right to obtain documented footage of things happening in the public
(c.) Protection of the data, film, intellectual property, or audio and video footage obtained by the people using camera’s.
(1)No authorities public or private shall be permitted to seize or compel the public to forceably hand over the disk, video tapes, audio tapes, or hard drives of the camera’s in peaceful use.
(2)No officials shall be permitted to confiscate the camera’s or arrest the citizen’s who peacefully use the camera’s in The United States of America from this day forward.
(3)No unlawful arrest of the public who freely express these liberties and freedoms to bare a camera in public peacefully shall be lawful. Protection for future amending.
(d.) Protection of this Act to be restricted, amended or unlawfully abolished in the future by any other act by the Judicial Executive or Legislative branches of the Federal and State Governments.
(1)No Act or legislation in the future shall ever remove this right from the people.
(2)No executive order shall ever diminish the value of these liberties afforded to the people.
(3)No Judicial ruling shall ever ban the use of camera’s by the public citizens peacefully within the borders of the United States of America.
Someone needs to organize a “March on Washington” in September when those yahoos come back from their “siesta” to show them the large numbers of Americans that are AGAINST the Government
having complete control over OUR healthcare – Ron Paul and Campaign for Liberty would be the perfect group to organize a march of that magnitude. We need to SHOW them we’re serious and do it en masse!! We need to take back our country before it’s completely gone to hell. How have we been so ignorant to have let things get this bad? We are smarter than this!!
I live in the Uk but would attend a march in Washington!!! Every one around the world needs to know what the fed has been uo to – not just Americans!!!
The Federal Reserve is not….never has been….and the way it looks….will never be part of our federal government.This goes way back to the ROTHSCHILD’s bank and Andrew Jackson.The Rothschild family and their banking interest are still prevalent in our country and countries around the world.Large member’s of major banks,corporations,members of government…our own government are tied into the Council On Foreign Relations,The Tri-Laterial Group,The Bohemian Club and the BILDERBERG GROUP….who once a year (or more)have clandestine meetings…closed door….. no accountability…no transparency. Best solution is to get rid of the FEDERAL RESERVE or at least FEDERALIZE it and make their every move accountable before CONGRESS and the AMERICAN PEOPLE.Why does the Federal Reserve not want to be held accountable by having an AUDDIT?Whats to hide? I quote from Close Encounters Of The Third Kind….”WHAT’S GOING ON HERE…..WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE….???”
It is time for us to take back our Federal and State governments. We all need to start a large coalition. First we need to start a national referendum to reduce all pay to $48,000 dollars on, all of our government employees. This will take the career with perks out of being a politician, and make them do what was intended in the first place: work for the American people!! We also need to start recall petitions and or special elections to get all of the corrupt politicians out of office. It is also time to start impeaching all Judges, that cannot uphold the Constitution. As American Citizens, We have the Constitutional Right to do this!!!
Your article – healthcare is not a right – is wrong. The people pay all the bills for this country – including the ones we don’t choose and don’t want but we want healthcare to be accessible to all and it has not been – due to the greed of insurance companies. If you haven’t experienced denied tests that your doctor said you needed or refused payment for prescriptions that your doctor gave you – then you are lucky and you need to be sick to the point that you see the negative side of the way things are now. Healthcare is not just for the rich – but that’s how it is now unless you are lucky enough to get a job that provides it. Try getting insurance if you have high cholesterol that is controlled by medicine – you’ll get turned down. Try getting private pay insurance at your age – I think the price will surprise you. So – go look at both sides of the issue – not just the one that fits you best. We have the right to what we pay for and we pay into the medicare system and everything else. I don’t mind a tax increast to pay for healthcare but I do mind insurance companies that pick and choose who they will insure and then charge more and more as you get older and are less able to earn and pay for it. That is my side of insurance – try it sometime.
