    The outgoing Chair of the Council of Europe’s Sub-committee on Health, Wolfgang Wodarg, said that his panel’s investigation into the 2009 swine flu outbreak has found that the pandemic was a fake hoax manufactured by pharmaceutical companies in league with the WHO to make vast profits while endangering public health.

    The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, a 47 nation body encompassing democratically elected members of parliament, began hearings last month to investigate whether the H1N1 swine flu pandemic was falsified or exaggerated in an attempt to profit from vaccine sales.

    Wodarg said that governments were “threatened” by special interest groups within the pharmaceutical industry as well as the WHO to buy the vaccines and inject their populations without any reasonable scientific reason for doing so.

      Awesome! I just listened to the vids. There needs to be compensation for all those who died, were crippled and those who lost their jobs because of this hoax, not to mention the drain on national budgets around the world. This has been very serious and lengthy crime spree. One thing I noticed… He said there is no one above WHO, no legal framework to keep them in check. Sounds very elitist, no one to challenge them. Prosecute for crimes against humanity, including the top vaccine salesman! Mr. O.

    All opponents of the illegal, unconstitutional, and failed Federal Reserve system must now realize that this is the hour of action. Geithner ought to be accompanied on his trip home by White House economic czar Larry Summers, the woman-hating former president of Harvard who managed to destroy about a third of the Harvard endowment as a result of his fanatical devotion to the riskiest of financial derivatives.     It’s funny that you mention the mind-reading scanners. I heard some comedian talking about airport security and how they can’t get it right, but casinos can bust people counting cards in their heads. If it was that important to people, we would have private security companies just like the casinos. I’ve heard Dr. Paul speak on the virtues of private security instead of the FAA, I feel that the TSA could also be outperformed if there were competitive firms out there gunning for the job.

        While I understand your frustration, we need to remember that we Americans put ourselves in this situation cause we all wanted Hollywood lifestyles and didn’t want to do the work the “illegals” will do for a fraction of what “Americans” would charge. Having lived in seven countries, I can tell you that we have the lowest cost of living I have ever experienced. But it is because our government subsidizes the farmers, the auto industry and everyone else. But we have come to expect that so when there is an industry that is not subsidized we get upset about the high prices. Gasoline should be $6.00 per gallon so we could wean ourselves off foreign oil, but, hey we all want SUVs, right?

        I fear we are all hypocrites expecting too much from others and not enough from ourselves. I love my country, but we have grown fat and lazy. We need to get back to supporting a manufacturing economy, but that means you won’t be able to afford all those nice little toys we all like, because they will cost more in order to pay a livable wage to the US worker thad made them.

        Simpe economics.

My mom cooked and cleaned for the neighbor who was sick , and helped her and her family until she could back on her feet.
          It isn’t the middleclass who hires illegals to do their landscaping! Its the Rich in this country who started that mess.
          My neighbor worked in the “slaughter houses” , and he was a white german with a trade, who took pride in his work until the place started doing everything wrong to the animals ……..and wrong for human consumption…….and now get illegals to do the job…….because yes , we Americans will not cow down to Corporations who are without a conscious for humanity and are harming our enviroment for profit………they had to leave the country they had dumped so much pollution into our air and water and soil and consequently our bodies ……..causing nearly a genocide of the people of this United States that , yah they had to move out and pollute the rest of the world……..

          We the people do not need them……we can build our own towns and help each other by investing in citizen owned businesses……..we can build what we consume ourselves………we can grow our own towns food products…….if we can get the government out of our business………..

            We should be refining our own crude, and gasoline should be about $1.60 a gallon after a few years of paying for the refinery construction.

    The majority of digital imaging devices (camera, scanner, printer, copier, video camera, etc) manufactured since the early 1990’s (and that number has drastically increased) embeds a unique series of coded dots into every image they produce. These embeded dots, or slight alteration of the color of pixels-not visible to the naked eye and invisible to most digital photo editing software is referred to as Steganography and has been used to conceal information in images since the middle 1400’s. .

    This code, with the right software (used almost exclusively by the UNITED STATES government for whom the digital steganography technology was developed) reveals the digital imaging device manufacture (HP, Xerox, Epson, etc), the serial number of that device, and in most instances a time stamp. In 2005 the independent civil liberties group Electronic Frontier Foundation cracked the codes for DocuColor printers, publishing the results on their website.

    Being that we are balls deep in a war on terror, and that it has been the federal governments continued practice to treat everyone like a terrorist to catch a few, and with Sony’s attribution of GPS in their latest series of high end personal use video cameras it is more a matter of time than it is question as to when a GPS cordinate will also be embedded into these digital images-without the users prior knowledge, consent, or constitutional rights.

    On a side note, few Americans are aware that BY LAW, all cell phones manufactured and sold within the UNITED STATES after 2005 are REQUIRED to have GPS technology. Fewer still that as a result of the “PATRIOT” Act the UNITED STATES government can without warrant wiretap and monitor any and all cell phone activity. And not just what one is conversing or texting, both the phones internal microphone and camera are accessible for real time monitoring-even if user has “turned their phone off.”

    Since 9/11 the UNITED STATES government has done exactly that. Monitoring the calls of over 200 million Americans, in what the CIA referred to as ‘data mining.’ But this monitoring began long before 9/11. (see program: ECHELON). Just how many “terrorists” has our federal government nabbed using this technique? There lips are sealed. Apparently the only people entitled to any privacy in this country anymore are those who supposidly derive their power from the “voters.”

    A pacified, uneducated lot of people who think they are actually voting for someone who is going to run the country based on campaign promises… show me a president that’s tried doing that since JFK-republican or otherwise. It amazes me, just how little people seem to either care or how powerless they’ve been made to feel.

    “There’s nothing I can do about it.” “They won’t listen to me.” And they’re right. But us on the otherhand: we, we have always had the power. Whether we will have the power when the publics pacivity and ignorance forces awarness of just how corrupt, and backwards our government has become I don’t know. Power is only maintained by those who excercise it. Power cannot be delegated to poltiicians living in the District of Columbia. A parcel of federated land not governed by the same laws and statues they pass down onto the blinded American public.

    How foolish of us to think any notion of individual sovereignty remains when our so called “elected candidates” campaign orginatizations are funded in the majority by the same private banking institutions which own our Federal Reserve (see JP Morgan) which as we should all know and don’t, is not Federal, a Reserve, or a Bank.     It seems Steganography would be a more appropriate description of attempting to figure out just what in the hell is goining on in Washington. But what can can it tell us about a digital image? Well for starters it can tell us what kind of device created the image, the manufacturer of that device, and the serial number of that device, and a time stamp telling us when that image was created. In the future it is hardly inconceivable that the code will also tell us where the image was taken-if it can’t already.

    So we now know when, where, and with what technology a digital image was created.

    With the consolidation of this technology and several others, such as Point of Sale (a.k.a. Point of Purchase,) the rest comes into play. With the advent of Check 21, another wonderful law signed into existence by our federal government made payment by check electronic. It’s estimated within the decade that all fiat currency will be made electronic, by means of RFID technology or something similar-bringing the most important piece of the puzzle into frame: who bought the digital imaging device.

    So that now every picture you take with a digital camera has your signature on it, and you didn’t even know it. And you can’t turn it off.

      This does not mean that the Real ID Act of 2005 (Or Pass ID) can not be reformed…just by writing your congressmen.
      17 States have rejected the Real ID Act…saying it is un constitutional.

    NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!

    Last night I watch Jay Rockefeller conduct the first congressional hearing on cell phone usage in the car. He doesn’t really want it to go through congress and the usual procedure for creating a law. Even he is asserting himself like a dictator, disregard for the constitution. He wants a bill to pass in a hurry (why?), saying we don’t have time to wait (why?) to stop the deaths that occur by distracted drivers (really?).

    This is how it begins, with an appeal that sounds somewhat acceptable and reasonable. But what he is really after is moving towards the police state so cops will have the legal right to and be focused on overly surveiling and monitoring the public, charging them like a drunk driver. Who DOESN’T have a cell phone?!!

    There is a law on the books now that Obama signed. You can actually be accused for crimes you have not yet committed. That means they can make up stuff. (We should use this one on him and the rest of them now, for devastating the economy of America) All these laws are going to add up to one big police state.

    Rockefeller is one of the elite. They are not concerned about our welfare. Their concerns are control over others, money.

    Another option he suggested and he really liked this one… is to have technology developed to interfere with the cell phone transmission so your cell phone would be virtually useless while inside your car. No one would be able to dial 911 if they needed to. No one would be able to call anyone for any emergency reason, or if it was unsafe for them to get out of their car for some reason. Women would especially not like access to their phones in case of an emergecy or threat. I got my cell phoneprimarily for emergency reasons!

    I’m thinking that if they did have a round up, and we were driving out and about, stopped at a check point…we would not be able to let family members know what was happening.

    They only lightly talked about the distraction of GPS systems, TVs in cars, putting on makeup, eating a hamburger. How about CDs, changing the radio station, a pretty girl on the street? We might end up wearing burkas! Are we going to make all those distractions illegal too?

    This guy Rockefeller is obsessed with controlling other people. Some states have already moved on making cell phone usage in cars illegal. Rockefeller said he doesn’t care about overstepping State rights.

    I’m an American citizen living in the United Kingdom, and if you think that the warnings about a ‘big brother’ state are exaggerated, think again. In the last couple of years (all in the interests of catching terrorists, of course), the UK government has authorised extending the use of covert surveillance to all public servants. This means that the local councillor who lives 9 doors down from me is allowed to wiretap my telephone, the BBC can place tracking devices on my vehicle, the local ambulance service can inspect my trash, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society read my emails, etc. I just read a statistic that said that 1 in 78 individuals in this country has been subjected to surveillance. We have about 60 million people here and 2 million CCTV cameras. We have license plate recognition software so our movements around the country can be tracked by computers. I live in a Big Brother state already – please, PLEASE, don’t let this happen to the United States of America. I beg you all to write your senators and demand the repeal of the Patriot Act! Thank you,

        It’s been my experience that there are only two kinds of people in this world. There are those of us who take pleasure in seeing the people around us happy and successful, and then there are those who take pleasure in inflicting every ounce of strife and misery they can on those around them because doing so makes them feel powerful.

        Unfortunately, the former constitute about 30 % of the worlds population and the latter the remaining 70 %, so those like you and me seldom win. We do have the intelligence however, so if enough of us work together toward our common objectives, then it is possible that on few and rare occasions, the 70 % may be overcome.

      Well If Michael Moore had his way, America would become a likeness of the former Soviet Union, so you can’t give a lot of credibility to anything he produces. Any and all of his productions are motivated by the same banks he accuses Ronald Reagan of supporting and are severely twisted in order to try and sway public opinion in support of their cravings for power. He has been duped by the politically correct propaganda promoted by same as he dreams of the same power for himself. Envy and power are his only motivations, just as those of the people he unwittingly is helping to accomplish their objectives.       2 % of America’s population owned 95 % of the money long before Ronald Reagan and now 1/10th of 1 %, the Banks, owns all of it and are not putting anything back in to circulation for us. Regardless of anything Reagan may or may not have had to do with this, Bush and Obama, and every other president since the establishment of the Federal Reserve are equally guilty, and the one who may have posed a threat to their power was assassinated by the Banks as well. Under the Reagan Administration, the American people regained many freedoms they had lost, and he is also primarily responsible for the destruction of world communism (Moore’s political philosophy), so among them he is definitely one of the better ones, if not the best of all of them.

Yes the Fed was in power before he was, but Reagan was the breaker of our unions (starting with air traffic controller), he caused the downfall of the working man & subsequent out-sourcing of all our jobs to foreign countries. His friendship with Gorbechev enabled an already failing Soviet Union to let the Wall be taken down, while the Soviet Union dispersed into many corrupt fragments with 100’s of Nuclear weapons gone missing. Reagan didn’t do shit for the American people except hasten their downfall. He & his war on drugs & the losing of nuclear weapons (God knows who has them now)plus the breaking of the backs of the middleclass( the backbone of our country), he was one of the worst presidents in American History.

      You cannot go by sight when making a judgment call.
      People tend to compartmentalize issues when really they are all parts of bringing down a government to implement a new order. The same people who bring down the financial system are the same ones doing everything else. They each have their “specialty”. Obama is the salesman, the friendly image to make people think he is their savior, hope and someone they can trust.

      On the campaign trail, he said “we the people” would be on the same plan as congress. He hedged that question in a white house meeting aired today with Michael Smerconish, radio host. There probably will be a youtube video. Never said, Oh, I did say that didn’t I? or that it is still a possibility. He wants these plans separate so congress is protected from and not subjected to what’s wrong in his healthcare plan for “we the people”.

      I will be posting! What I hope to hear soon is that Jane Bergermeister’s case has gone forward and the guilty are in jail BEFORE anything bad happens! Someone has to be a hero in the court system. There are just too many crazy people making decisions for the rest of us. They need some serious psychological treatment for a very long time. These depopulation, thoughts of murder, don’t come from healthy minds.

    Discriminating Forefathers
    If there is a stain on the record of our forefathers, a dark hour in the earliest history of the American Colonies, it would be the hanging of the “witches” at Salem.

    But that was a pinpoint in place and time–a brief lapse into hysteria. For the most part, our seventeenth century colonists were scrupulously fair, even in fear.

    There was one group of people they feared with reason–a society, you might say, whose often insidious craft had claimed a multitude of victims, ever since the middle ages in Europe.

    One group of people were hated and feared from Massachusetts Bay to Virginia. The Magistrate would not burn them at the stake although surely a great many of the colonists would have surely recommended such a solution. Our forefathers were baffled by them.

    In the first place where did they come from? Of all who sailed from England to Plymouth in 1620, not one of them was aboard.

    “VERMIN.” That’s what the Colonist called them. Parasites who fed on human misery, spreading sorrow and confusion wherever they went.

    “DESTRUCTIVE.” they were called.

    And still they were permitted co-existence with the colonists. For a while, anyway. Of course there were colonial laws prohibiting the practice of their infamous craft. Somehow a way was always found around all those laws.

    In 1641, Massachusetts Bay colony took a novel approach to the problem. The governors attempted to starve the “devils” out of existence through economic exclusion. They were denied wages, and thereby it was hoped that they would perish.

    Four years later, Virginia followed the example of Massachusettes Bay and for a while it seemed that the dilema had been resolved.

    It had not, somehow the parasites managed to survive, and the mere nearness of them made the colonists skin crawl.

    In 1658, in Virginia, the final solution: Banishment; EXILE. The “treacherous ones” were cast out of the colony. At last, after decades of enduring the psychological gloom, the sun came out and the birds sang, and all was right with the world. And the elation continued for a generation.

    I’m not sure why the Virginians eventually allowed the outcasts to return, but they did. In 1680 after twenty-two years, the despised ones were readmitted to the colony on the condition that they be subjected to the strictest surveillance.

    How soon we forget!!

    For indeed over the next half century or so, the imposed restrictions were slowly, quietly swept away. And those whose treachery had been feared since the middle ages ultimatly took their place in society.

    You see, the “vermin” that once infested colonial America, the parasites who prayed on the misfortunes of their neighbors until finally they were officially banished from Virginia, those dreaded, despised, outcasts masters of confusion were lawyers.

    U.S. troops returning from duty in Iraq will be carrying out homeland patrols in America from October 1st in complete violation of Posse Comitatus for the purposes of helping with “civil unrest and crowd control” – which could include dealing with unruly Americans after a complete economic collapse.

    This shocking admission was calmly reported on September 8th by the Army Times website, which reports that from the beginning of next month the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team “Will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.”

    The article notes that the deployment “marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.”

    The purpose of the unit’s patrols includes helping “with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.”

Would you want to live in a world where everyone knew everything about everyone?

And in case you’re wondering, that’s not where we’re headed. Instead, we’re blindly marching towards a dark future where the government knows everything about you but you know nothing about the government.

Remember the media’s hysterical outcry when Obama’s passport details were illegally accessed during the Democratic primaries in 2008? The fact that the privacy of regular citizens is routinely subjected to much more serious abuse was conveniently ignored.

The “Patriot” Act, which was supposed to fight terrorism, allows the government to snoop on average citizens, obtain nationwide search warrants without local judicial oversight, monitor private Internet usage (that includes our emails and surfing habits), search our homes and offices without our knowledge, and force libraries and bookstores to turn over our reading records.

There is no financial privacy left in this country. Banks have become a one stop shop for overzealous government snoops and other privacy violators, and we’ve been working overtime to impose our paranoid “Know Your Customer” standards on the rest of the world.

Medical privacy has deteriorated in a similar manner. Our medical records are being transcribed in India and insurance companies and other entities have the right to access our medical history any time they choose.

Ron Paul is one of the nation’s foremost defenders of our privacy. He keeps fighting against misguided Know Your Customer rules and the misnamed “Patriot” Act.

    The outgoing Chair of the Council of Europe’s Sub-committee on Health, Wolfgang Wodarg, said that his panel’s investigation into the 2009 swine flu outbreak has found that the pandemic was a fake hoax manufactured by pharmaceutical companies in league with the WHO to make vast profits while endangering public health.

    The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, a 47 nation body encompassing democratically elected members of parliament, began hearings last month to investigate whether the H1N1 swine flu pandemic was falsified or exaggerated in an attempt to profit from vaccine sales.

    Wodarg said that governments were “threatened” by special interest groups within the pharmaceutical industry as well as the WHO to buy the vaccines and inject their populations without any reasonable scientific reason for doing so.

There needs to be compensation for all those who died, were crippled and those who lost their jobs because of this hoax, not to mention the drain on national budgets around the world. This has been very serious and lengthy crime spree. One thing I noticed… He said there is no one above WHO, no legal framework to keep them in check. Sounds very elitist, no one to challenge them.     It’s funny that you mention the mind-reading scanners. I heard some comedian talking about airport security and how they can’t get it right, but casinos can bust people counting cards in their heads. If it was that important to people, we would have private security companies just like the casinos. I’ve heard Dr. Paul speak on the virtues of private security instead of the FAA, I feel that the TSA could also be outperformed if there were competitive firms out there gunning for the job.

        While I understand your frustration, we need to remember that we Americans put ourselves in this situation cause we all wanted Hollywood lifestyles and didn’t want to do the work the “illegals” will do for a fraction of what “Americans” would charge. Having lived in seven countries, I can tell you that we have the lowest cost of living I have ever experienced. But it is because our government subsidizes the farmers, the auto industry and everyone else. But we have come to expect that so when there is an industry that is not subsidized we get upset about the high prices. Gasoline should be $6.00 per gallon so we could wean ourselves off foreign oil, but, hey we all want SUVs, right?

        I fear we are all hypocrites expecting too much from others and not enough from ourselves. I love my country, but we have grown fat and lazy. We need to get back to supporting a manufacturing economy, but that means you won’t be able to afford all those nice little toys we all like, because they will cost more in order to pay a livable wage to the US worker thad made them.

        Simpe economics.

          I shoveled the walks for free ……and the driveway……..we didn’t hire it done…..I would go around the neighborhood and shovel the elderly peoples walks……we helped one another. My mom cooked and cleaned for the neighbor who was sick , and helped her and her family until she could back on her feet.
          It isn’t the middleclass who hires illegals to do their landscaping! Its the Rich in this country who started that mess.
          My neighbor worked in the “slaughter houses” , and he was a white german with a trade, who took pride in his work until the place started doing everything wrong to the animals ……..and wrong for human consumption…….and now get illegals to do the job…….because yes , we Americans will not cow down to Corporations who are without a conscious for humanity and are harming our enviroment for profit………they had to leave the country they had dumped so much pollution into our air and water and soil and consequently our bodies ……..causing nearly a genocide of the people of this United States that , yah they had to move out and pollute the rest of the world……..

          We the people do not need them……we can build our own towns and help each other by investing in citizen owned businesses……..we can build what we consume ourselves………we can grow our own towns food products…….if we can get the government out of our business………..
          We do not want Monsanto harmful seeds and meats.
          We do not want high property taxes………We want to live like the Amish people .
          It s the rich who want the big SUV’s, not the middleclass……Its the rich who drive the gas guzzlers……..GM said right before congress …..that they built the Cadillac SUV and the Hummer for the rich ……they were making so much money on those they didn’t want to stop and make a hybrid…….
          My wages stayed the same for 25 yrs while cars and houses went up 1000%
          We the working class were purposely put under Corporate oppression so we could never catch up and then with Credit Cards and that debt…….they knew we would consume our way right into poverty ………..
          We the People did not do this to our selves……
          And we the people are finally waking up to how government and corporations are Big Buddies……..and policies that the government makes has never been for the people but for them for taxes and the corporations to make a profit…..
          Bottomline……..we have been scammed , duped, and dumped………..
          Now they are both going overseas to dump on some more innocent people…..

    The majority of digital imaging devices (camera, scanner, printer, copier, video camera, etc) manufactured since the early 1990’s (and that number has drastically increased) embeds a unique series of coded dots into every image they produce. These embeded dots, or slight alteration of the color of pixels-not visible to the naked eye and invisible to most digital photo editing software is referred to as Steganography and has been used to conceal information in images since the middle 1400’s. .

    This code, with the right software (used almost exclusively by the UNITED STATES government for whom the digital steganography technology was developed) reveals the digital imaging device manufacture (HP, Xerox, Epson, etc), the serial number of that device, and in most instances a time stamp. In 2005 the independent civil liberties group Electronic Frontier Foundation cracked the codes for DocuColor printers, publishing the results on their website.

    Being that we are balls deep in a war on terror, and that it has been the federal governments continued practice to treat everyone like a terrorist to catch a few, and with Sony’s attribution of GPS in their latest series of high end personal use video cameras it is more a matter of time than it is question as to when a GPS cordinate will also be embedded into these digital images-without the users prior knowledge, consent, or constitutional rights.

    On a side note, few Americans are aware that BY LAW, all cell phones manufactured and sold within the UNITED STATES after 2005 are REQUIRED to have GPS technology. Fewer still that as a result of the “PATRIOT” Act the UNITED STATES government can without warrant wiretap and monitor any and all cell phone activity. And not just what one is conversing or texting, both the phones internal microphone and camera are accessible for real time monitoring-even if user has “turned their phone off.”

    Since 9/11 the UNITED STATES government has done exactly that. Monitoring the calls of over 200 million Americans, in what the CIA referred to as ‘data mining.’ But this monitoring began long before 9/11. (see program: ECHELON). Just how many “terrorists” has our federal government nabbed using this technique? There lips are sealed. Apparently the only people entitled to any privacy in this country anymore are those who supposidly derive their power from the “voters.”

    A pacified, uneducated lot of people who think they are actually voting for someone who is going to run the country based on campaign promises… show me a president that’s tried doing that since JFK-republican or otherwise. It amazes me, just how little people seem to either care or how powerless they’ve been made to feel.

    “There’s nothing I can do about it.” “They won’t listen to me.” And they’re right. But us on the otherhand: we, we have always had the power. Whether we will have the power when the publics pacivity and ignorance forces awarness of just how corrupt, and backwards our government has become I don’t know. Power is only maintained by those who excercise it. Power cannot be delegated to poltiicians living in the District of Columbia. A parcel of federated land not governed by the same laws and statues they pass down onto the blinded American public.

    How foolish of us to think any notion of individual sovereignty remains when our so called “elected candidates” campaign orginatizations are funded in the majority by the same private banking institutions which own our Federal Reserve (see JP Morgan) which as we should all know and don’t, is not Federal, a Reserve, or a Bank. If you or I were to practice Fractional Reserve Banking we’d be thrown in jail. Just ask Bernie Madoff.

    It seems Steganography would be a more appropriate description of attempting to figure out just what in the hell is goining on in Washington. But what can can it tell us about a digital image? Well for starters it can tell us what kind of device created the image, the manufacturer of that device, and the serial number of that device, and a time stamp telling us when that image was created. In the future it is hardly inconceivable that the code will also tell us where the image was taken-if it can’t already.

    So we now know when, where, and with what technology a digital image was created.

    With the consolidation of this technology and several others, such as Point of Sale (a.k.a. Point of Purchase,) the rest comes into play. With the advent of Check 21, another wonderful law signed into existence by our federal government made payment by check electronic. It’s estimated within the decade that all fiat currency will be made electronic, by means of RFID technology or something similar-bringing the most important piece of the puzzle into frame: who bought the digital imaging device.

    So that now every picture you take with a digital camera has your signature on it, and you didn’t even know it. And you can’t turn it off.

    Those XXXXXXX terrorists and their digital cameras.

      This does not mean that the Real ID Act of 2005 (Or Pass ID) can not be reformed…just by writing your congressmen.
      17 States have rejected the Real ID Act…saying it is un constitutional.

    The Distracted Driver Bill, by Jay Rockefeller.
    NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!

    Last night I watch Jay Rockefeller conduct the first congressional hearing on cell phone usage in the car. He doesn’t really want it to go through congress and the usual procedure for creating a law. Even he is asserting himself like a dictator, disregard for the constitution. He wants a bill to pass in a hurry (why?), saying we don’t have time to wait (why?) to stop the deaths that occur by distracted drivers (really?).

    This is how it begins, with an appeal that sounds somewhat acceptable and reasonable. But what he is really after is moving towards the police state so cops will have the legal right to and be focused on overly surveiling and monitoring the public, charging them like a drunk driver. Who DOESN’T have a cell phone?!!

    There is a law on the books now that Obama signed. You can actually be accused for crimes you have not yet committed. That means they can make up stuff. (We should use this one on him and the rest of them now, for devastating the economy of America) All these laws are going to add up to one big police state.

    Rockefeller is one of the elite. They are not concerned about our welfare. Their concerns are control over others, money.

    Another option he suggested and he really liked this one… is to have technology developed to interfere with the cell phone transmission so your cell phone would be virtually useless while inside your car. No one would be able to dial 911 if they needed to. No one would be able to call anyone for any emergency reason, or if it was unsafe for them to get out of their car for some reason. Women would especially not like access to their phones in case of an emergecy or threat. I got my cell phoneprimarily for emergency reasons!

    I’m thinking that if they did have a round up, and we were driving out and about, stopped at a check point…we would not be able to let family members know what was happening.

    They only lightly talked about the distraction of GPS systems, TVs in cars, putting on makeup, eating a hamburger. How about CDs, changing the radio station, a pretty girl on the street? We might end up wearing burkas! Are we going to make all those distractions illegal too?

    This guy Rockefeller is obsessed with controlling other people. Some states have already moved on making cell phone usage in cars illegal. Rockefeller said he doesn’t care about overstepping State rights.

    I’m an American citizen living in the United Kingdom, and if you think that the warnings about a ‘big brother’ state are exaggerated, think again. In the last couple of years (all in the interests of catching terrorists, of course), the UK government has authorised extending the use of covert surveillance to all public servants. This means that the local councillor who lives 9 doors down from me is allowed to wiretap my telephone, the BBC can place tracking devices on my vehicle, the local ambulance service can inspect my trash, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society read my emails, etc. I just read a statistic that said that 1 in 78 individuals in this country has been subjected to surveillance. We have about 60 million people here and 2 million CCTV cameras. We have license plate recognition software so our movements around the country can be tracked by computers. I live in a Big Brother state already – please, PLEASE, don’t let this happen to the United States of America. I beg you all to write your senators and demand the repeal of the Patriot Act! Thank you,

        It’s been my experience that there are only two kinds of people in this world. There are those of us who take pleasure in seeing the people around us happy and successful, and then there are those who take pleasure in inflicting every ounce of strife and misery they can on those around them because doing so makes them feel powerful.

        Unfortunately, the former constitute about 30 % of the worlds population and the latter the remaining 70 %, so those like you and me seldom win. We do have the intelligence however, so if enough of us work together toward our common objectives, then it is possible that on few and rare occasions, the 70 % may be overcome.

      Well If Michael Moore had his way, America would become a likeness of the former Soviet Union, so you can’t give a lot of credibility to anything he produces. Any and all of his productions are motivated by the same banks he accuses Ronald Reagan of supporting and are severely twisted in order to try and sway public opinion in support of their cravings for power. He has been duped by the politically correct propaganda promoted by same as he dreams of the same power for himself. Regardless of anything Reagan may or may not have had to do with this, Bush and Obama, and every other president since the establishment of the Federal Reserve are equally guilty, and the one who may have posed a threat to their power was assassinated by the Banks as well. Under the Reagan Administration, the American people regained many freedoms they had lost, and he is also primarily responsible for the destruction of world communism (Moore’s political philosophy), so among them he is definitely one of the better ones, if not the best of all of them.

        Your cheering for Reagan makes no sense at all. Yes the Fed was in power before he was, but Reagan was the breaker of our unions (starting with air traffic controller), he caused the downfall of the working man & subsequent out-sourcing of all our jobs to foreign countries. His friendship with Gorbechev enabled an already failing Soviet Union to let the Wall be taken down, while the Soviet Union dispersed into many corrupt fragments with 100’s of Nuclear weapons gone missing. Reagan didn’t do shit for the American people except hasten their downfall. He & his war on drugs & the losing of nuclear weapons (God knows who has them now)plus the breaking of the backs of the middleclass( the backbone of our country), he was one of the worst presidents in American History.

    I know……….I was just thinking .. I wish those video’s I watched weren’t true….I’m setting here watching Obama, on C-span, and He’s talking about his healthcare plan. He is so likeable, and seems so honest and so human….God I hope he isn’t a part of that Illuminati group…

      You cannot go by sight when making a judgment call.
      People tend to compartmentalize issues when really they are all parts of bringing down a government to implement a new order. The same people who bring down the financial system are the same ones doing everything else. They each have their “specialty”. Obama is the salesman, the friendly image to make people think he is their savior, hope and someone they can trust.

      On the campaign trail, he said “we the people” would be on the same plan as congress. He hedged that question in a white house meeting aired today with Michael Smerconish, radio host. There probably will be a youtube video. Never said, Oh, I did say that didn’t I? or that it is still a possibility. He wants these plans separate so congress is protected from and not subjected to what’s wrong in his healthcare plan for “we the people”.

      I will be posting! What I hope to hear soon is that Jane Bergermeister’s case has gone forward and the guilty are in jail BEFORE anything bad happens! Someone has to be a hero in the court system. There are just too many crazy people making decisions for the rest of us. They need some serious psychological treatment for a very long time. These depopulation, thoughts of murder, don’t come from healthy minds.

    If there is a stain on the record of our forefathers, a dark hour in the earliest history of the American Colonies, it would be the hanging of the “witches” at Salem.

    But that was a pinpoint in place and time–a brief lapse into hysteria. For the most part, our seventeenth century colonists were scrupulously fair, even in fear.

    There was one group of people they feared with reason–a society, you might say, whose often insidious craft had claimed a multitude of victims, ever since the middle ages in Europe.

    One group of people were hated and feared from Massachusetts Bay to Virginia. The Magistrate would not burn them at the stake although surely a great many of the colonists would have surely recommended such a solution. Our forefathers were baffled by them.

    In the first place where did they come from? Of all who sailed from England to Plymouth in 1620, not one of them was aboard.

    “VERMIN.” That’s what the Colonist called them. Parasites who fed on human misery, spreading sorrow and confusion wherever they went.

    “DESTRUCTIVE.” they were called.

    And still they were permitted co-existence with the colonists. For a while, anyway. Of course there were colonial laws prohibiting the practice of their infamous craft. Somehow a way was always found around all those laws.

    In 1641, Massachusetts Bay colony took a novel approach to the problem. The governors attempted to starve the “devils” out of existence through economic exclusion. They were denied wages, and thereby it was hoped that they would perish.

    Four years later, Virginia followed the example of Massachusettes Bay and for a while it seemed that the dilema had been resolved.

    It had not, somehow the parasites managed to survive, and the mere nearness of them made the colonists skin crawl.

    In 1658, in Virginia, the final solution: Banishment; EXILE. The “treacherous ones” were cast out of the colony. At last, after decades of enduring the psychological gloom, the sun came out and the birds sang, and all was right with the world. And the elation continued for a generation.

    I’m not sure why the Virginians eventually allowed the outcasts to return, but they did. In 1680 after twenty-two years, the despised ones were readmitted to the colony on the condition that they be subjected to the strictest surveillance.

    How soon we forget!!

    For indeed over the next half century or so, the imposed restrictions were slowly, quietly swept away. And those whose treachery had been feared since the middle ages ultimatly took their place in society.

    You see, the “vermin” that once infested colonial America, the parasites who prayed on the misfortunes of their neighbors until finally they were officially banished from Virginia, those dreaded, despised, outcasts masters of confusion were lawyers.

    U.S. troops returning from duty in Iraq will be carrying out homeland patrols in America from October 1st in complete violation of Posse Comitatus for the purposes of helping with “civil unrest and crowd control” – which could include dealing with unruly Americans after a complete economic collapse.

    This shocking admission was calmly reported on September 8th by the Army Times website, which reports that from the beginning of next month the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team “Will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.”

    The article notes that the deployment “marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.”

    The purpose of the unit’s patrols includes helping “with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.”
