In these United States of America, many people cannot afford even basic health insurance. They suffer severely under the present system and have to live under the constant fear of not knowing what they will do if they or their loved ones ever fall seriously ill.
But in many cases, insured individuals aren’t much better off either. In comparison to the exorbitant insurance premiums they pay, the medical care they receive is often very poor.
Additionally, due to the government-enforced monopolies of HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations) and pharmaceutical companies, many patients will never even hear about some of the most effective and non-invasive treatment methods. These natural and inexpensive ways of regaining one’s health are being suppressed by the FDA and the medical establishment not because of safety concerns (they’ve been around for hundreds of years), but because they cannot be patented and would therefore cut into the pharmaceutical industry’s profits.
The current system is most definitely broken, and it must eventually be abolished if we want to regain both our health and our freedom.
But Obamacare is the worst possible answer. All it does is perpetuate a flawed system by forcing everyone to become a client of insurance companies, even those who don’t want to or need to participate.
Why should anyone be forced to subsidize the medical care of others? Very few individuals would personally assault their neighbors at gunpoint and steal thousands of dollars to pay for their own medical needs. How could any freedom loving person agree to delegate such criminal acts to the government by supporting a compulsory health insurance system?
There is only one solution that will lead to true health and true freedom: making health care more affordable. Ron Paul believes that only true free market competition will put pressure on the providers and force them to lower their costs to remain in business. Additionally, Ron Paul wants to change the tax code to allow individual Americans to fully deduct all health care costs from their taxes.
Through these measures and the elimination of government-sponsored health care monopolies a much larger number of people will be able to finally access affordable health care, either by paying for medical insurance or by covering their medical expenses, which are now much lower, out of their own pocket.
As for the poor and the severely ill who can neither obtain insurance nor pay for the medical care they need, Ron Paul offers the following solution in his book “The Revolution: A Manifesto“:
In the days before Medicare and Medicaid, the poor and elderly were admitted to hospitals at the same rate they are now, and received good care. Before those programs came into existence, every physician understood that he or she had a responsibility towards the less fortunate and free medical care was the norm. Hardly anyone is aware of this today, since it doesn’t fit into the typical, by the script story of government rescuing us from a predatory private sector.
Illegal aliens already receive de-facto free health care. Why can’t poor Americans have the same… not as a right, but as a charitable benefit provided by doctors who feel a personal responsibility for their fellow citizens?
Unfortunately, the current medical monopoly corrupts many doctors by rewarding practices that are not in the patients’ best interest. Pharmaceutical companies have a vested interest in not curing people, but getting them permanently addicted to expensive drugs that have many side effects, thereby requiring additional drugs to suppress those side effects. Many doctors are afraid to speak up and question the system for fear of being ostracized by their peers or even losing their license.
Under a liberated health care system prices would come down and additional options would become available, thereby making health care much more affordable. Moral corruption would give way to true compassion, and many doctors would remember their implicit obligation to provide free medical care to those in need, just like they did in the past.

Government has been mismanaging medical care for more than 45 years; for every problem it has created it has responded by exponentially expanding the role of government.
Points to consider:
- No one has a right to medical care. If one assumes such a right, it endorses the notion that some individuals have a right to someone else’s life and property. This totally contradicts the principles of liberty.
- If medical care is provided by government, this can only be achieved by an authoritarian government unconcerned about the rights of the individual.
- Economic fallacies accepted for more than 100 years in the United States has deceived policy makers into believing that quality medical care can only be achieved by government force, taxation, regulations, and bowing to a system of special interests that creates a system of corporatism.
- More dollars into any monopoly run by government never increases quality but it always results in higher costs and prices.
- Government does have an important role to play in facilitating the delivery of all goods and services in an ethical and efficient manner.
- First, government should do no harm. It should get out of the way and repeal all the laws that have contributed to the mess we have.
- The costs are obviously too high but in solving this problem one cannot ignore the debasement of the currency as a major factor.
- Bureaucrats and other third parties must never be allowed to interfere in the doctor/patient relationship.
- The tax code, including the ERISA laws, must be changed to give everyone equal treatment by allowing a 100% tax credit for all medical expenses.
Laws dealing with bad outcomes and prohibiting doctors from entering into voluntary agreements with their patients must be repealed. Tort laws play a significant role in pushing costs higher, prompting unnecessary treatment and excessive testing. Patients deserve the compensation; the attorneys do not. - Insurance sales should be legalized nationally across state lines to increase competition among the insurance companies.
- Long-term insurance policies should be available to young people similar to term-life insurances that offer fixed prices for long periods of time.
- The principle of insurance should be remembered. Its purpose in a free market is to measure risk, not to be used synonymously with social welfare programs. Any program that provides for first-dollar payment is no longer insurance. This would be similar to giving coverage for gasoline and repair bills to those who buy car insurance or providing food insurance for people to go to the grocery store. Obviously, that could not work.
- The cozy relationship between organized medicine and government must be reversed.
Early on medical insurance was promoted by the medical community in order to boost re-imbursements to doctors and hospitals. That partnership has morphed into the government/insurance industry still being promoted by the current administration. - Threatening individuals with huge fines by forcing them to buy insurance is a boon to the insurance companies.
- There must be more competition for individuals entering into the medical field. Licensing strictly limits the number of individuals who can provide patient care. A lot of problems were created in 20th century as a consequence the Flexner Report (1910), which was financed by the Carnegie Foundation and strongly supported by the AMA. Many medical schools were closed and the number of doctors was drastically reduced. The motivation was to close down medical schools that catered to women, minorities and especially homeopathy. We continue to suffer from these changes which were designed to protect physician’s income and promote allopathic medicine over the more natural cures and prevention of homeopathic medicine.
- We must remove any obstacles for people seeking holistic and nutritional alternatives to current medical care. We must remove the threat of further regulations pushed by the drug companies now working worldwide to limit these alternatives.
True competition in the delivery of medical care is what is needed, not more government meddling.

As you know, there are rumblings from different states about separation from the union (Texas and Alaska come to mind). Where would we be without the great resources of these two states? Anyway, if there is to be any type of reform in health care, the program shold be tested in individual states like it is now. (Look at Massachusetts and Tennessee) That way if the program doesn’t work it can be cancelled. Has anyone ever heard of a program run by the US government being cancelled? I haven’t.

I have not heard of any states separating from the union. I have heard of states pushing back on the federal government to stop them in Washington D.C. from exercising powers it does not have over states rights. States are sticking by the constitution on this one, where the rights are spelled out.
Government-run-controlled health care has already been tested. It does not work for many reasons. It’s way to much control for any government to have over individuals. I worked for the State, DSHS, so I know what poor help they offer. I know of the ineptness and laziness of government employees in a large bueaucratic, heiarchial and political organization first hand.
My work ethics intimidated those who worked around me. I would hate to think my health care was reliant upon such mentality as is predominantly within the State. There is a definite difference between government employees and the private sector!
Government is inefficient, care-less, slow, wasteful, newsworthy cases of abuse, fraudulent, meetings, meetings, meetings, planning, planning, planning, but not executing plans, subject to hiring freezes and cutbacks all the time because they are not good with the checkbook, just not your full service, customer care one would like to think.
The news cameras for media interviews were frequent DSHS to blast the State for the wrongful processing of cases that were designed to protect children…that did not. Case workers overwhelmed and overloaded.
By the way, the state gets federal funds to run programs and the States are instructed to meet certain criteria to qualify for the funds…so the feds still control state run programs in this way. (i.e. the feds could say that they want the state to reduce its payouts on claims by so many dollars to continue to get federal funds)
No, I’ll stick with my original response. No, no government-run-controlled health care, especially not this government that is leaning further and further away from the republic and more closely aligned with a dictatorship.

I think it is unfair to say that government run healthcare doesn’t work. If so why does France rank #1 while we rank #37 in the world? Why does our health care cost roughly double of that of France and is much higher than Britian and Canada? Consider this, we rank #37 while Cuba yes Cuba ranks #39. Now I will agree that in many cases the US does have the most advanced health care, however the ability to access that care is the problem. What good is having the best if there isn’t equal access for all? Ask yourself what is better having 5% that has access to the best or 100% that has access to very good health care? Also you hear the comment about Canadians coming to American for the more advanced care, but you don’t hear about the nearly 2 million Americans that travel oversees to receive care that they can’t afford in the US.

I’d like to know who sets the prices on our health care services like the cost of x-rays, kemo, CT Scans, the whole lot of it. Besides doctor and hospital fees, these are the prices, plus the price of drugs, that need to come down so we have affordable healthcare. Insurance is just an additional expense. Obamacare is an additional expense–think of the cost to expand government by 31 more agencies for health care in addition to what they already have and all those government employee paychecks that will increase our taxes! Always costs more than they say, coverage will be less than they say and they can change the coverage and the premium annually. That plan isn’t saving a thing, not my health, not my liberty, not my freedom, not my privacy. And THAT’s waaay too expensive for me!
Besides, government never does anything right. I had a glimpse of this probably 10 years ago…but I never studied it that much, after. Now I will since you brought it my attention.
Going from memory only of what I learned then, I did know that the United States of America is a corporation of England. And that we are the only country in the world whose Capital is not part of our country.
I do know the income tax law that congress sign in 1954 and then canceled it the same day. Meant that we do not have to pay income taxes…because the only place that is to be taxed is Washington D.C. manufacturing companies! And what you sign on your income tax form is a “executive order”, saying that you are volunteering your tax money to the US Treasury. Read what your signing the next time you do your taxes. Judges don’t even know the tax laws, let alone those who work for the IRS. They used to get a monetary reward if they could get the person to pay their back taxes. And of course they have put people in prison’s unlawfully for not paying their income taxes.
Also, if you notice your name is always printed in all caps,on your 1099 or tax forms, cuz you are a financial entity to the government….not a person…but an extension of their made up corporate status. From my understanding of it …wages were never to be taxed! And from what I learned then back 10 years ago…our government has collected $20Trillion dollars in all tax revenues per year since 1982!
Of course, they only budget for small amount of that to run the government, the rest has gone to build a NWO.!

Fluoride and The Phosphate Connection

Cities all over the US purchase hundreds of thousands of gallons of fresh pollution concentrate from Florida – fluorosilicic acid (H2SiF6) – to fluoridate water.
Fluorosilicic acid is composed of tetrafluorosiliciate gas and other species of fluorine gases captured in pollution scrubbers and concentrated into a 23% solution during wet process phosphate fertilizer manufacture. Generally, the acid is stored in outdoor cooling ponds before being shipped to US cities to artificially fluoridate drinking water.
Fluoridating drinking water with recovered pollution is a cost-effective means of disposing of toxic waste. The fluorosilicic acid would otherwise be classified as a hazardous toxic waste on the Superfund Priorities List of toxic substances that pose the most significant risk to human health and the greatest potential liability for manufacturers.
Phosphate fertilizer suppliers have more than $10 billion invested in production and mining facilities in Florida. Phosphate fertilizer production accounts for $800 million in wages per year. Florida’s mines produce 30% of the world supply and 75% of the US supply of phosphate fertilizers. Much of the country’s supply of fluoro-silicic acid for water fluoridation is also produced in Florida.
Phosphate fertilizer manufacturing and mining are not environment friendly operations. Fluorides and radionuclides are the primary toxic pollutants from the manufacture of phosphate fertilizer in Central Florida. People living near the fertilizer plants and mines experience lung cancer and leukemia rates that are double the state average. Much of West Central Florida has become a toxic waste dump for phosphate fertilizer manufacturers. Federal and state pollution regulations have been modified to accommodate phosphate fertilizer production and use: These regulations have included using recovered pollution for water fluoridation.
Radium wastes from filtration systems at phosphate fertilizer facilities are among the most radioactive types of naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM) wastes. The radium wastes are so concentrated they cannot be disposed of at the one US landfill licensed to accept NORM wastes, so manufacturers dump the radioactive wastes in acidic ponds atop 200-foot-high gypsum stacks. The federal government has no rules for its disposal.
During the late 1960s, fluorine emissions were damaging crops, killing fish and causing crippling skeletal fluorosis in livestock. The EPA became concerned and enforced regulations requiring manufacturers to install pollution scrubbers. At that time, the facilities were dumping the concentrated pollution directly into waterways leading into Tampa Bay.
A Phosphate Worse than Death
In the late 1960s, EPA chemist Ervin Bellack worked out the ideal solution to a monumental pollution problem. Because recovered phosphate fertilizer manufacturing waste containS about 19% fluorine, Bellack concluded that the concentrated “scrubber liquor” could be a perfect water fluoridation agent. It was a liquid and easily soluble in water, unlike sodium fluoride – a waste product from aluminum manufacturing. It was also inexpensive.

President Bush is the one who contracted first with China, giving them $2billion to make the first Avian Flu vaccine. Which they told the WHO that they couldn’t make one, for humans that is , since humans can’t get Avian Flu. They tried though for the tune of $2billion.
I think they might be maybe trying to give it to us anyway, to start a real medical problem in our bodies and maybe even a real epidemic.

May 13 (Bloomberg) — The World Health Organization is investigating a claim by an Australian researcher that the swine flu virus circling the globe may have been created as a result of human error.
Adrian Gibbs, 75, who collaborated on research that led to the development of Roche Holding AG’s Tamiflu drug, said in an interview that he intends to publish a report suggesting the new strain may have accidentally evolved in eggs scientists use to grow viruses and drugmakers use to make vaccines. Gibbs said he came to his conclusion as part of an effort to trace the virus’s origins by analyzing its genetic blueprint.
“One of the simplest explanations is that it’s a laboratory escape,” Gibbs said in an interview with Bloomberg Television today. “But there are lots of others.” for more……..

Maine preparing ‘mass vaccination’ of students

AUGUSTA — Maine is preparing for a “mass vaccination” of students to guard against the spread of the H1N1 virus and its more common cousin, seasonal influenza, the state’s top doctor said Friday.
The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention has secured more than 200,000 doses of seasonal influenza vaccine, enough for all of Maine’s school children, said Dr. Dora Anne Mills, CDC director.
She’s urging parents to see that their children receive the seasonal flu vaccination in September. In October, the state expects to receive a supply of H1N1, or swine flu, vaccine from the federal government, and Maine schools will offer free doses to students.
“It really is important for all children in our schools to be vaccinated,” Education Commissioner Susan Gendron told reporters Friday morning at a press conference with Mills and Brenda Harvey, Maine’s Health and Human Services commissioner.
That’s because swine flu is disproportionately affecting young people.
More than half of Maine’s swine flu cases have sickened people — both Maine residents and out-of-staters in Maine — younger than 25, according to Mills. Ninety percent of the cases have struck people 50 and younger, she said.
“That is in vast contrast to seasonal influenza,” Mills said.
Administering the vaccine in schools offers the surest bet of immunizing the population most vulnerable to swine flu’s spread, she said.
“That’s where kids are,” Mills said. “If we don’t offer it in schools, then they have to go to their health care provider, and that will essentially bottleneck the health care system.”
Pregnant woman and health care workers are also at risk for contracting the virus, she said.
While health officials are concerned about the virus’ spread, Mills said, “there is no reason at this point to mandate vaccination.”
Schools are signing up with the state to offer their students swine flu vaccinations, Gendron said. So far, she said, more than 80 districts have signed up, with more expected to enlist before students return to school.
The vaccines will be free to students, with the federal government assuming the tab for the vaccine’s development and distribution to states. Health officials are looking into insurance reimbursements to cover the cost to schools of administering the immunization.
“It’s a real, coordinated effort of all of our resources,” Gendron said.
As Maine health officials prepare efforts to stem the swine flu’s spread with school back in session, they are likely to make use of lessons they picked up this summer responding to the virus’ spread at summer camps.
Thirty-six camps have reported swine flu cases this summer, Mills said, but none had to close.
“We have learned from these camp outbreaks the value of preparation,” she said.
Staff members checked campers’ temperatures when they arrived for the summer, the New York Times reported recently. And the camps have set aside areas to quarantine infected campers and counselors, stocked up on hand sanitizer and taken other hygienic precautions.
As the state undertakes its vaccination effort this fall, Mills said, the efforts might not completely stem the H1N1 virus’ spread.
“H1N1, we’re prepared for a marathon,” she said. “I’m not sure how many miles we’re into it.”

One MASSIVE problem is simple supply and demand. We are 37th in quality of health care and 50th in lifespan, according to the World Health Organization statistics, largely because of a shortage of teaching hospitals, medical schools and not-for-profit public hospitals. Only 1 out of 10 QUALIFIED applicants is allowed into medical school. If there were more doctors and hospitals, the average AMA member would still make more than the average blue-collar worker. And they should. Their average salaries may decrease from $150K to maybe $100K per year, which wouldn’t be good in the eyes of the AMA, whose members definitely don’t want their salaries to go down. But people would have a larger choice of doctors and hospitals to choose from, health care would improve, and normal competition would drive prices down.
Another problem is that the small, not-for-profit county hospitals have been replaced by corporate monopolies. I remember many years ago, when it was published in the local paper that Humana would build a nice, new hospital if the county would just close their old, not-for-profit county hospital. Sure, it built a massive, beautiful brand-new building. It looked great, and several politicians got their pictures in the paper in front of that fancy new hospital. It was a real PR coup for them. But the price of a bed rose from $30 to $500 a night. A Tylenol rose from 10 cents to $11. A bandage rose from $1 to $51. A $2 bedpan now costs $102. It was a great deal for both the politicians and HCA. It was a disaster for the members of the general population who didn’t have really good insurance. If we get sick, we don’t have a choice. It’s either go to the corporate hospital and pay whatever outrageous sum it deems to charge, or die.
Another problem is the prices that hospitals charge their uninsured patients, and the fact that, when an insured patient is billed, the insurance company often pays less for the 80% that it is responsible for, than the supposed 20% that the customer is liable for. Hospitals often claim that the reason for that discrepancy is that the insurance companies would sue them for usury if they tried to charge them the same rates that they charge individuals. And they’re right. We have laws against usury in this country. If a filling station closed all of the rest of the stations within driving range, then used the monopoly position to charge $20 per gallon for gas, the gov’t would enforce the usury laws, and it would be put out of business. But hospitals do the same thing to the uninsured every day, and it’s considered to just be good business. It’s only when a hospital tries to do the same thing to an insurance company that the Fed figures out that those laws exist.
I don’t think that it’s necessarily a bad idea to have a single-payer alternative, if it was done right. Just lump all federal, state, local, and postal insurances into the medicare system. One insurance program for both the aged and all government employees. Then figure out the cost per person, and allow anybody who wants to, to buy into Medicare for the same price that government employees pay. If it’s good enough for Congress, the people’s servants, supposedly, then it’s good enough for the people.
If people can’t afford to buy into Medicare, then open up the teaching hospitals and medical schools for free care for the indigent. The students get better practice, and the people who can’t afford other care, get free medical care. It may not be as good as paid care, but it’s better than the nothing that they have now.

In early April of 2005, after a particularly rainy spring, an influenza epidemic (epi: upon, demic: people) exploded through the maximum-security hospital for the criminally insane where I have worked for the last ten years. It was not the pandemic (pan: all, demic: people) we all fear, just an epidemic. The world is waiting and governments are preparing for the next pandemic. A severe influenza pandemic will kill many more Americans than died in the World Trade Centers, the Iraq war, the Vietnam War, and Hurricane Katrina combined, perhaps a million people in the USA alone. Such a disaster would tear the fabric of American society. Our entire country might resemble the Superdome or Bourbon Street after Hurricane Katrina.
It’s only a question of when a pandemic will come, not if it will come. Influenza A pandemics come every 30 years or so, severe ones every hundred years or so. The last pandemic, the Hong Kong flu, occurred in 1968 – killing 34,000 Americans. In 1918, the Great Flu Epidemic killed more than 500,000 Americans. So many millions died in other countries, they couldn’t bury the bodies. Young healthy adults, in the prime of their lives in the morning, drowning in their own inflammation by noon, grossly discolored by sunset, were dead at midnight. Their body’s own broad-spectrum natural antibiotics, called antimicrobial peptides, seemed nowhere to be found. An overwhelming immune response to the influenza virus – white blood cells releasing large amounts of inflammatory agents called cytokines and chemokines into the lungs of the doomed – resulted in millions of deaths in 1918.
As I am now a psychiatrist, and no longer a general practitioner, I was not directly involved in fighting the influenza epidemic in our hospital. However, our internal medicine specialists worked overtime as they diagnosed and treated a rapidly increasing number of stricken patients. Our Chief Medical Officer quarantined one ward after another as more and more patients were gripped with the chills, fever, cough, and severe body aches that typifies the clinical presentation of influenza A.
Epidemic influenza kills a million people in the world every year by causing pneumonia, “the captain of the men of death.” These epidemics are often explosive; the word influenza comes from Italian (Medieval Latin ?nfluentia) or influence, because of the belief that the sudden and abrupt epidemics were due to the influence of some extraterrestrial force. One seventeenth century observer described it well when he wrote, “suddenly a Distemper arose, as if sent by some blast from the stars, which laid hold on very many together: that in some towns, in the space of a week, above a thousand people fell sick together.”
I guess our hospital was under luckier stars as only about 12% of our patients were infected and no one died. However, as the epidemic progressed, I noticed something unusual. First, the ward below mine was infected, and then the ward on my right, left, and across the hall – but no patients on my ward became ill. My patients had intermingled with patients from infected wards before the quarantines. The nurses on my unit cross-covered on infected wards. Surely, my patients were exposed to the influenza A virus. How did my patients escape infection from what some think is the most infectious of all the respiratory viruses?
My patients were no younger, no healthier, and in no obvious way different from patients on other wards. Like other wards, my patients are mostly African Americans who came from the same prisons and jails as patients on the infected wards. They were prescribed a similar assortment of powerful psychotropic medications we use throughout the hospital to reduce the symptoms of psychosis, depression, and violent mood swings and to try to prevent patients from killing themselves or attacking other patients and the nursing staff. If my patients were similar to the patients on all the adjoining wards, why didn’t even one of my patients catch the flu?
A short while later, a group of scientists from UCLA published a remarkable paper in the prestigious journal, Nature. The UCLA group confirmed two other recent studies, showing that a naturally occurring steroid hormone – a hormone most of us take for granted – was, in effect, a potent antibiotic. Instead of directly killing bacteria and viruses, the steroid hormone under question increases the body’s production of a remarkable class of proteins, called antimicrobial peptides. The 200 known antimicrobial peptides directly and rapidly destroy the cell walls of bacteria, fungi, and viruses, including the influenza virus, and play a key role in keeping the lungs free of infection. The steroid hormone that showed these remarkable antibiotic properties was plain old vitamin D.
All of the patients on my ward had been taking 2,000 units of vitamin D every day for several months or longer. Could that be the reason none of my patients caught the flu? I then contacted Professors Reinhold Vieth and Ed Giovannucci and told them of my observations. They immediately advised me to collect data from all the patients in the hospital on 2,000 units of vitamin D, not just the ones on my ward, to see if the results were statistically significant. It turns out that the observations on my ward alone were of borderline statistical significance and could have been due to chance alone. Administrators at our hospital agreed, and are still attempting to collect data from all the patients in the hospital on 2,000 or more units of vitamin D at the time of the epidemic.
Four years ago, I became convinced that vitamin D was unique in the vitamin world by virtue of three facts. First, it’s the only known precursor of a potent steroid hormone, calcitriol, or activated vitamin D. Most other vitamins are antioxidants or co-factors in enzyme reactions. Activated vitamin D – like all steroid hormones – damasks the genome, turning protein production on and off, as your body requires. That is, vitamin D regulates genetic expression in hundreds of tissues throughout your body. This means it has as many potential mechanisms of action as genes it damasks.
Second, vitamin D does not exist in appreciable quantities in normal human diets. True, you can get several thousand units in a day if you feast on sardines for breakfast, herring for lunch and salmon for dinner. The only people who ever regularly consumed that much fish are peoples, like the Inuit, who live at the extremes of latitude. The milk Americans depend on for their vitamin D contains no naturally occurring vitamin D; instead, the U.S. government requires fortified milk to be supplemented with vitamin D, but only with what we now know to be a paltry 100 units per eight-ounce glass.
The vitamin D steroid hormone system has always had its origins in the skin, not in the mouth. Until quite recently, when dermatologists and governments began warning us about the dangers of sunlight, humans made enormous quantities of vitamin D where humans have always made it, where naked skin meets the ultraviolet B radiation of sunlight. We just cannot get adequate amounts of vitamin D from our diet. If we don’t expose ourselves to ultraviolet light, we must get vitamin D from dietary supplements.
The third way vitamin D is different from other vitamins is the dramatic difference between natural vitamin D nutrition and the modern one. Today, most humans only make about a thousand units of vitamin D a day from sun exposure; many people, such as the elderly or African Americans, make much less than that. How much did humans normally make? A single, twenty-minute, full body exposure to summer sun will trigger the delivery of 20,000 units of vitamin D into the circulation of most people within 48 hours. Twenty thousand units, that’s the single most important fact about vitamin D. Compare that to the 100 units you get from a glass of milk, or the several hundred daily units the U.S. government recommend as “Adequate Intake.” It’s what we call an “order of magnitude” difference.
Humans evolved naked in sub-equatorial Africa, where the sun shines directly overhead much of the year and where our species must have obtained tens of thousands of units of vitamin D every day, in spite of our skin developing heavy melanin concentrations (racial pigmentation) for protecting the deeper layers of the skin. Even after humans migrated to temperate latitudes, where our skin rapidly lightened to allow for more rapid vitamin D production, humans worked outdoors. However, in the last three hundred years, we began to work indoors; in the last one hundred years, we began to travel inside cars; in the last several decades, we began to lather on sunblock and consciously avoid sunlight. All of these things lower vitamin D blood levels. The inescapable conclusion is that vitamin D levels in modern humans are not just low – they are aberrantly low.
About three years ago, after studying all I could about vitamin D, I began testing my patient’s vitamin D blood levels and giving them literature on vitamin D deficiency. All their blood levels were low, which is not surprising as vitamin D deficiency is practically universal among dark-skinned people who live at temperate latitudes. Furthermore, my patients come directly from prison or jail, where they get little opportunity for sun exposure. After finding out that all my patients had low levels, many profoundly low, I started educating them and offering to prescribe them 2,000 units of vitamin D a day, the U.S. government’s “Upper Limit.”
Could vitamin D be the reason none of my patients got the flu? In the last several years, dozens of medical studies have called attention to worldwide vitamin D deficiency, especially among African Americans and the elderly, the two groups most likely to die from influenza. Cancer, heart disease, stroke, autoimmune disease, depression, chronic pain, depression, gum disease, diabetes, hypertension, and a number of other diseases have recently been associated with vitamin D deficiency. Was it possible that influenza was as well?
Then I thought of three mysteries that I first learned in medical school at the University of North Carolina: (1) although the influenza virus exists in the population year-round, influenza is a wintertime illnesses; (2) children with vitamin D deficient rickets are much more likely to suffer from respiratory infections; (3) the elderly in most countries are much more likely to die in the winter than the summer (excess wintertime mortality), and most of that excess mortality, although listed as cardiac, is, in fact, due to influenza.
Could vitamin D explain these three mysteries, mysteries that account for hundreds of thousands of deaths every year? Studies have found the influenza virus is present in the population year-around; why is it a wintertime illness? Even the common cold got its name because it is common in cold weather and rare in the summer. Vitamin D blood levels are at their highest in the summer but reach their lowest levels during the flu and cold season. Could such a simple explanation explain these mysteries?
The British researcher, Dr. R. Edgar Hope-Simpson, was the first to document the most mysterious feature of epidemic influenza, its wintertime surfeit and summertime scarcity. He theorized that an unknown “seasonal factor” was at work, a factor that might be affecting innate human immunity. Hope-Simpson was a general practitioner who became famous in the late 1960′s after he discovered the cause of shingles. British authorities bestowed every prize they had on him, not only because of the importance of his discovery, but because he made the discovery own his own, without the benefit of a university appointment, and without any formal training in epidemiology (the detective branch of medicine that methodically searches for clues about the cause of disease).
After his work on shingles, Hope-Simpson spent the rest of his working life studying influenza. He concluded a “seasonal factor” was at work, something that was regularly and predictably impairing human immunity in the winter and restoring it in the summer. He discovered that communities widely separated by longitude, but which shared similar latitude, would simultaneously develop influenza. He discovered that influenza epidemics in Great Britain in the 17th and 18th century occurred simultaneously in widely separated communities, before modern transportation could possibly explain its rapid dissemination. Hope-Simpson concluded a “seasonal factor” was triggering these epidemics. Whatever it was, he was certain that the deadly “crop” of influenza that sprouts around the winter solstice was intimately involved with solar radiation. Hope-Simpson predicted that, once discovered, the “seasonal factor” would “provide the key to understanding most of the influenza problems confronting us.”
Hope-Simpson had no way of knowing that vitamin D has profound effects on human immunity, no way of knowing that it increases production of broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptides, peptides that quickly destroy the influenza virus. We have only recently learned how vitamin D increases production of antimicrobial peptides while simultaneously preventing the immune system from releasing too many inflammatory cells, called chemokines and cytokines, into infected lung tissue.
In 1918, when medical scientists did autopsies on some of the fifty million people who died during the 1918 flu pandemic, they were amazed to find destroyed respiratory tracts; sometimes these inflammatory cytokines had triggered the complete destruction of the normal epithelial cells lining the respiratory tract. It was as if the flu victims had been attacked and killed by their own immune systems. This is the severe inflammatory reaction that vitamin D has recently been found to prevent.
I subsequently did what physicians have done for centuries. I experimented, first on myself and then on my family, trying different doses of vitamin D to see if it has any effects on viral respiratory infections. After that, as the word spread, several of my medical colleagues experimented on themselves by taking three-day courses of pharmacological doses (2,000 units per kilogram per day) of vitamin D at the first sign of the flu. I also asked numerous colleagues and friends who were taking physiological doses of vitamin D (5,000 units per day in the winter and less, or none, in the summer) if they ever got colds or the flu, and, if so, how severe the infections were. I became convinced that physiological doses of vitamin D reduce the incidence of viral respiratory infections and that pharmacological doses significantly ameliorate the symptoms of some viral respiratory infections if taken early in the course of the illness. However, such observations are so personal, so likely to be biased, that they are worthless science.
As I waited for the hospital to finish collecting data from all the patients taking vitamin D at the time of the outbreak – to see if it really reduced the incidence of influenza – I decided to research the literature thoroughly, finding all the clues in the world’s medical literature that indicated if vitamin D played any role in preventing influenza or other viral respiratory infections. I worked on the paper for over a year, writing it with Professor Edward Giovannucci of Harvard, Professor Reinhold Vieth of the University of Toronto, Professor Michael Holick of Boston University, Professor Cedric Garland of U.C., San Diego, as well as Dr. John Umhau of the National Institute of Health, Sasha Madronich of the National Center for Atmospheric Research, and Dr. Bill Grant at the Sunlight, Nutrition and Health Research Center. After numerous revisions, we submitted our paper to the same widely respected journal where Dr. Hope-Simpson published most of his work several decades ago.
Epidemiology and Infection, known as The Journal of Hygiene in Hope-Simpson’s day, recently published our paper. The editor, Professor Norman Noah, knew Dr. Hope-Simpson and helped tremendously with the paper. In the paper, we detailed our theory that vitamin D is Hope-Simpson’s long forgotten “seasonal stimulus.” We proposed that annual fluctuations in vitamin D levels explain the seasonality of influenza. The periodic seasonal fluctuations in 25-hydroxy-vitamin D levels, which cause recurrent and predictable wintertime vitamin D deficiency, predispose human populations to influenza epidemics. We raised the possibility that influenza is a symptom of vitamin D deficiency in the same way that an unusual form of pneumonia (pneumocystis carinii) is a symptom of AIDS. That is, we theorized that George Bernard Shaw was right when he said, “the characteristic microbe of a disease might be a symptom instead of a cause.”
In the paper, we propose that vitamin D explains the following 14 observations:
1. Why the flu predictably occurs in the months following the winter solstice, when vitamin D levels are at their lowest,
2. Why it disappears in the months following the summer solstice,
3. Why influenza is more common in the tropics during the rainy season,
4. Why the cold and rainy weather associated with El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO), which drives people indoors and lowers vitamin D blood levels, is associated with influenza,
5. Why the incidence of influenza is inversely correlated with outdoor temperatures,
6. Why children exposed to sunlight are less likely to get colds,
7. Why cod liver oil (which contains vitamin D) reduces the incidence of viral respiratory infections,
8. Why Russian scientists found that vitamin D-producing UVB lamps reduced colds and flu in schoolchildren and factory workers,
9. Why Russian scientists found that volunteers, deliberately infected with a weakened flu virus – first in the summer and then again in the winter – show significantly different clinical courses in the different seasons,
10. Why the elderly who live in countries with high vitamin D consumption, like Norway, are less likely to die in the winter,
11. Why children with vitamin D deficiency and rickets suffer from frequent respiratory infections,
12. Why an observant physician (Rehman), who gave high doses of vitamin D to children who were constantly sick from colds and the flu, found the treated children were suddenly free from infection,
13. Why the elderly are so much more likely to die from heart attacks in the winter rather than in the summer,
14. Why African Americans, with their low vitamin D blood levels, are more likely to die from influenza and pneumonia than Whites are.
Although our paper discusses the possibility that physiological doses of vitamin D (5,000 units a day) may prevent colds and the flu, and that physicians might find pharmacological doses of vitamin D (2,000 units per kilogram of body weight per day for three days) useful in treating some of the one million people who die in the world every year from influenza, we remind readers that it is only a theory. Like all theories, our theory must withstand attempts to be disproved with dispassionately conducted and well-controlled scientific experiments.
However, as vitamin D deficiency has repeatedly been associated with many of the diseases of civilization, we point out that it is not too early for physicians to aggressively diagnose and adequately treat vitamin D deficiency. We recommend that enough vitamin D be taken daily to maintain 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels at levels normally achieved through summertime sun exposure (50 ng/ml). For many persons, such as African Americans and the elderly, this will require up to 5,000 units daily in the winter and less, or none, in the summer, depending on summertime sun exposure.

We are preparing for an H1N1 vaccination campaign. We are making every effort to have a safe and effective H1N1 vaccine available for distribution as soon as mid-October, but it is possible, even probable, that epidemics may begin in different parts of the country before then. I live in a predominant Navy town, active and retired. I spoke with someone I know who is the U.S. Navy. He’s basically navy base police. I asked if he’d heard about a mandatory, forced vaccination preparedness plan that would involve military enforcement. He said, no, that they do not have authority over the public like that. When he goes on missions abroad he cannot even tell his wife where he is exactly or what he is doing. I asked him to tell me if he ever hears of such a plan because I have been reading several articles and have watched several videos on the topic, that it should start this October or before. I let him know the vaccinations can have a lethal side affect and have not been fully tested. He said the military would be one of the first ones to get the vaccinations, always gets them before going overseas. That may be the case only in years past and not true for this upcoming possible pandemic, that is especially if “they” plan to use them for enforcement. The military give and get orders, then have to follow them.
Some people are responding with the belief that America is still way more free than it is, state of denial, not bad enough yet for some, hoax, just not apparent to them yet, still believe the government has our best instersts at heart no matter what they do, etc.
This is the time of revealing the truth and we all receive the truth when we are ready, like it or not. As long as Ron Paul has been saying pretty much the same thing, he is astounded and pleased that so many are now seeing the truth in what he has seen all along. Something will trigger their aha moment, then they will see and there will be no turning back. I think we all turn into researchers at that point so we can make wisest decisions for ourselves. The earth and all who are on it are in a healing process for sure. Me included. It’s a change alright.
For so long man/womankind has yearned for peace on earth. It may be just around the corner, so hold on during the turbulant times. There has to be a cleansing. Believe for better days ahead.

Here is a roundup of thoughts from various sources on the planned swine flu epidemic and what it portends. First, a July 21, 2009 story from Jane Burgermeister, the science journalist who recently brought charges of attempted mass murder against the WHO and others agencies and corporations. WHO moves forward in secrecy to accomplish forced vaccination and population agenda

The WHO has refused to release the Minutes of a key meeting of an advisory vaccine group – packed with executives from Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi – that recommended compulsory vaccinations in the USA, Europe and other countries against the artificial H1N1 “swine flu” virus this autumn. In an email this morning, a WHO spokesperson claimed there are no Minutes of the meeting that took place on July 7th in which guidelines on the need for worldwide vaccinations that WHO adopted this Monday were formulated and in which Baxter and other pharma executives participated.
Under the International Health Regulations, WHO guidelines have a binding character on all of WHO’s 194 signatory countries in the event of a pandemic emergency of the kind anticipated this autumn when the second more lethal wave of the H1N1 virus — which is bioengineered to resemble the Spanish flu virus — emerges.
In short: WHO has the authority to force everyone in those 194 countries to take a vaccine this fall at gunpoint, impose quarantines and restrict travel.
There is verifiable, clear and unambiguous proof that WHO supplied the live bird flu virus to Baxter’s subsidiary in Austria, which was used by Baxter to manufacture 72 kilos of vaccine material in February.
Baxter subsequently sent this material out to 16 labs in four countries under a false label designating the contaminated product as vaccine material, so nearly triggering a global pandemic.

Because Baxter must adhere to strict biosafety level 3 regulations when handling a dangerus virus such as the bird flu virus, the production and distribution of so much pandemic material cannot have been an accident but must have been done by Baxter with criminal intent.
The Austrian police are now investigating after I filed criminal charges in April.
It is increasingly clear that WHO and Baxter are just elements in a much bigger criminal organization that is moving forward in a synchronized and coordinated way to fulfill the “elite” agenda of global population reduction in the coming months and years while putting in place a global government of which WHO will be an arm.
WHO, a UN agency, appears to play a key role in coordinating the activities of labs, vaccine companies and governments to achieve the goal of population reduction and political and economic take over of North America and Europe:
- First, WHO gives funds, support and cover to labs such as the CDC to bioprospect for pathogens, bioengineer them to make them more deadly, and also patent them.
- Second, WHO gives those same deadly bioengineered pathogens to companies such as Baxter in Austria, so that Baxter could use those viruses to deliberately, systematically contaminate vaccine material. If the contamination of the 72 kilos had not been detection on time by a lab technician in the Czech Republic, millions of people would have caught the “bird flu” from the injections.
- Third, in the event of a pandemic, WHO orders a compulsory vaccines for all 194 countries, following “recommendations” by an advisory vaccine group on which executives of Baxter also sit.
- Fourth, WHO awards Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi and other companies lucrative contracts to supply those vaccines.
Furthermore, WHO acquires new global authority on an unseen scale in the event of a pandemic.
Under special pandemic plans enacted around the world including the USA, in 2005, national governments are to be dissolved in the event of a pandemic emergency and replaced by special crisis committees, which take charge of the health and security infrastructure of a country, and which are answerable to the WHO and EU in Europe and to the WHO and UN in North America.
If the Model Emergency Health Powers Act is implemented on the instructions of WHI, it will be a criminal offense for Americans to refuse the vaccine. Police are allowed to use deadly force against “criminal” suspects.
Through their control of these special pandemic crisis committees with the power to enact legislation to be set up most countries, the WHO, UN and EU become the de facto government of a large part of the world.
Mass murder and death will also bring economic collapse and disruption, starvation and wars – and these events will lead to a further population reduction.
To sum up: WHO helps create, distribute and then release the deadly pandemic virus, and this pandemic virus allows WHO to assume control of governments in North America and Europe and also order forced vaccination on populations by the very same companies that have distributed and released the deadly viruses in the first place and all under under the pretext of protecting populations from a pandemic they have created.
The corporate mainstream media owned by the same “elite” group which funds WHO is systematically concealing from the general public the nature of the real danger of these H1N1 jabs by withholding from them key information concerning the interrelated activities of this group of organizations for their mutual profit.
As a result, most people still believe that the H1N1 virus is a natural swine flu when even WHO has officially dropped the term “swine” in tactic acknowledgment of its artificial origin.
Most people still believe the vaccine companies can deliver a cure when the vaccine companies are preparing a lethal series of shots containg live attenuated virus, toxic metals and other poisons.
The two-dose H1N1 shots are designed to disable the immune system and then load that system with a live virus in a process that mirrors the one described in two of WHO’s 1972 memoranda where the technical means for turning vaccines into killers is outlined.
The Strecker Memorandum also reveals that WHO has been actively searching for ways to weaken the immune system.
The best protection against the H1N1 virus that has now been released and that will inevitably become more lethal as it mutates in autumn is colloidal silver and also vitamins to strengthen the immune system, face masks and other such measures.
However, none of the governments in North America or Europe have stocked up on colloidal silver or announced sensible health measures to contain the coming lethal wave.
Instead, there are growing signs, they will use the panic to terrify people into taking the toxic vaccines which are sure to cause injury or damage because of the presence of heavy metals alone.
This mass vaccination will moreover allow ever more lethal strains to emerge and also provide a cover for a release of bird flu virus or other pathogens.
This is why steps need to be taken now to stop the mass vaccinations anticipated in autumn by taking legal action to block the distribution of vaccines and/or laws allowing governments to force people to take vaccinations.
An investigation into this international corporate crime syndicate has to be conducted in every country because it has its tentacles in every country, and to try to initiate this in the USA, I filed charges with the FBI against WHO and the UN among other defendants in June. I included President Obama among the defendants because I believe the time has come to identify and isolate the core members of this international corporate criminal group which has annexed high government office in the USA, and put them in prison once and for all, and there are reports that Obama has direct financial links with Baxter that need to be investigated by law enforcement.
There is evidence the Austrian Health Minister and other officials have been helping Baxter to cover its tracks.
Also, there is clear evidence that elements of the Austrian media are involved in actively spreading lies and misinformation to lull people into a false sense of security concerning Baxter’s manufacture and distribution of pandemic material in Austria this February.
Vital is for individuals and local authorities need to take effective measures to protect against the coming lethal wave of the H1N1 virus to minimize its impact.

Flu protection or “death mask”?
“I believe one of the goals of the swine flu vaccine is depopulation. Perhaps it is the goal of a swine flu epidemic as well, whether bio-warfare or hype around a flu season.
These days, I keep remembering my sense of urgency leaving the Bush Administration in 1991. We had to do something to turn around the economy and gather real assets behind retirement plans and the social safety net. If not, Americans could find themselves deeply out on a limb. I felt my family and friends were in danger. They did not share my concern. They had a deep faith in the system.
As my efforts to find ways of re-engineering government investment in communities failed to win political support, Washington and Wall Street moved forward with a debt bubble and globalization that was horrifying in its implications for humanity.
Overwhelmed by what was happening, I estimated the end result. My simple calculations guessed that we were going to achieve economic sustainability on Earth by depopulating down to a population of approximately 500 million people from our then current global population of 6 billion. I was a portfolio strategist used to looking at numbers from a very high level. Those around me could not fathom how all the different threads I was integrating could lead to such a conclusion. To me, we had to have radical change in how we governed resources or depopulate. It was a mathematical result.
A year later, in 1999, a very capable investment and portfolio strategist asked me if he could come have a private lunch with me in Washington. We sat in a posh restaurant across from the Capitol. He said quietly that he had calculated out where the derivatives and debt bubble combined with globalization were going. The only logical conclusion he could reach was that significant depopulation was going to occur. He said his estimates led to an approximate population of 500 million. I said very quietly, “that’s my estimate too.” I will never forget the look of sadness that crossed his face. I was amazed to find someone else who understood.
It turns out that we were not alone. Sir James Goldsmith had warned of the consequences of GATT in 1994. He described the process under way, involving the loss of land and livelihood for 3 billion people, “…This is the establishment against the rest of society.” Voices were rising around the planet as hardships exploded from global economic warfare and industrialization of agriculture.
As trillions of dollars were shifted out of America by legal and illegal means to reinvest in Asia and emerging markets and to build a global military empire, we left a sovereign nation economic model behind. Finally, the expense and corruption of empire resulted in bailouts of $12-14 trillion, delivering a new financial war chest to the people leading the financial engineering. Now we have exploding unemployment, an exploding federal deficit, an Inspector General for the TARP bailout program predicting that the ultimate bailout cost could rise to $23.7 trillion and a Congressional Budget Director who is concluding that we can no longer afford the social safety net.
That is, unless you change the actuarial assumptions in the budget – like life expectancy. Lowering immune systems and increasing toxicity levels combined with poor food, water and terrorizing stress will help do the trick. Review the history of vaccines rushed into production without proper testing and peer review – it is clear about the potential side effects. In addition, a plague can so frighten and help control people that they will accept the end of their current benefits (and the resulting implications to life expectancy) without objection. And a plague with proper planning can be highly profitable. Whatever the truth of what swine flu and related vaccines are, it can be used as a way to keep control in a situation that is quickly shifting out of control.
In short, an epidemic can be used to offset the inflation of capital with increasing deflation of the value and income of labor and continual demand destruction. It is a great deal of time and money spent on something that will not help build a real economy. The disinformation and control opportunities are profound. They keep the slow burn going. It is the next, meaner face of “the establishment against the rest of society.”
That’s what I believe. I am not an expert. I have no case worth presenting in a court of law. There are hundreds of hours of research on the swine flu and related vaccines that I have not done and I am not going to do. It is just what I believe, listening to the people I respect, and in no small part because if you map out all the financial ecosystems around the issue and people and incentives involved, it seems to me to be the logical conclusion.
Now, if this sounds ludicrous to you, it may be because you do not appreciate how dark the culture has become that is now in charge. Do you have any idea how impossibly frustrating it is to manage a highly centralized system in which the vast majority of people lack any responsibility to ensure that the whole thing works? Everyone wants their free lunch and there are no real markets or democracy to force accountability or a shared intelligence. Force works. Force has increasingly become the way to achieve most everything. Using force is a lot easier that living with rising risk and the costs of subsidizing an aging population….”

“GET READY for your flu shot, everyone. When Obama’s new health care package gains traction, you can bet one of the primary features will be compulsory vaccinations of all participants.
This is especially concerning given the news that HHS Secretary Kathleen Sibelius has just offered $35M to a privately owned company called Protein Sciences to refine its DNA based vaccine against ’swine flu’ (H1N1).
Here’s a disturbing excerpt from the above linked article:
HHS notes, “if this new technology is demonstrated to be safe and effective and the FDA licenses the new technology for flu vaccines, the contract requires the company to …provide a finished vaccine within 12 weeks of pandemic onset and to produce at least 50 million doses of pandemic flu vaccine within six months of pandemic onset.”
Note that it’s the ‘technology’ that will be approved, not the ‘vaccine’. In order to provide a ‘finished vaccine with 12 weeks of pandemic onset’, the DNA-based concoction would have no time to undergo human trials. In other words, you and I will be the guinea pigs.
Also in the news today, another tiny company is making big strides in stocks. Vical, a DNA-based research group (a company that has a licensing agreement with Merck), announced that it has found the golden goose. Vical claims that its H1N1 DNA vaccine is a success in animal trials, and that it can deliver the product quickly through its own trademarked ‘RapidResponse’ technology.
Vical is looking for capital to finance human trials, but with the flu season around the corner, and lots of money on the line, is there really time?
In my second book, The Armageddon Strain, a manufacture H5N1/ebola chimera is set loose in the American southwest. In response to the subsequent epidemic, a new company called BioStrain conveniently steps up with a brand new nanotechnology that involves recombinant DNA. The chip is a killer in more ways than one.
While my book is fiction, the ’swine flu’ pandemic is not. Yes, some claim the infection rates are overblown and that this brand of swine flu is a tempest in a teapot. Whether the severity of the outbreak has been exaggerated makes no difference. If ‘health care’ and/or a state of emergency demand all citizens receive inoculations, then your family and mine will be expected to ‘toe the line’.
Without extensive clinical trials, it’s impossible to know the longterm effects of injecting people with DNA chimeras. However, the implications remind me of Genesis 6. With all the media memes involving transhumanism, is it possible we are being set up to recreate the world of the Watchers?
Generally, I avoid sounding alarm bells, but the notion of an untested recombinant vaccine being forced upon any population chills me to the bone. The tagline of the Armageddon Strain book is ‘Are you ready for your flu shot’? No. No, I’m not. But more importantly, I have to ask: are you ready for the end of life as we know it?….”

“According to information from within the World Health Organization in Geneva, the UN organization supposedly monitoring global health dangers, WHO Director-General Margaret Chan plans to declare a Phase 6 Official Pandemic Alert in the coming days. This bizarre act if declared would come at a time that the country which had to date reported far the latest number of suspected H1N1 cases, the USA, has simply arbitrarily stopped reporting new cases.
If you consider to let your family get scared into taking drugs like Tamiflu that not only do not prevent or even ameliorate symptoms of flu, but in some cases are so toxic they cause severe paralysis, breathing problems and even death, you should at least know the facts before.
The report that WHO may declare an official Pandemic global alert any time is all the more bizarre given the fact that the global wave of cases reported to date to WHO from around the world reportedly have been so mild as to be indistinguishable from the symptoms of ordinary flu.

And the relatively small number of deaths alleged tied to swine flu as it originally was named, appear in no way definitely tied to to H1N1 causes. In a May 28 CDC press briefing, the CDC reported, ‘When we look at our deaths, we have information on 11 of the 12 deaths that have been reported to us so far. And it appears that 10 of those fatalities occurred in people who had an underlying condition that put them at greater risk for severe complications of influenza.’ That is what epidemiologists call correlation not causality or ‘opportunistic infection’ deaths.
European epidemiologists privately believe that there is no proven link between supposed H1N1 Influenza A illness and the deaths, rather that the deaths are ‘coincidence’ or what health professionals term ‘opportunistic infections.’ The CDC report would seem to strengthen that argument.
US CDC stops regular reporting?
Even more bizarre for a supposed pandemic ‘threat to all mankind’ the official monitoring agency in the nation with so far the largest number of reported case counts, which notably include ‘probable’ ad well as ‘confirmed’ H1N1 cases, namely the United States, the CDC announced en passant, on that May 28 press briefing that, ‘beginning next week, we’re going to shift to a different schedule. We’ll be updating our case count information less frequently.’ That statement came from Dr. Anne Schuchat, Deputy Director for Science and Public Health Program of the US Centers for Disease Control. She declined to say what ‘less frequently’ was or even why such a decision was reached at the same time the US Government is dedicating billion dollars fast track funds to drug makers to produce H1N1 vaccines.
Oops! Wait a minute. I thought we were teetering on the edge of declaring a global Pandemic Emergency, Phase 6 where travel restrictions, mandatory quarantine and other extreme steps would be implemented. Then the responsible national agency in the country with something like 67% of all reported cases of H1N1 Swine Flu decided casually not to report so often?
Another anomaly in the increasingly bizarre situation is the release of new WHO Pandemic guidelines on April 20, 2009, conveniently enough just in time to affect the current world pandemic scare. According to a WHO official responsible for the report, the revision of revised 2005 WHO Pandemic guidelines was begun ‘well before the Mexican flu cases were first reported.’ The official spoke off record.
Even more curious is the fact that the latest April 2009 WHO Pandemic response guidelines prescribe the exact same response for Phase 5 (sub-pandemic) and Phase 6 (so-called Pandemic), namely ‘implement actions as called for in their national plans.’ For that we need WHO?
Drug giants gearing up
The situation is becoming a golden harvest for the giant pharmaceutical makers as they receive samples from the CDC to begin producing possible vaccines as well as so-called antiviral drugs like Tamiflu.
The US government recently made available one billion dollars to help big vaccine makers like Sanofi-Aventis and GlaxoSmithKline ready production of new vaccines. Novartis leads the herd with $289 million in federal support, followed by Sanofi Aventis with $191 million and GlaxoSmithKline, which gets $181 million. In addition the US Government had decided to ‘de-risk’ the vaccine production, presumably removing usual safeguards for new vaccines. The US Health and Human Services Department (HHS) is placing orders with manufacturers with which it already has contracts to produce a pandemic vaccine for the never-pandemic H5N1 avian flu. More than $3 billion in federal funds since 2005 have gone toward developing, building manufacturing and stockpiling a vaccine to fight that disease. How long do such vaccines hold in stock?
Fittingly given the bizarre nature of the entire Flying Pigs panic being spread by WHO and CDC, the CDC reports that it expects the first H1N1 approved vaccines to be ready by Halloween. Trick or Treat?….”

No. is a complete sentence. My life is my own. No one else has control over it. I control me.
Get face masks, collidal silver, eat healthy, an akaline diet is best for healing, wash hands, soup broth, good water, rest, relax, use your common sense. Some people have hardy, healthy immune systems and will never be bothered by it. The last scare amounted to nearly nothing and the media had to backpeddle. I believe it was their trail run.
Still amazing to me how they can forecast something now that sounds so catastrophic and foreboding as a flu pandemic, how people are expected to buy into it with no foundational evidence. I’ve not come across an explanation that “they” use to explain how they “know” this will even happen to warrent even talk of a mandatory and hyped up vaccination plan.
We are either motived by love or fear. Their scare ‘n fear tactics are overused and obvious now. I noticed them when baby Bush was in office sounding and acting like a cocky dictator. “All is a stage, we are but actors…”
I do believe this is actually more of a battle of others trying to control our minds. Your mind and your intutition are your own, trust them. You can do that more easily when you are calm (no matter what is going on around you). Breathe and relax.

Remember when the government used to tells us that there wasn’t any deaths from CJD/Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, from eating beef who where infected with Mad-Cow disease? Well, I took care of a man who died of it in a Michigan hospital! And so did other caregivers in that area…in fact I reported it to the Health Department at the time because I wanted to know if I could get it after being exposed to it. My sister is going to sue them if I get it….but they said no, of course it takes 20 yrs to incubate…anyway, on the way out a technician told me that this was the 11th case of it in that county reported, and he was glad I told the doctors there at the health dept about it. I emailed CNN, and alot of news stations about it, but it was always covered up and reporters refused to report it. Of course someone or company didn’t want to be blamed for feeding cows the infected brains, when they are grass eaters not protein eaters…anyway….
While looking up the Flu Vaccine problem now I came across a the CDC site and saw Mad Cow disease listed ..so, I went into it and I see they have a chart that lists how many people have died of CJD since the first case in 1979-2006! !!!!!!!!!! here it is…..
by the way there was a case this past week, reported to CDC, in Canada ..which is where, I see most of our beef is being imported from now..well, actually from Mexico,South America, or Canada…..have you noticed the labels in your grocery stores yet? Isn’t it nice to see even farmers jobs have gone overseas now…, don’t yah just love this government though?

Classic CJD is a human prion disease. It is a neurodegenerative disorder with characteristic clinical and diagnostic features. This disease is rapidly progressive and always fatal. Infection with this disease leads to death usually within 1 year of onset of illness.
Important Note: Classic CJD is not related to “mad cow” disease. Classic CJD also is distinct from “variant CJD”, another prion disease that is related to BSE.

Occurrence and Transmission
Classic CJD has been recognized since the early 1920s. The most common form of classic CJD is believed to occur sporadically, caused by the spontaneous transformation of normal prion proteins into abnormal prions. This sporadic disease occurs worldwide, including the United States, at a rate of approximately one case per 1 million population per year, although rates of up to two cases per million are not unusual. The risk of CJD increases with age, and in persons aged over 50 years of age, the annual rate is approximately 3.4 cases per million. In recent years, the United States has reported fewer than 300 cases of CJD a year.
Whereas the majority of cases of CJD (about 85%) occur as sporadic disease, a smaller proportion of patients (5-15%) develop CJD because of inherited mutations of the prion protein gene. These inherited forms include Gerstmann-Straussler-Scheinker syndrome and fatal familial insomnia.

Oh, but wait, Obama will save them, just like the car and financial insurance corporations and Wall Street…he’ll make us taxpayers pay mandatory premiums or be fined even when unemployment is high and jobs are disappearing by the hundreds of thousands per month, when we are heading for a big financial depression…
