In these United States of America, one of the wealthiest countries on the planet, many people cannot afford even basic health insurance. They suffer severely under the present system and have to live under the constant fear of not knowing what they will do if they or their loved ones ever fall seriously ill.
But in many cases, insured individuals aren’t much better off either. In comparison to the exorbitant insurance premiums they pay, the medical care they receive is often very poor.
Additionally, due to the government-enforced monopolies of HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations) and pharmaceutical companies, many patients will never even hear about some of the most effective and non-invasive treatment methods. These natural and inexpensive ways of regaining one’s health are being suppressed by the FDA and the medical establishment not because of safety concerns (they’ve been around for hundreds of years), but because they cannot be patented and would therefore cut into the pharmaceutical industry’s profits.
The current system is most definitely broken, and it must eventually be abolished if we want regain both our health and our freedom.
But Obamacare is the worst possible answer. All it does is perpetuate a flawed system by forcing everyone to become a client of insurance companies, even those who don’t want to or need to participate.
Why should anyone be forced to subsidize the medical care of others? Very few individuals would personally assault their neighbors at gunpoint and steal thousands of dollars to pay for their own medical needs. How could any freedom loving person agree to delegate such criminal acts to the government by supporting a compulsory health insurance system?
There is only one solution that will lead to true health and true freedom: making health care more affordable. Ron Paul believes that only true free market competition will put pressure on the providers and force them to lower their costs to remain in business. Additionally, Ron Paul wants to change the tax code to allow individual Americans to fully deduct all health care costs from their taxes.
Through these measures and the elimination of government-sponsored health care monopolies a much larger number of people will be able to finally access affordable health care, either by paying for medical insurance or by covering their medical expenses, which are now much lower, out of their own pocket.
As for the poor and the severely ill who can neither obtain insurance nor pay for the medical care they need, Ron Paul offers the following solution in his book “The Revolution: A Manifesto“:
In the days before Medicare and Medicaid, the poor and elderly were admitted to hospitals at the same rate they are now, and received good care. Before those programs came into existence, every physician understood that he or she had a responsibility towards the less fortunate and free medical care was the norm. Hardly anyone is aware of this today, since it doesn’t fit into the typical, by the script story of government rescuing us from a predatory private sector.
Illegal aliens already receive de-facto free health care. Why can’t poor Americans have the same… not as a right, but as a charitable benefit provided by doctors who feel a personal responsibility for their fellow citizens?
Unfortunately, the current medical monopoly corrupts many doctors by rewarding practices that are not in the patients’ best interest. Pharmaceutical companies have a vested interest in not curing people, but getting them permanently addicted to expensive drugs that have many side effects, thereby requiring additional drugs to suppress those side effects. Many doctors are afraid to speak up and question the system for fear of being ostracized by their peers or even losing their license.
Under a liberated health care system prices would come down and additional options would become available, thereby making health care much more affordable. Moral corruption would give way to true compassion, and many doctors would remember their implicit obligation to provide free medical care to those in need, just like they did in the past.
As a medical doctor, Ron Paul swore the Hippocratic Oath many decades ago. His entire person and career is a monument to the beauty and sanctity of human life. Ron Paul knows that life without health can be very difficult and is not what it was meant to be. He has personally cared for the poor for many years, without asking anything in return.
The government’s original role is to protect our freedoms and restrain itself from causing too much harm. Ron Paul is working to prevent greedy bureaucrats, opportunist politicians and corrupt pharmaceutical companies from having any sort of unhealthy influence over our bodies and minds.
Join the Ron Paul Revolution and help us put the government back where it belongs: to Washington DC and out of our daily lives.

by the way NO doctor I know would EVER tell a patient “get out” if you cannot pay ….the crisis is because govt. has removed competition in health care and handed out cards for free healthcare…this is the only reason the “crisis” exists. READ some more joe…napolitano…robert ringer…or even jefferson.

Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services and Bilderberg member in good standing, has announced yet another waste of taxpayer money. On the USGOVHHS YouTube channel, Sebelius “invites our talented and creative citizens to create and share your PSA about flu prevention and good health.” The videos, according to a blog post on the White House website, “can be funny, cute, dramatic, but most of all, they should help make a positive impact. HHS is organizing an expert panel to evaluate submissions and will present the best PSAs to the public so everyone can vote on their favorite submission. The winning PSA will receive $2,500 in cash and will appear on national television.”
http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/Flu-Prevention-PSA-Contest-HHS-Needs-You/
Over at Flu.gov — an appropriately named website — we are told the videos should help “us protect our families and communities” and provide a “message of preventing or dealing with the flu.” In order to get PSA contestants in the proper mindset, the Flu.gov site has all kinds of materials, including a scary “Pandemic Influenza Storybook” covering the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic. Additional resources include a guide for influenza preparedness, response, and recovery, hotlines, community strategy plans, “workplace questions,” checklists, and other goodies provided at taxpayer expense.
A sister site, PandemicFlu.gov, provides information on the HHS Pandemic Influenza Plan, “a blueprint for pandemic influenza preparation and response” that offers “guidance to national, state, and local policy makers and health departments” and “specifies needs and opportunities to build robust preparedness for and response to pandemic influenza.”
HHS admits these plans are based on plans formulated in 2005.

Congress, the elite, has special “privileged” health benefits called the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP). I propose that an amendment be added to ANY govt managed health care plan that would dissolve the FEHBP and require that Congress submit to the bill’s requirements the same as any other American.
When members of Congress have to pay and get in line like everyone else they will think twice about government run health care.
So many times, govt passes laws prohibiting ordinary citizens from activity “X” while permitting it for the govt, or requiring ordinary citizens to do “Y” while exempting Senators and Representatives.
I thought the whole premise of America was to get out from under the rule of royalty? that ALL men are created equal? I dont see where it says “all men are created equal except for Congress”. Do you?

Didn’t Obama say that Americans would have the same health care plan as given to members of congress? I beleive that was one of his big pitches to the American people while on the campaign trail, not that he has lived up to any of his promises.

Everyone remember that it was BUSH who moved heaven and earth to make sure that Iraq got free universal health care, footed by you, the american tax payer who will now have to be forced to pay for health care or be fined.
It was Mitt Romney who screwed Mass up the ass and ruined the Mass economy and no matter what plan Obama signs it will do the same to us nationally and we’ll spend fifty years in recession.
Why haven’t the people revolted? Why don’t we even get to VOTE on this???? Why do we have to give a DAMN about the health care of ILLEGALS??? Want to lower the cost of health care? here’s step one 1) start placing immigration agents at the doors of every emergency room and front door and card everyone who comes in.
If they don’t have at least a green card send their ass back.
2) LOWER COSTS by supporting health care with tax free municipal bonds and 1a) leagalzing and taxing marijuna, 1b) legalizing and taxing indoor prostitution 1c)get EVERYONE making under $50,0000 a year on MEDICAID.

I can’t accept all your premises so I can’t argue with the points built over them. Let’s go over them individually.
There are a lot of things I can only say on some news networks and not others. On Fox I could get away with actually bringing up that the problem of aids, for instance, is much worse in the homosexual community as opposed to what was predicted by said community in the eighties (remember it was supposed to be equal with heteros by the 90′s?) But if I bring it up many other places I am a homophobe. I don’t dare call up Mark Levin and argue in favor of left wing policies. This is a place I am safe to oppose something/anything Obama does. For a while there I’d get chewed out a lot of places. But I admit this argument is subjective.
I do not accept that any healthcare system is effectively “geared toward” any particular goal because I do not accept that such gearing amounts to anything. The premise here is that centralization is virtuous over individualism and that people can be herded by a system like sheep towards desired goals. What I *do* see is that coercion and force are effective-for a while-and it will always be in whatever direction the profit motive is-health being relevant only when it results in profit or cost savings. I do not accept that government education significantly stops smoking, obesity, drug abuse, std’s, seat belt use etc. How do we actually *know* advances in these areas have been due to education rather than other factors? Like force of law. How long have people known smoking is bad? But the cost of cigarettes goes up so high and smoking is outlawed in so many places. Do the Japanese and Chinese not know smoking is bad? Or do the have lower cigarette costs, higher incomes in the smoking groups or less laws restricting smoking? How long have we known seatbelts save lives? Everyone knew it but when the laws got so tough that cops could just look at you and stop you then compliance really picked up. Aids got so bad that whoever was dumb enough to keep up with illicit sex was killed and the bodies piled up so high that people got alarmed. Not educated by schools-alarmed. So many people have been killed that even that type of person is being eliminated through natural selection. Or would you argue that we are living in times of less promiscuity due to education? And what of the war on drugs? Can you show a relationship between the massively higher education funding now days and any decreased expenses to society from drugs nowdays?
Lets look at gambling. For years it was basically illegal because it was “bad for us”. when the government got involved (lottery) education changed dramatically. Now gambling is OK so long as the government is the house. Everyone knows that mainly the poor and low middle class buy the lottery but who cares, the state gets the money. I’ll tell you just what centralization and “education” is doing to us: it is conditioning the people to lose the ability to think for themselves. If even on a subliminal level the average person incorporates this in their thoughts and choices: “If it is illegal it is bad, if it is legal it is OK”. We have been conditioned to not think for ourselves and that mindset is reenforced by a society that sees those people who act foolishly constantly taken care of.

Even though it is politically incorrect I will say it: I do not want to be held responsible for others’ poor health choices!!!
Government healthcare is based on the premise that all people deserve healthcare with the implication that all deserve equal healthcare probably at equal cost. Those of us that choose to not smoke, avoid obesity, avoid drugs and excessive alcohol, abortion, std’s etc. will be lumped in with people who make these poor choices. The money will flow one way-from us to them. So now we have government trying to redistribute *health* as well as wealth. I guess if they could they would just take my carefully guarded good health outright and just give it to a fool; they can’t so nationalized healthcare is the next choice.
I do not turn a deaf ear to those who have had bad luck and wish to help them on a voluntary basis. But how can a detached government sort between the two? This can only be done on an individual basis by people who actually know the people they claim to care about.

i think if you look at places like fox news or cnbc you’ll find that people on there do indeed talk about how they don’t want to be “responsible for others’ poor choices.”
while that sentiment is legitimate to a certain extent, i think that the context of the health situation in the US makes that sentiment false.
the reason is that our healthcare is geared not toward prevention, like in other countries, but for crisis management. you just have to look at our food system – it’s all junk food, and this junk food is basically created by the food industry b/c it’s much more profitable than selling vegetables, whole grains, and fruits.
you look at other countries, their healthcare systems are “socialized” and they do have complaints about it. but if you ask a french or british or canadian or taiwanese if they’d like american-style healthcare, they’ll shudder and recoil in horror.
so the question to ask is: if “socialized” medicine is so bad and inefficient and will lead to rationing and burdens hard-working folks with paying for others, why is it that it works so well for other countries?
a change in our healthcare system will not only change the method of payment and distribution – the change will be systematic as well, involving paradigm shifts. for example, the government will probably invest more in education programs about things like the dangers of smoking and drinking (and remember, the campaign against smoking has been pretty successful if you look at our culture – smokers now talk about feeling persecuted when in the past it was non-smokers who were shunned). if we undertake similar campaigns on the dangers of soft drinks and fast food and high fructose corn syrup, for example, it’ll improve our health greatly.
a public health plan will involve education and changing our health culture as well. if you look at attitudes toward food and health in other countries, their outlook is very different – thus we hear in the news about frenchmen holding protests outside of macdonalds. i think that’s going too far, but in europe people recognize when they see threats to their health and aren’t passive about it.
again, all we have to do is do a cost-benefit analysis of our healthcare versus the healthcare of other comparable countries. i suggest you do that as well: just look at healthcare in germany, luxembourg, taiwan, japan, france, norway, sweden, denmark, britain, etc.

I’m glad you mentioned how our health care system is not wired for prevention. Much of the “natural healing arts” (not much profit for government and lobbyists) have struggled as an option to pills and surgery (profits).
The FDA allows foods with chemicals and makes it more difficult for organic foods to be grown and sold.
An organic gardener referenced: They should call my carrots “carrots” and their carrots “chemical carrots”. Why do I have to go to all these measures and expense to have my carrots labeld “organic carrots”. They are just carrots.
What we eat and our system of food is a large part of any wellness program.
The government is interested in another revenue stream from the pockets of Americans to theirs so they can do what they will with the profits, the money we generate. Perhaps more crimes against the American people to further the new world order? more wars? We need to stop feeding the government.

i would reply by saying that i agree with most of what you say, except that i view government the way i view markets. government is simply a tool to get things done, just as the market is, and both have their advantages and shortcomings. i think that there are models of good government in other countries, notably the nordic countries of north europe and the south american countries (which, contrary to rantings in the corporate media here, are very democratic and basically use their tax dollars for the benefit of the voters – though one can legitimately ask whether the money is being used effectively, there is no question that the people in the region see their governments as vehicles for benefitting the population).
we could formulate government policy to benefit the slow food and organic (or, now, i guess we would call it “beyond organic” since organic has been corporatized) movements and also use it as a vehicle to bringing positive change within our culture.
after all, we did use government to bring about anti-smoking laws and so forth. those definitely had a benefit – though lowering smoking in the population is ultimately a task for people to change the general culture.
i also think that real change comes when culture changes – for example, when we create a culture that hates violence and war and loves peace and also loves healthy, organic eating. but government can be a vehicle for bringing it about.
again, i would strongly emphasize that it is simply a tool and not an end. i view government as a hammer, we could use it to hammer in nails to build a house or use it to attack our neighbor. but we cannot build a home with hammers alone, and we cannot bring about positive change with government alone. government will simply be one of many tools at our disposal

Government a tool, huh.
You are correct. Government is a tool of the Bankstas and the World Governance agenda.
It appears that you appreciate using the tool of government for social engineering. Lovers of liberty have no appreciation for this, at all.
Government is, in the gardening sense, a weed/locust/varmint/drought. You can never totally get rid of it, but you must keep it at bay.
Hope you create that culture that you dream.

It’s not the cost of insurance that is the problem, it’s that they say we need it, when what we really need is health care that is so affordable that we don’t need insurance…no middleman.

A non government health care system assumes a free enterprise system for health care. But the health care system is highly regulated, given government gants, tax breaks, and is highly lobbied. There is no real alternative medicine support by the government, but plenty of corporate (protect the industry) government support for the existing so called free enterprise system. The durgs invented, with tax payer – government gants in some cases, are paid for by high prices in the US, while the same drugs in other countries cost less.
Uless health care is a truely free enterprise system, the cost will continue to raise and the demand for government run health care will continue.

In 2004, a Nigerian pharmaceutical scientist and Dean of Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, took samples of the a WHO oral polio vaccine to India for analysis. Evidence of serious vaccine contamination was found. Asked why the loving globalist organization would dispense contaminated vaccines, the scientist, Haruna Kaita, replied: “These manufacturers or promoters of these harmful things have a secret agenda which only further research can reveal. Secondly they have always taken us in the third world for granted, thinking we don’t have the capacity, knowledge and equipment to conduct tests that would reveal such contaminants. And very unfortunately they also have people to defend their atrocities within our midst, and worst still some of these are supposed to be our own professionals who we rely on to protect our interests.”
Kaita demanded the manufacturers of the contaminated vaccine “be prosecuted like any other criminal.”
It wasn’t the first time people in the third world were tricked into taking dangerous toxins, cancer viruses, and chemicals designed for sterilization of women. “Millions of female Mexicans, Nicaraguans and Filipinos were duped into taking tetanus vaccines, some of which were laced with a female hormone that could cause miscarriage and sterilization. In 1995 a Catholic organization called Human Life International accused the WHO of promoting this Canadian-made tetanus vaccine covertly laced with a pregnancy hormone called human choriogonadotropic hormone (HCG). Suspicions were aroused when the tetanus vaccine was prescribed in the peculiar dose of five multiple injections over a three month period, and recommended only to women of child-bearing age. When an unusual number of women experienced vaginal bleeding and miscarriages after the shots, a hormone additive was uncovered as the cause,” writes Alan Cantwell, M.D.
“At the main hospital in Mbarara during that month of 1977 more than 600 children had died following polio vaccination. 600 children,” writes Ugandan Kihura Nkuba. “So even some of the timid medical practitioners who were initially afraid to come out, started coming out giving information and saying ‘Oh, we knew this oral polio vaccine was trouble because as soon as the child receives it, they get a temperature and their health goes downhill and there is nothing that you could do.’”
On May 11, 1987, The London Times published “Smallpox vaccine triggered AIDS virus.” The article puts forward evidence linking the smallpox eradication vaccine program sponsored by the WHO and AIDS in Africa. Almost 100 million Africans living in central Africa were inoculated by the WHO. The vaccine was held responsible for awakening a “dormant” AIDS virus infection on the continent.
In 1987, William Campbell Douglass, M.D., told a conference sponsored by the National Health Federation in Monrovia, California, that WHO was responsible for murdering countless Africans with the AIDS virus. In his 1989 book, AIDS: The End of Civilization, Douglass claims the WHO laced the African vaccines. He blames “the virologists of the world, the sorcerers who brought us this ghastly plague, and have formed a united front in denying that the virus was laboratory-made from known, lethal animal viruses.” According to Douglass, the vaccines were designed to attack the human immunological system.
In Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola, Harvard Public Health graduate and practicing dentist Dr. Leonard Horowitz documents beyond reasonable doubt that AIDS was manufactured in the laboratories of American universities and U.S. military biological warfare contractors during the 1960s and 70s disguised as the Special Virus Cancer Program of The National Institutes of Health and National Cancer Institute.
Horowitz concludes that HIV was introduced to gay males in the U.S. and blacks in Africa simultaneously in the late 70s through experimental vaccine programs, specifically the hepatitis B vaccine developed by Merck, Sharpe, and Dohm Inc.
But soft kill plagues are not limited to the third world — the west is now gearing up to vaccinate the public this autumn under the cover of the fake WHO declared H1N1 “pandemic.”
As noted by crack investigative journalist Wayne Madsen and his sources – in particular a top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims – the H1N1 possesses certain transmission “vectors” that suggest the new flu strain was genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon. The UN expert believes that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are biological warfare agents.

I agree with your sentiments. I’ve thought of that too, about his mother. What would she think of him now?
Like I’ve said before somewhere in this blog, I had State health insurance and I could not afford to use it. With living expenses rising on every human need, I could not afford to even pay what was left over after the health insurance paid.
Just like any other service, what we need is lower drug, treatment and preventive medicine costs. We don’t need less expensive health insurance. What we need is for the expense of care to be affordable. We all have basic human needs and expenses, not talking about the extravagant, talking basic, and if it does not meet the needs of the least of us, then it is not good for any of us. To make it mandatory or a fine is imposed is not the cure to affordablity of health care.
I they want everyone to pay, then everyone has to have the same level of income. We are all humans with a need for medical, dental, vision care, be it for a treatment or preventative, but someone has arbitrarily said that ie. an admin assistant is deserving of less income than those she assists. One income is less and yet both are expected to pay the same for care.
It also seems odd to me that the government can afford to do so many things by the billions of $$ (our money) that Americans do not want, but when it comes down to something we need, they have to scrimp, shaft the people and fail the programs.
The vote to pass the design of the bill was 10/13, 13 demos, 10 republican. In the house financial services committee we are looking at 41 demos, 29 republicans. Some demos will have to go against the party trend and the president to stop it from passing. If it passes, it will be another tax on the back of generations yet unborn and a program set up to fail just like medicare and medicade. That’s enough to make you sick right there.

Bet you have a pre existing condition like I do. Supposedly we won’t be discriminated against but then again we weren’t supposed to see fines for not having it either. I don’t have car insurance I don’t drive, I don’t keep paying for car insurance!
DAMN Hillary put the whammy on him!
HOPEFULLY the cost of this will keep it from passing. All they have to do is look at Massachusetts to see that this isn’t going to do anything but profit the insurance companies who will be under no more obligation to look after us then they do now. I hope Obama’s mother comes back and smacks him upside the head!

the design portion of the workup of the health care bill has passed, but it now must go to the financial committee for them to determine how much it will REALLY cost.
Watched it on c-span. No mention in this document of the republican’s comments on the bill. Says bi-partisan bill, but really not. Republicans left out of the drawing up of the bill, had to add 160 amendments to make corrections to the original writing. Will not lower costs, more businesses will close because cannot afford the mandatory health costs for employees, you can keep your present insurance company, but many insurance companies will close (job losses), say the plan is in-solvent from the get-go and will fail, and more wrong with it.
What happens in the instance that this government program fails after many are enrolled? If there are other insurance companies still in existence, and these other insurance companies maintain their “pre-existing condition” policy, then where does that leave the patient needing health insurance and/or care?

It’s a damned sin this man isn’t president! He was my first choice and I voted for Obama because I genuinely believed he was the lesser evil. But this man is RIGHT! Making health insurance COST LESS has NEVER been an option because of the damn LOBBYISTS!! Hillary Clinton has been the TOP recipient of this industry. Harold Ickies is the number one HC lobbyist and he’s on her staff! HOW, after we had Obama tell us about his mother’s battles with insurance companies can he decide the way to pay for health insurance is to FORCE us to pay for it?How about we 1) start clearing illegal immigrants from emergency rooms 2) overturn bullshit lawsuits like the one the “wise latina” approved
saying that woman who tried to kill herself and got only injured by the train deserved nine million dollars, 3) LEGALIZE and tax marijuana and prostitution.
No one should be FORCED to pay for health care!!!!! Mass is in the whole because of this crap and it’s breaking people and families. The health insurance companies are laughing their ass off!! If this plan passes I will NOT vote for Obama. NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!!!

Because there is probable cause to believe that the Defendants are part of an international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons (‘influenza’) to reduce the world population, and have committed the following offenses:
Count One
From in or about 2008 to the present, in the United States of America, and in other countries, including Austria, Switzerland and Mexico, Defendants did conspire with each other and with others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving, among other entities, the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis, causing death and disease to the people of the United States of America and other countries by first bioenginneering and, then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically, first, the so-called “bird flu” virus and, second, the “so-called” swine flu virus, in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program, which will be the means for the administration of a deadly bioweapon using the delivery system of an injection, causing widespread death and injury to the people of the United States of America in violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 (BWATA) passed into law in 1990, which extended the scope of bio-warfare materials regulation to include private individuals and non-state organizations, including corporations. According to § 175 (a) of BWATA, there is extraterritorial Federal jurisdiction over an offense under this section committed by or against a national of the United States.
Count Two
Beginning in or about 2008 to the present, in the United States of America, Defendants have implemented new and/or accelerated the implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the United States of their lawful Constitutional rights to refuse an injection by creating or allowing provisions to remain in place that criminalize the refusal to take an injection against pandemic viruses and by imposing other excessive and cruel penalties such as imprisonment and/or quarantine while barring the citizens of the United States from claiming compensation for injury or death from the above-mentioned forced injection, in violation of laws on federal corruption and the abuse of office and also of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Count Three
Beginning in or about 2008 to the present, the Defendants have been involved in the theft of at least 9 trillion dollars from the people of the United States under the pretext of a bank bailout, and have preplanned the mass murder of the victims of their theft by means of a forced vaccination, also by installing an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identifying mass graves in violation of laws on mass murder, federal corruption and Racketeering Influenced Organized Crime.
Count Four
Beginning in or about 2009, of the present, the Defendants have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the United States of America, using the swine flu or other pandemic as a pretext, to an international crime syndicate, informally called the “Illuminati”, that uses the United Nations and World Health Organization as a front for the above-mentioned organization, in violation of laws on Treason.

Thanks for sharing! The links to your referenced article re: H1N1 preparedness for October, 2009 …soon!

If you feel called to help other Americans become aware…
Make a website, a blog, compose mass emails to send out to family and friends with links referenced in this blog and in your personal research. I always add “Pass this along. Educate America!” at the bottom of my emails.
Consider your efforts preventative medicine…best that this warning goes out virally before the H1N1 plans do and are orchestrated against the American people.
We just went through a pandemic scare when Obama went to Mexico. News reported they were over-exaggerating, that not many were infected, not many deaths and usually the deaths were from other pre-existing illnesses. Because of this, it’s difficult to find a honest reason behind our government’s preparedness to the extreme measure of involving the military and making these vaccinations mandatory, especially when they admit the vacine has not been fully tested and it would only shorten the flu symptoms by a 1-1/2 days….other than for malicious and financially profitable reasons.
From this video, I learned that the vaccine only has a shelf life of 3 years, so there would be a financial loss to the drug company and stock holders if not bought up now. Is Obama saving yet more coporations at our expense? I’m not willing to pay the price.

I look forward to the seeing the effect of the Universal Law, God’s Law, the cleansing of the earth… those who are ill-intended towards other will get their just reward. They’ve already gone crazy mad. It’s safe to say they don’t know God. God is Love. God = Love. Such a difference. Their motivation is Money. Our motivation is Love, and with that, everything else is possible.

The Homeland Terroists Preparedness Bill – HR 8791
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWlw3vo_ALA
This is the bill that has me most concerned about our health and welfare. Alarming. At the end of it, “A new bill of rights will be drafted and approved.”
Every American needs to know this is their intention. Those behind the scenes have a way of creating terror, anywhere. We know now that our government is successful at fooling a lot of Americans with the idea that our terrorists are from “over there”, instead of within our own government. 911

It has been interesting to watch the health care team of politicians try to perfect a bill, the government’s offering of health care insurance. They have proven they are not good with anything financial, not to mention CARE. It’s not even their area of expertise — they are not actuaries or health care providers! This process they are going through has been telling.
I’m so glad there are politicians who are bright and oppose the attempts they (mostly democrats) are making to put forth another government program in the same manner they did medicare and medicaid — programs that are doomed and insolvent from the get go. One republican pointed out that it is a “bate and switch plan” — to have an annual review of the plan’s solvency, increase premiums (most likely an increase) and adjust the items insurance would cover (most likely less coverage).
If we are not lowering the actual cost of medicine, procedures, visits, etc., then there will be no lowering of “costs”, just more increases in insurance premiums for less coverage. It’s not the prevmiums of health insurance we want lowered so much as what drives the premiums up…the actually costs of care! It will do the same to a government run program. There are so many drug lobbyists in bed with politicians, the gov. couldn’t possibly have our best interests at heart. We could do without insurance if the health care was administered in an affordable way.
We do not need to have health insurance associated with our jobs. We have car insurance don’t we? We pay a monthly premium just in case we get into an accident. No job or government involved! This way, if we lose or change jobs, the insurance is not interrupted. I’ve gone through layoffs and job changes and not skipped a car insurance payment, but my health insurance was gone when the job ended. Cobra is a joke, who can afford it. We have to think in new ways, challenge the way it has always been done, avoid going down the road the government wants us to go like sheeple. Right now it’s too corrupt to depend on for anything, especially our health, as long as the FED, CFR, Bilderberg Group (to name a few) are alive and well.
Insurance…Another racket/scam on the American people who were hopeful that our government could finally step up to the plate and actually do something good for us, considering all the money they take out of our pockets! They have gotten so used to figuring out ways to “take” rather than “give”.
It’s amazing how the government jumps to hand over billions of dollars (borrowed money, that we don’t even really have because the kids have not yet been born who will pay) to defunk companies, poorly ran companies, (all obligating future generations to a lifetime of more debt, lower standards of living) but they have such a hard time doing likewise to help the rest of the American population. …and the money is generated by us in the first place!
Have you noticed that everything seems to be operating in the opposite direction? Everything logical is not the way it is. Why would we ever want to put our health in the hands of the government whose history has shown that they haven’t a clue on how to handle things financial !!
The only truly prosperous folks are the American people, not the politicians. From the work of our own hands, we generate the money that pays for their salaries. Do they earn it? I wouldn’t hire an employee who repeatedly ignored what I wanted them to do. They’d be fired!
I believe the government is only interested in gaining yet another income stream from the American people. When the goal is that, they are not sincerely interested in giving us anything worth our money to contribute to.
Yet, if this government plan is accepted, there will be a gradual decline in competing insurance companies, even more job losses because they will not be able to stay in business. Then we really will have no other options, which is one of the “promises” of this plan…that we would be able to stay with the health insurance plan we already have. But see how “they” work?
Obama answered a question in a townhall meeting saying we could not go to a single-payer system immediately because it would be too disruptive….but what he didn’t say is that it would eventually happen over time once the government’s health care plan was in effect(continual disruption over time with more job losses and failed competing businesses). The last thing we want to give the government is a monopoly and control over our health care!! That’s how they would work it to check another thing accomplished off their list for the NWO!!
We need to constantly find ways we can maintain control over our lives. Do not give the responsibility of our own lives over to the government. Do all the things we know we should do to maintain good health. Practice preventative medicine, so we don’t or rarely need it! And don’t give any more of our money over to feed the NWO monster!

First off I just want to say that R.P. is great. The only thing I disagree with is this
“why should anyone be forced to pay for someone else’s medical care?”
Are there not many fine institutions that we all pitch in for? Like libraries, police, what about fire departments? Why should I pay for someelses house to be put out?
I believe health care should be a gov. and private industry(but regulated). Health Care shouldn’t be a business about money but about care.
Anyways, the problem isn’t going to be an easy fix.

How are Americans going to pay for healthcare, when they are not working??????????????????????????????????
Do you Senators and Congressman pay for yours? If not maybe the thousands that work for governments would like to chip in $65/month from your big salaries, to pay for ours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like the commentator said, I think business is down for the Pharmaceutical, Doctors, and bankrupt hospitals, and bankrupt patients….in this country and is this just another way for the American Citizens, in this country to “bail them out”!
Many of us……have seen too many slip shod doctors and been in too many downsized staff run or profit hospitals that don’t give care anymore! And we do not like being on any toxic drugs for our symptoms….we want the FDA out of our lives and the doctors lives and we want our food and water safe.
We want natural products and caring healthcare workers who understand the true chemistry of our bodies and are willing to treat us with natural substances in plants and herbs that don’t give us any side effects……..we’ve had enough of your toxic chemicals causing more diseases than we can handle and live………..
Its all about money in my opinion not about our lives and health…….stop the medical bail outs and help us live not die from your crappy way to treat diseases……..yes we need hospitals for emergencies..for surgeries, for IV antibiotic therapy and for tests……lab or otherwise…….but your medicines are too toxic for us to take…..and they are designed to give us side effects and adverse reactions because they are “chemicals” made by man in a lab……….My body can’t utilize toxic chemicals to help make me be healthy again….get back to thinking about what humans’ are made of and how their bodies are to work naturally….take a biochemistry course once in your life and you’ll find out that we need supplementation to make things work normal in our bodies, we don’t need drugs to block the normal operations of our bodies…..e.g..lipotor, forsamax, coumadin/arsenic, ……..there has to be a balance in the use of medications in this country with natural products…..and doctors need the knowledge and to be able to practice without the FDA or FEDS jerking their licenses out from under them or the fear of it, when patients refuse their toxic drugs and want to use natural supplementation.
….We are not lab animals…to use, to”Practice your Medicines”..and most of us still have a brain and have studied more about ways to improve our health than any FDA jerk has…..cuz his goal is to give us toxic drugs and the pharmaceutical companies want to make money/lots of profit, on their toxic chemical distributions!
Wake up America……..

Please send this to your Senators……….
I am a constituent, writing to you at the suggestion of the Natural Solutions
Foundation to urge you to become a co-sponsor of the vitally important Health
Freedom Protection Act of 2007, H. R. 2117. I want my Senators to
introduce sister legislation to accomplish the same protections.
My health freedom – and yours – are currently under significant attack by the
out-of-control FDA. Their combined regulatory focus, on foods and on drugs,
with their too close ties to pharmaceutical interests, create a distorted
regulatory climate in which natural health options like dietary supplements
and clean, unadulterated food, the major competitors to drug sales, are under
significant regulatory attack. Natural health options are safe, effective and
relatively inexpensive, virtues whose strength opens them to ferocious
regulatory attack by an excessively pharma-friendly regulatory agency.
Instead of seeking out ways to support health, the FDA is attacking it and
those who make wellness options available.
Consumers need protection from this continuing dollar-driven attack and
Congress has to power to offer it through legislation like HR 2117.
Consider: approved drugs, according to the Journal of the American Medical
Association, are one of the leading causes of death in the United States WHEN
USED PROPERLY. They are expensive and dangerous even when they do not result
in death or serious complications. FDA needs to focus its efforts on these
problems.
Dietary Supplements, on the other hand, are safe, inexpensive, effective and
save on medical personnel costs as well. The FDA routinely bars truthful,
accurate and helpful health claims about dietary supplements even when backed
by scientific evidence and, in fact, limits supplement claims to “normal
structure/function” claims only. This restriction of sound, evidence-based
information is detrimental not only to the health of consumers like me, but to
our health freedom as well.
H. R. 2117 is an extremely important bill because it shifts the burden of
proof onto the FDA whenever the agency wants to deny the public the benefit of
health claims information about Dietary Supplements. The public is protected
from false or misleading claims because the bill provides that reasonable
health claims, with proper disclosure language, shall be allowed “unless the
there is no scientific evidence that supports the claim and the claim is
inherently misleading.”
H. R. 2177 is consistent with the law that already governs the agency’s
position, announced in 2004, “FDA intends to apply a standard for
substantiating claims for dietary supplements that is consistent with the
Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC’s) standard for dietary supplements and other
health related products of ‘competent and reliable scientific evidence’.”
FDA’s restriction of true and accurate information as health claims is,
however, not consistent with that policy. H.R. 2117 would remedy that
discrepancy.
H. R. 2117 would correct a serious deficit in the structure that supports
consumer health education and health freedom because it would greatly enhance
public access to truthful and not misleading health information in keeping
with the US Supreme Court’s dictum in Thompson v. Western States Medical
Centers. This seminal decision made it clear that the FDA did not have the
right to restrict health information speech in ways parallel to its current
gagging of truthful claims on safe dietary food supplements.
H. R. 2117 presents a clear opportunity to you to enhance the legal
protections for Dietary Supplements and natural remedies. Its adoption would
shift FDA resources from over-regulation of safe food substances to what
should properly be considered their main task, protecting people from
dangerous drugs and medical devices.
I urge you to join as a co-sponsor of the Health Freedom Protection Act, use
your contacts to urge your colleagues to join you as well, and do everything
in your power to make sure that the Health Freedom Protection Act, H. R. 2117,
is passed by the House and the Senate. Hearings should be held this Fall.
Thank you for safeguarding my health and health freedom. Please rest assured
that your fellow constituents and I are watching this issue very closely and
that we take your protection of our health freedom of paramount importance.

Came across this article by Atul Gawande in The New Yorker, “The Cost Conundrum: What a Texas Town Can Teach Us About Healthcare”. Well worth the read.
http://www.facebook.com/ext/share.php?sid=209024935712&h=ThWM7&u=GGTFW&ref=mf
For me, it provided another perspective in the debate and showcased a disappointing trend – physician revenue streams at the expense of patient care.
“Activists and policymakers spend an inordinate amount of time arguing about whether the solution to high medical costs is to have government or private insurance companies write the checks. Here’s how this whole debate goes. Advocates of a public option say government financing would save the most money by having leaner administrative costs and forcing doctors and hospitals to take lower payments than they get from private insurance. Opponents say doctors would skimp, quit, or game the system, and make us wait in line for our care; they maintain that private insurers are better at policing doctors. No, the skeptics say: all insurance companies do is reject applicants who need health care and stall on paying their bills. Then we have the economists who say that the people who should pay the doctors are the ones who use them. Have consumers pay with their own dollars, make sure that they have some “skin in the game,” and then they’ll get the care they deserve. These arguments miss the main issue. When it comes to making care better and cheaper, changing who pays the doctor will make no more difference than changing who pays the electrician. The lesson of the high-quality, low-cost communities is that someone has to be accountable for the totality of care. Otherwise, you get a system that has no brakes.” – Atul Gawande

The decision to require medical treatment anywhere for anybody is what should be challenged. What happened to public health facilities the uninsured could go to ? These facilities were once staffed by volunteers. My grandfather was an M.D. He had a regular practice in St. Louis, Mo. Monday through Friday. Every Saturday he traveled to Prairie du Rocher Illinios to treat his charity patients there. These poor farmers would pay him with bushels of produce in payment for his house calls and medicine. He practiced from 1904 to 1962 and died at age 79. Back then, hospitals were owned by churches and religious orders, who received donations from wills and wealthy doners. During the 1970s, these hospitals were sold to for profit healthcare companies. That was the end of affordable healthcare. Today Dentists continue to treat charity patients. They charge them a much reduced rate and take payments over time. Requiring the uninsured to pay into our current healthcare scheme would be the act of a police state.

We have people/politicians in charge who are not balanced in their thinking and decision-making, so the results of their decisions lead to imbalance.
Printing money out of thin air, causing inflation recessions and depressions, the IRS collecting money for the FED to do whatever they will with it, the IRS taking an enormous amount of money from the citizens, money that could be put to better use in caring for ourselves and our families, laws that do not inhibit health insurance companies from making the decisions concerning patient care instead of the doctors who are the real experts, corruption in the banking system, corporations, and in government all contribute to the imbalance and dis-empowerment of population to be as financially responsible as they would like to be.
If they had as their main goal “to create a country where it is easy for citizens to cover their own basic needs” (instead of difficult or impossible), then every other decision leading to it would need to contribute to this end goal. We would have a much healthier and happier society and, ironically, need less health care as a result. The worry, stress and turmoil stemming from the rampant corruption and not being able to cover even our basic needs creates dis-ease in the mind and body. Wouldn’t the most of us prefer to have a society of healthy, mentally stable, happy neighbors?
War upon war creates turmoil, increase in health care. The latest Iraq totals from http://www.michaelmoore.com website (who happens to have a new movie coming out soon…see the trailer)
June 14, 2009
U.S. MILITARY DEATHS (IRAQ): 4313
U.S. MILITARY WOUNDED (IRAQ): 31327
IRAQI CIVILIAN DEATHS: 151000
‘EXCESS’ IRAQI DEATHS: 655000
That’s shocking to me. When will we value life?

I would like to think that most physicians would be charitable and compassionate towards the poor and would provide free care to them. However, I am a medical student and many interns/residents I am friends with have one common complaint about the proposed health care plan. It’s not the restriction of the type of care they can provide or any type of philosophical opposition. Their complaint is that they won’t make the same amount of money as they do now. Their point is that they have loans that need to be paid off and such, but it’s funny how this is not enough of a concern for them to join the National Health Service Corps to have these loans at least partially paid off. Now though I am of a different political persuasion, I believe Dr. Paul is sincere in wanting to bring about change to the health care system. However, I have a hard time envisioning a health care policy that completely relies on the good nature of physicians to provide health care to the poor/underserved. It is precisely a lack of altruism that has prompted the call for nationalized health care for a century now. Despite physicians like Dr. Paul working for the greater good, there has been and continues to be a great deal of elitism in medicine that cannot be overcome without some sort of consequence for those who do not provide care to the underserved.
On the topic of forced nationalization, a major argument against is that many will not receive the services they need in a timely manner. However, the presumption is that this does not happen now in the US, but this is certainly not true. Many now are dying here because they do not have access to adequate health care and many more have chronic disease that could have been prevented with regular access to a primary care physician. These people are now suffering, though, because they could not afford early treatment. Of course it is naive to think that no one will fall through the cracks in any type of health care system. But with a nationalized system, far, far fewer fall through these cracks than with a totally private system.

Thank you, Luis, for a well-thought comment. I appreciate your “insider” perspective.
At the rate that more and more people are unable to afford health care, and college fees are escalating, it does not take a genius to realize that altruistic intentions will not pay the bills. Our society cannot support a gov’t mandated system where insurance companies, HMO’s and pharmaceutical industries are not included in the discussion. So far it seems the burden for change is to be carried by the care-givers and their clients. Seems a bit off-balance to me.

yes luis more govt.nonsense will help…like the post office and social security and the military and the thousands of other things the govt has succeeded in making better????ooooppps there aren’t any/ are there? Not one single thing washington has become involved in to “help the people” has helped and in most cases they have destroyed…read the founding documents..they specify that private citizens and only private citizens should have certain rights…but you believe even more power in the hands of some men over all men is a good thing??? god and nature demand that those who work hard and earn there food and housing will be the most succesfull…in nature a squirrel that does not save his nuts starves in the winter..so future generations of squirrels do not make that mistake…gods law for all creatures cannot be revoked no matter how hard anyone tries…if one man has worked harder than another does he NOT have the right to pay for better health care?? if one man has a gift for surgery should he not have the right to be compensated for his gift?

G, you make it sound as if the USPS, Social Security, and of all things the US Military are a detriment to our country. Saying the military has not made our lives better and safer is just silly and I won’t comment any further on that. Social security has helped hundreds of thousands if not millions of people since its introduction. Granted it does not have the same impact today as it did in the ’30s and ’40s, but to say it has not made many lives better is untrue. And imagine the cost of trying to deliver a letter yourself across the country for less than $0.42. UPS and FedEx can’t compete with that.
But now to the bulk of your claim. Your first argument is that shifting power over all people into the hands of a few is not a good thing, and in most cases you would be correct. However, as it relates to health care, this shift in control over one’s health care has already occurred and is currently in the hands of CEO’s and executive boards of private insurance companies. And since this is a private corporation, there is no way for the public to scrutinize how health care is handled by them (pre-existing conditions, which procedures are covered, etc.) However, with some sort of government option, we the public will have a say in how our health care will be handled by this option. It will be part of the public record and we can have a real debate about what should/should not be covered, how certain situations are handled, how much doctor’s should be compensated, etc.
Now to your next point about comparing the procurement of health care to squirrels gathering nuts. When one really takes a look at what you’re saying, you essentially advocate letting the poor simply perish if they develop a preventable but life-threatening disease. There are plenty of people who work damn hard at their job but get very little compensation because it is unskilled work. Why don’t they deserve health care? And even in the skilled labor market, there are many who work tirelessly for decades at their company but are let go due to the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. If this person is 50, he is too young for Medicare. Since he made a decent salary when he was let go, he is “too rich” for Medicaid. If he’s already been diagnosed with hypertension and high cholesterol, any insurance he purchases will likely not cover his medications or follow-up visits to his physician(s). Why does he not deserve health care?
When it comes right down to it your argument basically advocates eugenics, that is those who get disease and do not have adequate funds should be left to die. In the animal kingdom, this is certainly a fact of life. However, if you believe that we are created in God’s image (and I assume you follow some sort of Judeo-Christian religion by your wording, but if not, my apologies…), one of His overwhelming charateristics that was given to us as well is the capacity for compassion and to help and cooperate with those around us. This means lending a hand to someone when they cannot do so themselves, either as an altruistic gesture or because that other person possesses a quality/skill that is of benefit to you/your family/your community which can only be utilized when you use your ability to help with his shortcoming. All cultures, and I repeat ALL cultures, are based on this premise and this is the only way we’ve become such a great society today.
Finally, you submit that if a man makes more money that he should have the right to buy better health care. This is one argument about which I completely agree with you. However, your asking this question shows a lack of understanding about the current proposals. The legislation on the table does not call for all private insurers to close up shop and head home. Instead, the government becomes a competitive entity in the health care marketplace with other insurers still able to remain in business if they choose to do so. If the government can provide comparable service at a fraction of the cost, though, why shouldn’t this be an option? And if one who makes more money believes that he would be better served with private insurance, he can. There is no proposed legislation banning him from doing so. And to your very last point, a surgeon should have the right to be compensated for his talent, but as his talent is a service, why should he not be subject to normal market forces? If there is a public option, it is true that many surgeons may receive a lower salary that when performing that service for a private insurer. However, that surgeon can choose to exclusively see only those with private insurance, but if there is not enough work when dealing with only these patients, then his bottom line is still better served by seeing those who have government insurance.

What would really reduce our health care costs?
What would really improve the lives of all Americans?
What we need is the FDA to do its job!
Keep our food safe for consumption.
Farmers, keep the harmful chemicals out of our food distribution.
Clean up our water and our air. It’s ridiculous that we have to buy water, on top of paying for a water bill!
Politicians: Take care of our problems at home. We have plenty enough waiting your attention!
Stress and fear cause illnesses!
We need the government to alleviate the stress upon American households:
End the wars, bring the soldiers home, end the many military bases around the world, and stop using America to police the world. Bring peace by being peaceful and friendly with the rest of the world.
When we say we are pro-life, we mean it, even after they turn 18! Value life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
End the FED/IRS, the great robbery of American’s hard earned paychecks so we can be self-sufficient and take care of ourselves and our families (a lot less governmental turmoil and involvement in our lives). Stop manipulating and interfering in our lives so we can live the good life, the American Dream.
Stop trying to do away with the middle class….make all class meaningless. We are all humans (around the world).
Go back in time to when home loans were performed with a friendly relationship with our honest neighborhood banks/lenders.
Go back to the financial standards to qualify for home loans. It worked.
Stop printing money and running up the American deficit! Stop devaluing our hard earned dollars!
Go back to operating our government by the guidelines in the US Constitution and Bill of Rights!
Quit scaring us with the threat of mandatory vaccines that cause more harm to our bodies and treating us like human guinea pigs!
Stop creating fear in the minds of ordinary Americans!
Punish those who do harm to Americans via illegal and immoral monetary and business practices!
Punish past presidents who have led us down the wrong path, clue (oil mongers and fascists). Put them on trial and expose them for who they really are.
Punish those who have operated the FED/IRS that has led to the downfall of America!
Allow the free market to return so our economy will once again work for all Americans.
Get rid of NAFTA. Have friendly trade with other countries, but we don’t need NAFTA.
Stop the distribution of so many harmful prescription drugs!
Be big on natural health care information and cover payments/treatments give by natural health care providers!
Here’s a big one…
All those self-serving politicians need to immediately leave public service and be replaced by honest citizens who are not in it for self interests and who listen and are in touch with what Americans really want!!

christine…you need to do some thinking and understand what our founding documents are and are NOT..it is not a permit for the FDA “to do its job”as responsible americans with half a brain why do we need the FDA? when a farmer puts something bad in its food that farmers business is gone…we find out and he is history,,,simple see? and here is the really BIG one christie…there is nothing really wrong with our air or water!!!the ones telling you this are the ones whose jobs depend on a CRISIS of clean air and water…get it? by todays laws if I came onto your property and dumped oil in your lake you could NOT have me arrested and could not sue me for damages…its true…you could report me to the EPA and have a study done and they might fine me but as for you getting damages back?? forget it. You want the govt. to stop the “stress” in your life???thats a good one ..thanx for the laff! You are responsible for yourself…no one else is making you stressed and the very idea plays into the whole idea of “we are all victims” boo-hoo.
You want to have peace by being peacefull? what a novel idea…almost like our founding fathers saying that only congress can declare “war”. Now do not get me wrong I was in tower 2 on 911 and hoped our missles were flying into muslim capitals around the world before tower one even hit the ground..now that would give americans peace. As for as all around the world we all are brothers??? do not beleive it..you have not seen it and need to learn the truth… a free country IS hated but this is really not a problem since we are almost a complete socialist entity now and will be poor and hungry like everyone else very soon.We are a police state..right now..we had 1/2 million people in jail in 1980 and then violent crime fell 17%…but now we have 2 1/2 million in jail…drug laws…domestic violence…hate crimes…blue collar crime…womens rights…EPA violations…gun laws…tax violations..have all helped jail more and more citizens without due process…no jury trial…no proof… welcome to AMERIKA…courtesy of you and me being too lazy to get involved…until it was too late…the tyrants in DC and your local czars are in charge and freedom to do want you want as long as you hurt no one else is GONE!

but every single thing I stated is a fact..(which you choose to ignore)I bet you are a student and have not lived past 60 years…I have..I have 3 adopted korean kids..(one handicapped)served my country in a small southeast asian nation which i am certain you know little about and if I ramble perhaps its because I still smell jet fuel and hear bodies hitting the pavement in my dreams sometimes. you think “past presidents” did something wrong?? now thats crazy..they did only what they were elected to do…open the public trough to all the piggys. Stop asking them to do things. they are human and subject to natures laws and flaws..
you seem to be a smart girl but still look to govt. for a solution when they are the entire problem….dont attend church often but when i do future generations of a once great nation are in my prayers..now you will be too

I am against the government using scare tactics and fear to motivate people to do what they otherwise would not agree to. That’s maniuplation. The outcomes are never good.
I am against this tactic partly because stress in the body and mind do cause illness. I would like to see a healthy society of happy people. Check out societies who practice stress-free living and see that the quality of their lives is superior.
There are things wrong with our water. Floride is just one of them. Do some research on the internet. It will be helpful to you.
The FDA has been charged with a responsibility to act on behalf of the safety and protection of Americans. We don’t want to live according to the trial and error you suggest…putting products and services on the market that cause great harm to Americans (such as we are enduring), then depend upon Americans to spread the word around so these goods and services go out of business. That’s a little too late method. The harm has been done. I’m talking prevention, safety, protection.
My age is neither here nor there. A person can become an informed citizen at any age.
A lot of presidents do what the people do NOT want. One of the main problems, the source of many others, is we have the FED who controls our monetary system, thus controls our government, including the presidents since the FED’s inception. These folks are not innocent, they are intentional in their pursuits to destroy Free America. We are working towards returning our country to the free nation it once was, the one our founding documents declared and established.
I DO NOT look to our now corrupt government to be a solution. I hope I see in my lifetime the removal of the massive amounts of corruption and the return of freedom and liberty for all.
America was designed to be a government “by the people, for the people”. It is neither right now.
I think it is safe to say that we would both like to see peace on earth, for all to live with our nation’s founding ideals…life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. These are God-given. We declare them.
