You know we are in bad times, when we need to talk about what our rights are and are not, if something is within the power of the gov’t or not.
The founders didn’t even want to list what our rights were because it would limit them. They wanted it to be left wide open so that if there was any doubt what the right was, it fell under the title of “everything.”
I find it strange that Republicans have tried to keep out the Tea Party people, get them off the ballot etc., just proves that they are all part of the 1-party system.
